Vorteile:

The freemium model is what convinced me to use this software over the other big ones! It helped me get the ball rolling. My ecommerce store doesn't have "Normal" product pages but long form landing pages to sell products so as people are scrolling they're seeing this social proof that is real! Its so helpful. Highly recommend!

Nachteile:

Some over the UX for certain types of notifications is sort of confusing. I had a question about one before and I intercom'd support and he helped me super fast.

Kommentare: ProveSource has been a big part of our company's success. Ever since we have integrated ProveSource to our website, we had more number of client sign ups compared to before using ProveSource. It's easier for client's to sign up to our services since they can now see proof of other people signing up to our services real-time.

Vorteile:

We like that there is an option to customize our social proof and how it would show on our client's end and it's very easy to set-up and integrate to our website.

Nachteile:

There is nothing we don't like about ProveSource

1 - paid version is still branded 2 - 4 - tracks internal teams, that is using up your own credits + generates statistics and leads from your own employees

The boxes can be quite annoying when they get updated so frequently. Maybe a way to improve the speed could be an improvement. On mobile, I think the boxes take up a little to much space, which brings down the customer experience.

I love that provesource allows me to show case social proof on my website for others to see. It increases conversions by at least 30%

Up and running in 5 minutes

Kommentare: Social proof for us is such a big deal. I believe displaying a live "feed" that cold visitors see make them also want to interact with us. I think is a no-brainer addition to any site that can benefit from social proof.

Vorteile:

It was really easy to start using right away. Even a more complex setup with sending webhooks was straightforward and worked right away. The ability to put thresholds before displaying is also a great feature.

Nachteile:

The only feedback I have is that the mobile site does not work. I like to be able to do work from anywhere. Pretty small issue to be honest.

What i liked most about Prove source was its easiness to actually integrate into an existing website. With A couple lines of codes I was able to drastically improve our customer experiences.

ProveSource offered all of the features and functionality at a better price than the competition making it a great value. ProveSource was super-easy to implement and overall the results so far have been great - definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProveSource!

Would be great if I could use the same ProveSource account across multiple websites

Great app for social proof

What I like most about the software is the ease of use and quick support.

Nachteile:

I've only had one issue, and that was with a style template not available for what I'm looking to do with my social proof (it used to be, but they removed it), however with community input, they're looking at changing the design to fit the use case.

Product Is Top Shelf - Customer Service Is Even Better

Vorteile:

Customer Service went the extra mile on more than one request. Super simple to implement and get running in, no time at all.

Nachteile:

Product was exactly what you would expect. In the first instance we probably bothered our customers with too many notifications before we got a handle on the right amount.

Smartphone optimization

Vorteile:

ease of installation, with 5 or 6 minutes, it was already installed in my website in wix

Nachteile:

it looks like there's no smartphone optimization, because is to big for some screens, and it looks bad in my page

Killer social proof platform

Kommentare: Great software and killer features for the price.

Vorteile:

Lots of customisation and great analytics. I also love that I can turn the notification into a call to action with clickable links.

Nachteile:

I'd like a way to be able to exclude pages where it's displayed.

Use social proof to boost conversions and sales

Kommentare: I found support really responsive when I had a problem, and they rectified it immediately. It also doesn't feel overly complicated like some other tools. I just works, with no fuss.

Vorteile:

It is really easy to use and setup. You're also able to design the pop-ups with your own logo and brand colors. The pop-ups are discreet and integrate well with the look of your own website.

Nachteile:

So far there is nothing I don't like with this tool.
