Did take a few weeks to get our head around moving through the screens and where to find things. But we did skimp on the onboarding sessions, so no fault of theirs.

I have had an exceptional experience with CartonCloud for over 10 years since the very beginning when setting up my first warehouse with Vincent. Their cloud-based setup and implementation process are incredibly straightforward, making it the easiest I've encountered. Nachteile:
One drawback I've noticed with the TMS & WMS software is that the API feels somewhat underdeveloped. While the system itself is robust, I have encountered limitations and inconsistencies when attempting to integrate it with other applications. Improvements in the API's functionality would enhance the software's overall versatility and expand its potential uses.
Customize everything yourself through the knowledge base, integrate everything.
Kommentare: CartonCloud enables us to set up consistent onboarding processes and let prospective clients know exactly what we can and cannot do for them very quickly. We frequently check in with CartonCloud to scope new possible integrations or automated process like reports or fulfilment updates and tracking to ecommerce storefronts.
Vorteile:
Ability to find integration solutions for all 3PL clients through direct API integration, parsers, or logins to let old-school clients enter their own orders. Also visible history logs for orders, products & invoices helps keep track of changes and updates to all aspects of the warehouse.
Nachteile:
Amending stock on hand details can be unintuitive at times as system adjusts stock to 0 and adjusts in new product with updated details, invalidating old labels and making it hard to track stock.
Long time user, just as happy with the product as when we started in 2016.
Kommentare: Very happy, and they have become a core part of our service offering.
Vorteile:
It has the benefits of a large SaaS with the Agility of a small company. Many IT companies claim to be agile, but Carton Cloud are one of very few I have worked with that are adaptable, and able to help with solutions.
Nachteile:
Carton Cloud is incredibly powerful, and the down side is that many people don't know how to use all its features, and hence not understand its value.Some suggested ideas seems to take exceedingly long times to implement, but those abilities are not critical factors in using the equipment.

