Kommentare: Overall, the feature and experience with Mettl tool is amazing. Many more change I've experienced with this tool. Wish they could work more with report analysis area to make this platform number one.

The new mode of mercer consolidated report fetching option.

Expired credits without notice and required 5x increase to re-purchase

The multiple languages feature was helpful but test links often went to spam/junk folder for student using a gmail account

Nachteile:

Poor customer service as my account rep constantly changed. On day, without any notice, my credits (prepayments) were expired. I was then told I had to purchase 5x my annual use to renew. I literally had 6 students waiting to take the exam so I had to immediately find a new solution. Mettl rep made no attempt to return my credits or extend my time. I was just cut off and told to pay more if I wanted to continue to use Mettl.

Test your knowledge & move for next step & apply for particular role in short time, we can say also machine.

Kommentare: Its is good portal to take test in short time & bulk candidate without wasting time from home. In future that will help more in collages & school level also.

Vorteile:

Proctoring task: 1)Its help to go on live mode any candidate & observe his behavior accordingly give instructions & guide them. 2)We can get alert like mobile phone detected; additional person found, looking away from screen & partially visible continuously.

Nachteile:

We have noticed following things least like during the assessment. 1)Any object will near to candidate then its c aptured as additional person is there. 2)Candidate is moving hand to near to ear then its capturing as mobile phone is detected. 3)Some times messages are not delivered to candidate & candidate also not responding

Quick link for candidate assessment with mail doesn't allow me to do the assessments. I'll have to login separately and search for respective candidate and then do assessment.

Mettl Assessments

Kommentare: It is one of the easiest tool which is used. Bulk activities can be performed in estimated time.

Vorteile:

As an admin role I feel very easy to upload the bulk assessments in one go. It is a very easy tool. if there is any error in template even the error file gets downloaded and helps us to rectify or identify where the error is. Many tool do not show where the error is highlighted but the upload gets fails. But in Mettl it allow us to download and reupload again.

Nachteile:

Assessment can be very easily accessible with the link.

Nothing I can think of. However it would be easier if there is a spoc for all internal employees be given a spoc instead of account manager of client being spoc

Nachteile:

The questions in question bank are not reviewed properly, and should give option to select only reviewed/valid questions while adding in assessments. Since we come from construction industry, would like good question bank to gauge knowledge around civil engineering & architecture

We think previous version of assessment reports were more user friendly.

Kommentare: over-all experience is very good. I like the support I got from the Mettl Technical Team during the setting up as they were able to guide me and adjust based on our needs.

Vorteile:

I like the Mettl Leadership Assessment as it provides the employee's abilities/tendencies versus the identified competencies that leaders of the 21st century should have. Moreover, the tool also provide self paced indivvidyal development plan to address areas for improvement of the employee.

Nachteile:

It's an hour and 15 minutes test which seems to be a bit long

Handy tool for Pre-screening

Kommentare: Overall I have created couple of Assessments and shared to candidates.
It can help screen from a large number of candidates to a shorter list.
That being said, online assessments cannot serve as a replacement for face to face interviews, as it would lack many other aspects of evaluating the candidate. Another pattern I found is that, candidates were upset about more rounds of interviews. Also try to keep the Mettl assessments not too long, max from 30 mins to 1 hour.

- Able to quickly create Assessments. - Different types of Assessments are available from cognitive and behavioral tests to domain-specific tests.

Nachteile:

- Permissions/ Roles within Mettl are confusing, Eg: who can create/ manage/ view Assessment and Questions, or who is the owner of an Assessment.

Overall, it was a useful tool for me while I was using my technical assessments of candidates. Have reviewed it as a tool for talent placements.

Nachteile:

I did not have any reason to not like the content. It was helping me to compare the candidates.
