Extremely User Friendly
A great deal for a new dealer looking for a website and some exposure.
Kommentare: My experience so far has been great. They seem to offer virtually unlimited customization to my website, and the customer service has been excellent. I am looking forward to building my business with their help, and also taking advantage of more of the services they have to offer.

It was very easy to set up my website with the help of the team at carsforsale.com, and they have been very help with customizing, and making any changes that I may want. It is also a very affordable option for those looking for a custom website, inventory posting and tracking, reporting, and vehicle sale paperwork. They offer virtually seamless integration with a seemingly unlimited amount of other automotive related websites and services.
Nachteile:
The lack of exposure is the biggest drawback, in my opinion, but that can be helped with the ability to use other, more widely known automotive websites through carsforsale.com

For the $$ I wish there would be more free classifieds sent out to reputable auto venues. I would like to pay online WITHOUT YOUR SYSTEM SAVING MY FINANCIAL INFO. I have to call in every month - go through (very nice) people, multiple times, giving all my dealership info, etc. - just to pay my bill. I use different accounts and DO NOT want my info saved - but, unfortunately, that is now not the case.

I am SUPER HAPPY and cant do it alone or without Carsforsale.com .
They recently came out with a car flyer template which is a true convenience and save TONS of time and puts out a True Professional look.

I am NEW to the Car Business as a Dealer and did not work as a Salesman anywhere. I have ALOT to learn and I KNOW that. EVERYTIME I have called in , the staff has helped me IMMENSELY !! Even on Saturdays . I dropped Dealer Trac from day one as it was very expensive. I selected Frazer. So Carsforsale.com and Frazer are integrated and work amazingly well together for vehicle uploads and customer input. And, both platforms link to DealerTrac, which also help a TON . So, if Anyone asks me what do I think about Carsforsale.com.? My answer is I don't have each individuals name on hand that helped me, but I have a list at my office. And they ALL WERE EXCELLANT !! I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS WITHOUT THEIR SUPPORT AND AMAZING WEBSITE DESIGN AND PLATFORM. THEY ALWAYS HELP ME, AND QUICKLY . I try to RUN my Car Business as well as they run theirs, which gets me some success. CONGRATULATIONS to Our Shared Success. And the recent upgrades of Car Flyers and Info training videos is much APPRECIATED !! I believe in giving credit where credit is due. CarsforSale.com ROCKS IT !! SOFA SO GOOD !! They are SUPER HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, and we can laugh out loud at my ridiculous low level computer skills coupled to my vastly creative advertising skilled mind.

Honestly. It’s my favorite business advertising platform. So simple to use. Quick and efficient. I can put a car online in 5 minutes or less. Definitely a win in my book.

The only thing that I don’t like is there is sometimes a glitch that will relist vehicles that I have marked sold.

Kommentare: Support is always available. The software has everything you need to run the dealership, from buying the unit to advertising and all the sales paperwork is there.
Vorteile:
Simplicity, Value for Money. We joined the Carsforsale a decade ago and if we needed help with any part of the software they were there for us. For the money, they act and do what other expensive software does.

After many years, I am still trying to find something I like least.

I love the different options for website layouts, the east of using the application on my phone to upload photos, and the ability to have customers apply online.
Nachteile:
Took off one star because I can not directly load videos to my website. I have to load them on Youtube and then include the link. Would rather be able to directly load videos.

Kommentare: loved it until it cost me a lot of customers and then was talked bad to by their service center help [sensitive content hidden]. Now hate it and all the glitches are not barrable. I was fighting through it when people were nice and honest even though I had to call in everyday with new issues they were nice and saying its being worked on. Until [sensitive content hidden]. Only know her name for calling back asking another rep who i just talked to because she wouldn't give it. Then second rep blew me off said nothing can be done. FIRE [sensitive content hidden]!!!!

Customer service is a dying breed. These people are so friendly and helpful with updates, and tuning your website to what you want. Plus they are always willing to improve and help.
Nachteile:
That we had to go through 3 other web providers before coming across these. WIX was overpriced and i could never understand their customer service center. They are a loud call center setting with improper english speaking individuals.
Carsforsale for Dealers
Kommentare: Great customer service & downtime is very rare, but BHPH is simply A NECESSITY for survival in the current market.

The application is simple, user friendly & reliable, plus; the website buildout is very good.
Nachteile:
The main issue & likely the reason I will discontinue using Carsforsale in the future is it lacks a Buy Here Pay Here user option. When first beginning the business I was not aware that a large percentage of potential customers request BHPH availability before even reviewing our inventory, if that's not available, they simply go elsewhere. If I had been aware of this need initially, I would not have selected Carsforsale as my DMS.
easy to use
Kommentare: It is okay, easy to use. There could be some improvements. We are looking for a website to list our cars for sale and also our service repair shop appointments.

We like having an easy to use and maintain website.
Nachteile:
We feel that we lose a lot of potential customers because of the 3rd party connection to the beginning of the call. Customers hang up because they feel it is spammy. We con't care for the recorded calls. And the posts to our facebook page could be a little more personalized. And when you search on google or search platforms, carsforsale does not usually pop up unless you physically type in "carsforsale". Also , we have a repair shop that we would like to integrate online appointments that is easy to figure out for our customers. So far we don't have that option or know how to integrate it.

Cars for sale brings us the most leads
Kommentare: Overall, Carsforsale is a great way to drive leads to sales and makes it easy to do so.
Vorteile:
Carsforsale brings us close to 30 leads a month on average. That is a lot compared to its competitors who usually bring in about half. Their text and email leads make it easy for customer and seller to communicate.
Nachteile:
Some leads do not reply after the initial inquiry. To be expected as the same goes for its competitors.
