- Support is efficient: quickly answer you, deeply investigate your issues; - The bounce rate is the lowest that I've found doing tests comparing other tools; - The price is very competitive, so it's the best cost/benefit ratio; - The blog has a lot of content to help you understand deliverability better;

Nachteile:

- I didn't get the bounce rate I wished because of Outlook bounces, but it was still the lowest bounce rate I've got from all other solutions; - I wish we could select if we want to know which ESP is related to which domain;

It opens a new tab before allowing access to the website, which can be a bit inconvenient. When uploading a bulk list as CSV, Bouncer mentions most of the emails as "Risky" but majority of them are deliverable. would be great if bouncer can also provides emails without limiting to verification

Vorteile:

Bouncer is really straight forward to set up, configure, and use. The credit packages pricing is simply the best we've found on the market. But perhaps what we like the most is their customer service. This is going to be close to impossible to beat! We're in for the long haul. :o)

Nachteile:

That's a tough one because the solution does everything we could ever hope for and then some when our use case isn't even core to Bouncer's target market. Not much to add here...

I like Bouncer's clean UI - it's easy to get in and find exactly what I need. Their tools like email validation and deliverability tests are essential to our business and the results they provide are higher quality compared to competitors.

Nachteile:

What I like least about Bouncer is they chose the wrong mascot for their brand. Winston from Overwatch is clearly their inspiration, but I think they should have gone with Tracer.

Real time email verification is a fact now!

Kommentare: We use Social Wifi and we send email invitations and other direct marketing in real time. A lot of Wi-Fi users, mistyped their emails and sometimes intentionally write a fake email. This can cause a lot hard bounces and ruin our domain reputation. Bouncer was God sent for us.

Vorteile:

Email deliverability check on the fly is God sent for social Wi-Fi platform. No more hard bounces, no more pray not to ruin our domain reputation. Their UX is a little raw, but that makes it up for their excellent immediate prompt support. I have used their bulk clean up which also just works. They have some native integrations with MailChimp and few others. Can't wait for SendinBlue integration...

Nachteile:

None. Their support is top-notch and personalized. Helped me to connect to their API, they even went the extra mile to offer video call to set it up for me.

Kommentare: Bouncer is a critical part of our business. Dealing with their support and using the product is top notch. They go above and beyond to explain the results of a specific list. I had them even going into manually checking domains in a list I uploaded and giving me a full report back... WAY above what you'd expect.

Vorteile:

I love that bouncer gives real bounce stats and they prove to be accurate. It's easy to use and they keep us in the inbox.

Nachteile:

Not really a con but I'd love to see two things:Google Sheets integrationUpload history that goes forever (I know GDPR prevents keeping the actual data but showing the file name that was uploaded would help greatly)

The reason I chose Bouncer was the ease of implementation of the API connection. We have our custom made webshop so integration time and effort is really important. Integration went like a breeze, the application works silently in the background, I almost forget it. Price is reasonable.

Can't imagine life without Bouncer

Kommentare: I could not imagine life without this tool. The accuracy of this tool is unbelievable and I can't see myself using anything else ever again. I've used other tools before but they are WAY more expensive for the same (if not worse) service. I have already referred Bouncer to a friend - I only wish I had looked to see if there was a referral program first!

The best one out there

Kommentare: Had my troubles but overall it works as intended for the most part.

It's extremely easy to use and the results are more reliable than the rest.

Nachteile:

They charge you for every email address that comes back as "risky", which in reality it is just an email address that they couldn't validate, given the nature of their domain, and that's SCAMMY AS HELL. If you can't validate it, DON'T... CHARGE ME... FOR IT... That's a ridiculous way to lose customers out of pure greed, and hope someone at Bouncer realizes it before it's too late!

I use it to verify large emails sets

I like the ease of usage and the price. I can verify large emails lists very fast. I also like the free checks I can make without paying, that verify the overall "Healthscore" of my email set.

Nachteile:

Hard to say... I don't like that the customers wanting to use my SMTP don't feel it's obvious to verify at the beggining :D

This product is not 100% accurate all of the time, but it's the best I've found. When didn't use it my email bounce rate ran consistently around 30%, now it stays between 1-3%.

Very easy to set up and use. You can verify single emails and bulk lists too. The integrations I haven't used yet but am planning to do so (lemlist in particular)

Nachteile:

Once a single email is verified a one-click system, to copy it tot hen paste into an email would be great. I am picking hairs though!

Major relief now we've cleaned our old marketing list

Vorteile:

We had an old marketing list and were not sure how many emails were still active and valid. We did not wish to send off email campaigns to find that we had bounces and be labelled as spam - at the same time we did not wish to loose our old contacts. Bouncer did just the job - amazing. The software does exactly what it should do and prevents those dreadful bounces which cause issues and headaches all round for a domain.

Nachteile:

Cannot think of a negative - all seemed straightforward.