Kommentare: Very positive, the team at Cartoncloud have been very open to assisting us when we need them and also to support the process of on-boarding our customers. We are always looking for continual improvement in our business , and part of this was reviewing our Operating platform. Cartoncloud having been our choice to move forward with, has very clearly identified for us very positive changes to how we manage our Warehouse and Transport processes and allowed us to quickly take advantage of the efficiencies we can unlock within Cartoncloud as our new operating platform. Its easy to use for our team and been widely accepted by our customers/partners as a very positive way to improve the way we work together. We are very pleased with how we are progressing as we continue to embed the new processes in the business.
Nachteile:
As with anything new, there are change elements your business has to adapt to, so moving from something we had been using for many yrs, and that our staff were completely used to, has had some challenges. We chose to be deliberate about the integration into our business, and perhaps would like to have made the changeover faster, but the progress has suited our own people and our customers, as we looked to mitigate any risks, and also reap the benefits of each part of Cartoncloud that we have 'switched-on' as we have progressed. We have worked very closely with Cartoncloud to make sure the changeover has happened smoothly and we have also shared ways that can assist our ability to adapt but also some ideas that could improve some areas of Cartoncloud based on our own experience.
CartonCloud is worth every cent !
Kommentare: We love working on CartonCloud, it is easy to use and very user friendly. It was so important to us that we also get great on-going support when needed and the CartonCloud team have always been really fast to respond and point us in the right direction if we have a query. We are so pleased we found CartonCloud as our inventory management software. It has made our 3pl business easier to operate and given us the ability to be able to scan out products for customer orders.
Vorteile:
We have been using CartonCloud for over 18 months now and absolutely love the software. It is really easy to navigate. The CartonCloud team made the initial on-boarding seamless with great on-line training with a CartonCloud trainer which was easy to follow. The ongoing support from the technical team is amazing. If we have a query, we always receive a fast response/solution back within a few hours after sending. The team have been great to work with particularly [sensitive content hidden] in Integrations.
Nachteile:
CartonCloud is perfect for our needs. We don't have any 'cons' to note. The system is well set up and covers everything we need for our 3pl clients. We love working on CartonCloud and highly recommend it to others looking for a great inventory management software.
Carton Clour Operational Review
Kommentare: An exceptional experience for us from commencement of our warehousing and freight operations, through to this day. They are a stellar team of professionals in our shared logistics space
Vorteile:
The system capability and fluidity, and reliability, and the people that back it up with excellent service support from basic enquirers through to complex integrations with third party carriers and clients. The team is Australian based so always available when we need help which is so critical these days in operational continuity, and reducing stress
Nachteile:
Probably having to type data into the system because I am such a terrible typist !!!.... pretty well simple as that - nothing to complain about !!!
It's almost Perfect
Kommentare: I strongly recommend it. All in all very good product which is super simple and easy to use. They have their knowledge base where we can simply go and find out about all their features.
Vorteile:
It's simple and easy to use and does pretty much what we require in our 3PL Business.
Nachteile:
Integration with a few other systems can take a lot of time and comes with its price. (Not very often though)
Finally - an IT person that can tlak operationally and help practical implementation
Kommentare: Increased visibility for customers into order management and delivery updates wiht POD's. It is very intuituve and suits a 3PL company and does it well. ALignment from orders, inbound, outbound and consignments all the way through to automated invoicing with Zero.
Vorteile:
Ability and flexibility of dropping data and settings into excel for mass manipulation and upload back into CC.
Nachteile:
Learning the ins and outs of features within CC is hard ot navigate solo. We needed a coach, in came [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for a health check and he has changed our business.
CartonCloud
Vorteile:
Ease of use. New features coming in all of the time. Streamlining my logistics day by day. Really a competitive difference.
Nachteile:
No cons really.
Great system!
Kommentare: I have loved Carton cloud since we implemented , it is fast, easy and reliable and its been great to get rid of paperwork and have everything captured on the carton cloud system which made chasing , checking and invoicing so easy.
Vorteile:
The system is really easy to use and does everything you need it to with software updates always getting released it seems just to get better and even more functional, it was also very easy to set up and implement and we were off the ground and running straight away without any setbacks. The system is always very fast and smooth and never really has any issues which in the odd occasion something does happen it is fixed quite quickly.
Nachteile:
If you have multiple warehouses or one customer with different sub businesses that is set up in CC as a different customer example would be a B2B and B2C(Online) , you couldn't transfer stock between them you would have to add the normal steps in of a Sales order then PO it into the other sub business which isn't very efficient.
Great system, great people.
Kommentare: From day one the people have been helpful. Signing up, training and assistance afterwards has been very responsive and useful.
Vorteile:
Ease of use and the people. The system itself is easy to use for all levels and makes sense. Training with [sensitive content hidden] was great, and she was super helpful. Dealing with others like [sensitive content hidden] in support has been quick and easy and [sensitive content hidden] has been available whenever needed since the beginning.
Nachteile:
Integrations with other software needs work.
A well thought-out platform
Kommentare: I really like CartonCloud as a platform. I would certainly recommend it for the majority of use-cases that I can think of.
Vorteile:
The Warehouse functionality is so easy to use. Master data is quick and easy to setup, and to update. Being able to provide user permissions to upload data, e.g. PO and SO, is a major benefit in our 3PL warehouse. The system layout is easy to navigate, uncluttered and has all the functions we need, such as FIFO, FEFO, batch/lot control, ability to integrate RF scanning devices etc.
Nachteile:
There is no pre-built integration either upstream or downstream. In the e-commerce space that we work in, having upstream integration to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Neto, Amazon, eBay, Netsuite etc. would be a huge help to get orders into the system. To ship orders, we use external carriers rather than a native fleet, so integration to major carriers like AusPost, StarTrack, DHL etc. that would allow us to manifest with those carriers and print labels within the WMS would be a time and cost saver for us. Setting up the our billing rules was fairly complex, and not particularly intuitive.
MB Logistics review of CartonCloud
Kommentare: Carton Cloud is a very user friendly system, we have saved valuable man hours with this system. The after sales help offered by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is second to none with helping set up customer rates, zone sets and any customized requirements we may need. This is a very important aspect with any system and Tony sure does meet and exceed my expectations.
Vorteile:
It is the best warehouse/transport management system available.
Nachteile:
The only con is there isn`t any item level scanning available for the transport management system at the moment, however I do believe it is currently under development.
Simple Concept - Extremely user friendly
Vorteile:
- The flexibility for a 3PL environment ( multiple customers, selective stock selections, Data collection etc) - The customer login function provides all relevant information and prevents the need for countless emails / phone calls - The simplicity of the automated invoicing and the data captured to generate those charges - The "Quick Link" function to assist admin staff to enter SO's & PO's
Nachteile:
The only component i dislike with the system is currently we don't use the TMS component, however the default screen is the consignments screen in which has no relevance in which we use the system for currently, If we had the ability to set our default preferences would assist immensely.
Couldn't imagine work without it!!!
Kommentare: We started using CartonCloud for transport around 5 years ago, now we have grown and are 3PL/warehousing also and CartonCloud has been there to help us grow. Couldn't imagine us functioning without it.
Vorteile:
Easy to use with great and friendly customer support that don't speak in computer language.
Nachteile:
The transport rate calculations doesn't have a feature that we require, it's not a big thing just means invoices need to be checked.

