Great software for sales department

Vorteile:
Both power and predictive dialers are of great help. Our agents can easily process big databases and not waste time on manual dialing or no-answers. It's a real time-saver. Another benefit is handy campaign management. We can quickly create and launch campaigns and track every lead's status. It makes our workflow more organized.
Nachteile:
No cons for today. We are pretty satisfied with Voiptime.
Outbound calls software with lead management options

Vorteile:
Voiptime combines lead management tools with an outbound dialer. This was the main factor why we have chosen to work with this software. The price of Voiptime is relatively affordable, in combination with call rates of our sip provider, we've got quite a good deal. Unlimited call recording capacity storage, unlimited quantity of leads.
Nachteile:
Very limited reports, system does not enable to buy a sip number as a part of the solution, only outbound calling options.
Dialing and lead managment software for small businesses
Kommentare: It helps us to make affordable calls to different countries and to lead prospects through the sales pipeline easier and more persistantly, increasing the conversion rate. Since we started using this software our sales are smoother and planned, workflow scheduling is easier. Customer service is also getting better, as we store all lead information in the system and can access it any time we need it.
Vorteile:
Our sales department uses Voiptime to manage prospect information and make calls. It is very convenient to be able to dial leads directly from the system and to have phone recordings saved in the lead card, available for download and listening. Sales agents can make notes while talking to client over the phone. The dashboard allows to monitor department statistics in real time as well as to make customer estimations. The call quality is good. The online support is fast and helpful.
Nachteile:
Limited lead qualifying options, not all statuses are reflected in dashboard, operators can go through IVR only if the lead is dialed through the softphone, and than in call history the name of the cient is not mentioned, no option to create a new client after dialing a number from the softphone.
Effective CRM

I love how Voiptime Cloud helps me stay organized, focus on things that matter most and close more deals. Now, I do not miss any details (can refer to the call any time thanks to calls records), can keep all my document organized (all important files (contracts, bills) can be attached to the system) and set up callbacks as well as meeting reminders in the calendar and receive notification reminders both in the system interface and your email.

Great way to keep CRM data organized

This software is easy to use and has a great interface. We can utilize follow-up tasks, track activity and have quick insight into outbound and inbound calls. Far better in comparison to our previous solution.
Nachteile:
Our sales department team would like to have possibility to integrate it with other solutions: Google analytics, Office 365 suite.

Easy-to-use software that doesn't require a long training for my colleagues. They constantly improve their functionality. Very helpful support team.
Nachteile:
It would be helpful, in a case of urgency, to be able to make internal calls between managers. Also it would be great to have a predictive dialer.

User-friendly software

I was in a team that had to chooser and test CRM for our company. Our choice felt on VoiptimeCloud. This software is really great solution for companies that doesn't have an IT department. it is really easy to directly start using it, as it is cloud-based. Besides, they quite frequently release new tools and functions. After testing it, should admit that I haven't found any bags or incorrect working tools.
Nachteile:
As I know, our sales department has used it for near 2 months and, so far, is completely satisfied. The only one thing, that our team would like to see, is open API to be able to integrate it with our apps.

Great software for capturing leads from web

Our main challenge was to find a good software for capturing client's data from web forms. After the long search and multiple tests, we chose LMS from Voiptime and stayed completely satisfied. Now we can save all data, submitted by our website visitors, directly into the system for further nurturing
Nachteile:
After using it for 5 months, we haven't had any troubles with this software. But in future, we would like to be able to integrate this CRM with Google analytics for tracking lead sources and understanding the most effective marketing channels
Reliable dialer and excellent tools for managing clients
Kommentare: This software helps us to manage our clients and prospects as well as to call them and to record conversations.
Vorteile:
We use this software for over 6 months to call our clients online, record calls and manage customer data. The system is reliable, call quality is excellent, lead card saves all interaction data, so it's easy to catch on the customer comunication. It's a SaaS solution, so it's easy to access, payment is charged on monthly base, depending on the number of seats.
Nachteile:
Dashboard picks into reports only leads with default statuses, so the data is sometimes unaccurate. Only 1 SIP number per account can be set. No call routing.

Before, I haven't found a good software with dialer just like the Voiptime Cloud. After I have applied it to my business, the operation has generally improved. Vorteile:
Allows to save client information in one place: phone, address, company information, purchase information, documents, phone conversation recordings, emails. Callback scheduling option. Available online. API that allows to connect the system to lead generating forms at the website. Security.
Nachteile:
Email synchronization is rather slow. It takes 10-15 minutes for a new email to be displayed in the system. The software doesn't allow sending emails, it just synchronizes messages with the email.
We are very happy with this system
Kommentare: This system makes our communication with clients much more organized and professional. We do our scheduling in Voitpime and use it to call our clients to introduce new products, invite to events or set meetings.
Vorteile:
Client management tools, callback and meeting scheduling, calendar, online dialer with affordable call rates, ability to make calls from a local number, call recording, scheduling, client assignement and segmentation.
Nachteile:
Dialer works only with outcoming calls, for now we are forwarding all incoming calls to a desk phone number.

The call quality is excellent. Easy to use. All conversations are recorded. Filters can be applied to contact lists.
Nachteile:
The system is developed for outcoming calls. Incoming calls are not recorded. The system should also support incoming calls in order to be used by blended call centers.
Been working with them since in beta phase, found it of great help their customer service is best.

I think the ease of use and call quality is excellent as well as the recordings available right away. While setting up different list for different kind of clients to ensure work is not interrupted. Also the customer service has been on point and have gone an extra mile to help me out when they can in anthing that I had trouble with.
Nachteile:
I am pretty satisfied for the value it provides compared to many other softwares of similar nature. I am not sure what cons to list to be honest, haven't found that many. Asked the team to set up a predictive dialer something that is being worked on. I am a satisfied client.

All call recordings can be saved with different marks and downloaded from the system.
Call back option becomes useful when customer's phone number is busy or nobody answers a call.

VoiptimeCloud is an extremely reliable software that helps me to organize my daily functions more effectively. With this cloud system, I am more concentrated on sales rather than on process. I am able to take notes while on a call with my clients and backtrack throughout my call history. In addition, I can set up a callback and automation system does the rest.
Nachteile:
It would be helpful if I can edit previous notes on the client's card and create email templates to save even more time, but support team has promised to work on these features.

It is very user-friendly software so even new people can pick it up quickly. It is much easier now to organize clients, set up callbacks in the system, change the statuses of clients and attach additional files (acts, bills, contracts) to LMS.

It would be helpful to make internal calls from the system directly to manager in a case of urgency.

It is very easy to use! This simple interface doesn't require long training. Moreover, this software is quick to implement. Our migration from the other solution took less than two days. This software has two-way CRM integration that is very useful for our customer service reps. They can see the client's card from our CRM during the call that is a real time-saver. All the changes they make are automatically updating the client's data in the CRM system.
Nachteile:
During our experience, we haven't found any cons yet.

It helps me to schedule my day and all follow-up calls and keep client infromation organized.
I like the fact that all phone calls are saved and I can download recordings.
First I was quite suspicious about this system, but after 3 months using it by me and my colleagues I think it is great for sales departments of small and medium companies.

Tried to integrate my email box several times, however no emails were shown in the system. Sent a question to support. They answered that after adding your email to the account it takes about an hour for emails to be shown. Keep this in mind.
