So Easy!

Kommentare: iMonitor uses Simtutor in two different functions, first to train new customers and second to train the wider food industry in good food safety management practices. We have found it to be very easy to distingush between the customers and group each business into its own "Group" and assign specific training modules that fit to their needs through the "Folders" options that Simtutor provides. The training simulations quite often get described as "Game-changing" by our customers!

Vorteile:

Scalability Ease of use Easy to invite new users Remind users of training to-be-done No special training required to use / create training modules

Nachteile:

None really. They seem to be constantly adding new features, which is good to see.

Vorteile:

We at NZ Funds were looking for a tool to help us provide training to our wider network of business partners and ensure we could monitor the results. On trialling SimTutor, we quickly realised that the tool met our requirements, particularly that creating and distributing training modules was intuitive and fast, and that the reporting provided detailed insights into user results and how the tool was being used. From our initial interactions with SimTutor’s staff, it was also clear to us that the firm was committed to the tool and improving its functionality and the user experience. Since then, we have regularly interacted with the SimTutor support team who routinely show themselves to be responsive and effective at handling our queries, as well as receptive to new ideas.

Nachteile:

In earlier versions of SimTutor, there were a number of minor technical issues, which have subsequently been resolved.
