Really helps build high performing teams

Vorteile:

It has helped us dramatically cut admin time and improve performance management across the business. Support is first class, and the customisation options excellent. Pricing is very good too compared to the competition.

Nachteile:

It can take a while to get familiar with the platform, but that is to be expected with any software like this. As I said support is great though, so this isn't too much of a problem.

Very easy to use and understand

Vorteile:

The simplicity is what I like most about staff circle. Any user can easily find their way around it.

Nachteile:

Probably the home page as soon as you log in. Not a big deal but I would rather it would maybe open up on my profile or news feed perhaps

Staff Circle

Kommentare: Its ok, used better platforms that are easier to navigate especially for those that are neurodiverse

Vorteile:

Looks nice, buttons are easy to click on.

Nachteile:

Don't like the way overtime is logged, gets confusing and also doesn't show you in monetary value.

StaffCircle

Kommentare: Very positive, managing holidays and certifying myself as fir was a breeze.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and positivity that it offers in cross business comms

Nachteile:

Early access was difficult i would receive the email notifying me that an action was required but then it wouldn't let me in. a one stage login would make this better.

Ease to track performance

Kommentare: My experience with StaffCircle has so far been very awesome. It is also very easy to navigate the various section of the StaffCircle site.

Vorteile:

StaffCircle makes it incredible easy for one to track and keep tab with agreed performance contract. One can easily access how far one has gone in terms of all the contracted goals in any given year.

Nachteile:

It is not accessible on the go. It should be made available through a mobile app. So one can use it anytime and anywhere.

Easy to use once you get a grasp on

Kommentare: While I am using it only for staff management/reports, I have a good experience overall, I find it an easy platform to navigate.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up new users, facilitate a variety of reports and easy to post staff news.

Nachteile:

Some features can be better, for instance, adding Objectives to a staff member it's a tedious task.. can we not have the option to tick boxes and then add time period at once for all?

Easy to use

Kommentare: I use staff circle to book holidays and everything is laid out so it is easy to understand.

Vorteile:

I use Staff Circle to book my holidays. It is so easy to use.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I don't like about Staff Circle. The features I use are really easy to understand.

New to Staff Circle

Vorteile:

I like that it connects all the team at Life as a lot of us work remotely. I like the celebration of success and recognition of service and effort that is regularly shared. Having a central point for all your administration documents and certificates is really useful and the time off calendar makes it easy to see how much leave you have and it's very straightforward to request leave.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything that I don't really like yet.

Effective for tracking management meetings

Vorteile:

It allows your direct reports to express areas of support required prior to the meeting which allows for the meeting to be better planned.

Nachteile:

It could be more user friendly, some aspects are harder than needed to navigate.

Good and User Friendly

Vorteile:

It is very user friendly and is a place where employee get recognized for there work. and also helps to track the goals and objectives.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if it has Single sign on instead of always entering credentials.

StaffCircle Helping Communication

Kommentare: Very good. Very easy to use. Any small issues have always been resolved.

Vorteile:

Easy to post content and notify the relevant people.

Nachteile:

There is no application for iPhone (that I can see).

Staff circle

Vorteile:

The ease navigating around the website. Being able to book annual leave is a very useful tool and there are no issues with it

Nachteile:

there isnt really anything I dislike about it

Kommentare: Generally a good experience using this platform. no real complaints about it.

The layout is easy to use and you can easily navigate around.

I cant say I find any real faults with StaffCircle for what we use it for. it does what I need it for.

Great Company Engagement

Vorteile:

The level of engagement with our staff has been the highest we have ever seen since now we use Staff Circle. It is easy to use for all and everything is all in one place! I would highly recommend this platform.

Nachteile:

Would be great to see a personal page where you could share personal photos or updates with your colleagues (such as birthday pics etc)

StaffCircle is great!

Vorteile:

It has a great way to summarise all the info you need into one place.

Nachteile:

It could do with a little less complicated menu but the dashboard is great for solving this.

Vorteile:

I like how interactive Staff Circle is, it is like a social media platform but for work! Makes me feel connected to colleagues. I feel like a I have a voice.

Nachteile:

A lot of sections and tabs, can feel slightly overwhelming.

It's a game-changer

The communication from the team during setup and implementation has been brilliant. The platform itself allows to take internal comms and HR admin to the next level without being too complex to use.

Nachteile:

The ability to embed own videos into communication posts.

Good Performance Management Tool

Kommentare: Generally a great experience with useful comms and support when required.

Vorteile:

Attention to detail and customer service.

Nachteile:

I can't always alter items on my own, sometimes updates impact my profiles functionality.

Staff circle

Kommentare: Overall it is ok. I have had my issues with staff circle, but updating our team with just a blog is ok. Anything else I am yet to understand.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of being able to keep all staff informed in one place, the issue is trying to keep people engaged.

Nachteile:

The features seem a little bit clunky and I am unsure on how all the features are used. It would be good if there were a training platform.

Performance review, Being able to see Gems, Easy holiday booking

Nachteile:

Not being able to view Payslip and it did take a while to get used to inputting new things

Intuitive system

Kommentare: The system is easy to use, our organisation have kept it simple. We love the comms feed too.

Vorteile:

We can now see all previous 1-2-1s and objectives as well as our open objectives. We can add progress to them and are able to prepare for our review meetings.

Nachteile:

I'd like to be able to use a mobile app when not at my laptop