Vorteile:
Despite offering a very wide breadth of capabilities, CartonCloud remains easy to use which is not always common with software like this. The team at CC are experienced in not just technology, but also the industry which means they can understand requirements and day to day operations. Service from the team is always great and fast.
Nachteile:
We have a few items on our wish list, but we know CC are constantly evolving their technology and investing heavily in development.
Excellent Service

Vorteile:
Time Saver, our whole business in the palm of our hand - access 24/7. Easy to learn new things and making a difference daily in our business. Training with staff is fast and efficient.
Nachteile:
Some of our customers require more details on invoices and descriptions what can't always be provided. But Carton Cloud always try to assist and find another way to assist us.
One of the best could WMS on the market
Kommentare: Cartoncloud runs all our operations smoothly and has become our secret weapon to sell our 3PL Services. Customer service is excellent, fast, and pays attention to new improvements.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, powerful features, 3PL ready, able to handle a small-medium, and extensive warehouses. Fenomenal handheld performance.
Nachteile:
None so far and we have local customers and multinational organizations with big names.
Carton Cloud - game changer
Kommentare: Love it. Promote it to every similar business to us I converse with who could benefit from it. been a huge leap forward for the business and wasn't even difficult to implement.
Vorteile:
Enables paperless national operation. All critical admin info is available at the click of a button, not from sorting through a filing cabinet. Errors are visibly obvious, as are inefficiencies.
Nachteile:

Our business has changed and improved drastically since using Carton Cloud. We have been able to reallocate our admin resources to make better use of time and save costs.
Customer feedback is important to them. Any kind of issue is addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Vorteile:
Very easy to navigate and use. Customer service and integrations teams are excellent. Has saved significantly reduced wages and invoicing hours. Has improved work flow efficiencies through automation.
Nachteile:
Some features are not yet available for us to use yet.
Life changing - Turns your small business nightmare into something that is so easy and simple run
Kommentare: Our business would not be where it is today without CC, it allowed us to have full vision of our business, it allowed me the ability to take on more and more customers without having a nervous break down from the volume of work. I used to route in an excel sheet and then in google maps, manually writing out stock picking sheets for orders, we had a half the customers we have now and I worked every night until at least 10.30 /11pm, now I finish at 4.30pm each day, 100% done!
Vorteile:
Everything. We run a transport business delivering around 800 consignments per week, we have 8 drivers on the road and thanks to Carton Cloud we have just myself in the office. It routes, it invoices, it sends PODs, it tracks stock , it nearly cooks you dinner! haha
Nachteile:
If I had to pick something maybe the volume of clicks you need to do to get through each screen, ie approve / ok / yes / save before it lets you move to the next page

Its' simple and easy to use and explain to client. It does everything that we need to make out life easier in a difficult industry.
Nachteile:
It covers most of our needs. when we've needed changes made they have assisted in that area.
Great way to manage deliveries and save paper!
Kommentare: We no longer need to call the driver every time a customer asks how long away their delivery is, we have save a heap of paper not having to get invoices signed, and we have been able to manage pick ups and deliveries on the fly.
Vorteile:
We can see our daily delivery routes from each state, schedule in pick ups and save POD's all from the same software. No need for the drivers to get copies of the invoice signed! All from a few clicks on the computer!
Nachteile:
Some aspects of managing customers addresses, on forwarders etc could be a little bit more user friendly; however, the carton cloud team are always happy to help out!
New CartonCloud User
Kommentare: Organizing warehouse inbound and outbound in a quick and easy way. Gives you a snapshot of what the day will look like. You can then set up your daily tasks and use warehouse hours in the most efficient way possible. All the information you need is right on your smart device. Very user friendly app for your mobile device. The Implementation Manager assigned to our account has been really helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have.
Vorteile:
The tutorials online with step by step are really user friendly and intuitive. And the "Ask Anything" box takes you right to the process.
Nachteile:
As we are new to this software, we have not come across any real obstacles at this time.
