We love that Aftership can offer tracking for multiple carriers and we do not need to waste time to search for alternative sources to get tracking back.
Nachteile:
That tracking event interpretation is not always accurate.

Customer support was amazing! Aftership employee, [sensitive content hidden], set up a conference call and walked me through solving my issue step by step in real time. I never receive this level of support from other companies. Super friendly and personal experience.
Nachteile:
Sometimes tracking don't update or break. Also there are a few foreign postal carriers that my users would like to use and AfterShip hasn't implemented them.

The service is very robust, and an effective solution for our business. It's great to see detailed tracking for each of our shipments, which really helps with our customer satisfaction as well.
Nachteile:
We are intrigued about the Premium tier features for AfterShip, but our business is small and cannot afford to double the investment. Hopefully a mid-tier additional solution will be available in the future.

Pretty good
Kommentare: Very good so far. We were having a lot of trouble with tracking packages on multiple websites and losing track of them. It was also a pain that FedEx and UPS log you out automatically after several minutes so it leads to a lot of wasted time in the day. Aftership doesn't have those issues and it's pretty smooth, except for the mobile app integration and that it's a paid service.
Vorteile:
Easy to see all shipments in one place and it doesn't log me out automatically after a few minutes.
Nachteile:
Mobile app doesn't sync. I also wish I could link our FedEx/UPS account and new shipments are automatically added to aftership, or that we can ship directly from aftership through these services.

Recommended App for tracking shipment
Kommentare: It is a very good app that I recommend. My experience with the platform to date has been good. They handle their business well on a scale of 1-10 I’d say a 9.
Vorteile:
Aftership is a very easy to use app and integrates quite well with shopify and ecwid. It allows you track any shipment from a fully registered carrier as long as you’ve activated the carrier from the aftership backend the tracking number issued will work. it has an easy to use interface and also a sweet tracking page display that can be customized with your actual company logo and company brand colors. I truly recommend to those running’s e-commerce businesses. They have a good customer support base who answer all related questions and also help with integration issues
Nachteile:
My major downside was the limitation. You can only track a certain number of orders per month on the free plan but more than that you would have to pay for it
The Best in its Class
Kommentare: Overall it has been a wonderful 3 year journey with Aftership. We have grown along with them and can't imagine running out day to day operations without Aftership.
Vorteile:
We loved the status updates and the ability to track multiple providers in real time. All the major logistics providers can be tracked with Aftership.
Nachteile:
The pricing could be a little competitive. We would love to send text message notifications to our customers but the additional costs are stopping us.

Easy Returns app

. We had an issue locating automation within the app. She jumped on a call with me and worked through the issue. I was able to fix the problem in less than five minutes. I was saved so much time.
Vorteile:
AfterShip is an easy platform to use within Shopify. Customers can submit their returns via the app and easily communicate with our team.
Nachteile:
The only issue is having to log in every time there is an RA email. It would be great if it automatically logged you in when you click the RA link.

Excellent app: a must have!
Kommentare: I've been using this app almost daily to track inbound and outbound shipments with ease and without too much thinking, and it never failed on me. Easily one of the best apps I have on my devices!
Vorteile:
This app is wonderful because it's dead simple to use, unobtrusive, and very useful all at the same time. You don't need much to start tracking your inbound/outbound packages (it's as easy as it gets!) and you'll always be up to date with push notifications without having to manually open the app to check. Add to this that the interface is simple and easy to understand in a minute, and the app operates quickly. Couldn't be any better than this!
Nachteile:
Nothing, really. It does its job wonderfully and without hiccups, which if present are usually due to the express courier own tracking system (which AfterShip "reads" to give you the necessary information).

Great for small business.
Kommentare: My overall experience is , We're investing less energy doing the physical work of looking for the best estimating, occasionally minding shipment situations with, advising each client of all bundles traveling their direction. Further developed satisfaction and consumer loyalty.

This handles the entirety of our following #'s truly well and convey SMS messages to our clients when their request is transported, on the way, out for conveyance, or conveyed. Tragically can just utilize 1 of those SMS messages since it's so darn costly to send a book with this application.
Nachteile:
I enquire this previously and choose to step away in light of the fact that the documentation to execute wasn't extremely clear. I'm happy I made the choose. After not long, I had numerous involvement in utilizing this assistance on the bundle getting closes. Most the time it just give the following numbers and incapable to give solid wellspring of the bundle or the fundamental data showing where the packages right now at.
