Kommentare: I don't use it half to its advantage and I think it's because I don't hear from the organization that often. I usually don't have a problem with this but maybe I could a tiny drop more follow up.

Vorteile:

The software is broad and we liked how easily it integrated with our EMR, which is not an easy one. We barely scratch the surface of all of its features - we use it for review generation and to capture feedback to improve our search results positioning and encourage potential patients to call us. We don't use any other features and feel this is worth the money.

Nachteile:

I haven't delved deeply enough into the product to know what I like least. This works the way we need it to.

Switching to different reviews & rep platform

Kommentare: Was not engaging enough to use Social Climb as a dashboard- managed reviews directly on original platforms instead.

Vorteile:

Gets the job done when it works. Writing more to meet character requirement in this section.

Nachteile:

Our field guys were having a lot of issues with using social climb, often times it not working right in front of the customer. They eventually didn't feel like trying to use it because it wouldn't work half the time. Social Climb is also a lot of money every month. ($1,000/mo) We're switching to a platform that offers the reviews & reputation, social media management, email, chat, and more for the same price.

REAL results and outstanding customer support

Kommentare: I am typically skeptical of software solutions that promise amazing results during their sales pitch. My feelings toward SocialClimb were no exception. But from day one, SocialClimb has met and exceeded the expectations created by their optimistic sales pitch. I have been blown away by the volume and quality of patient feedback SocialClimb has helped us collect. Our review counts and star ratings across multiple platforms have skyrocketed since we started using SocialClimb, helping our practice race past our competition in the realm of online reviews. And on top of an excellent product, SocialClimb's customer support team is second to none. They always reply to my requests and questions with prompt, detailed responses. They honestly feel like business partners rather than just another vendor.

Vorteile:

Frequent updates to the software keep it on the cutting edge of digital reputation management. The support and development teams are very open to customer feedback, and they have consistently gone above and beyond to implement new features I've requested.

Nachteile:

There's definitely a feeling that the platform is still in development. I actually like that, but it may not be for everyone. All the features work, but some of them could work more smoothly. The nice thing, though, is that the dev team is constantly improving the UI.

Fantastic tool for assisting in our Customer Reviews

Kommentare: It's been great. We certainly know that reviews are a lifeblood of a service company and our partnership with Social Climb has been a strong reason why we get so many.

Vorteile:

I love that this software provides an easy method for our technicians to request and obtain real time reviews on relevant platforms. This is invaluable in assisting in ensuring we have current, honest, and numerable reviews for potential customers to see. We are also able to quickly deal with any critical reviews quickly in order to maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible.

Nachteile:

It's not often, but there are times when our reviews are simply difficult to tell who sends them. Many of our customer simply reply with their reviews to the Social Climb SMS, not ending up within sight of others.

Generates lots of quality reviews for medical practice

Kommentare: Before Social Climb, our practice generated very few online reviews. With Social Climb, were able to steer patients to Google and social media sites to leave online reviews. After implementation, number of reviews skyrocketed and continue to climb. And the system provides a way to do service recovery when bad reviews are given.

Vorteile:

Integration with existing back-office systems was very easy. Accurately handled data from existing legacy system. Also, very flexible. Social Climb team are able to make changes and adjustments at a moment's notice. Texts and photos were sent to patients accurately and at the right time. This was important as we're a large practice with many providers. The patient feedback has had a huge impact on our practice. Our physicians and staff look forward to seeing what patients write about us online and the positive feedback has "raised the bar"....motivating our team to "wow" our customers.

Nachteile:

Because it's relatively new, some of the advanced features I would have liked were not immediately available. However, the Social Climb team has worked hard to update the product and add new functionality.

An effective and versital tool that allows for meaningful feedback

Vorteile:

I appreciate that the Social Climb platform allows for a seamless communication that appears to be coming directly from the provider. It is important to our organization to have strong public feedback, but private survey responses as well.

At this time I don't have any suggestions. The product functions very well and is a good value.

Improve Your Online Reputation with SocialClimb

Kommentare: Before SocialClimb, we struggled to capture reviews from satisfied patients. Now, we have hundreds of reviews across our online channels, from Facebook to Google Business, and are one of the most highly rated orthopedic practices in the country.

Vorteile:

I like how the software is set up to capture user reviews form their cell phones. It is easily implemented into the day to day of your business with little to no disruption and effective at capturing reviews to help improve your online reputation from real customers.

Nachteile:

There were no obvious drawbacks to using this software.

Social media acceleration!

Vorteile:

Socialclimb has been a game changer for our orthopedic practice. The service is quick and easy to use for our patients and gives them the opportunity to provide us with private messaging as well as post publicly. Their user interface is wonderful for our Patient Advocate to respond timely to positive and negative feedback.

Nachteile:

They have a little more development to do for analytics but overall, we are very happy!

Vorteile:

Social climb is easy to use and provides real-time, relevant data that allows our practice to get first hand knowledge from patients about their experience with us to help us provide better results to them in the future.

Nachteile:

Remain challenged with some of the customer service in terms of assisting us with our performance. As a new client, we need more feedback to help drive our strategy. This has been somewhat missing for us.

Kommentare: We have noticed an immense increase in reviews on social media. Our Google reviews have been growing from almost none to multiple daily reviews, and our patients, like so many others, often look to Google reviews for assistance making a decision on choosing a facility. This has been very beneficial for our business.

Vorteile:

It's great to finally have a software in which all of your reviews can be located in one place. The software is very user friendly for researching reviews, and breaking down which reviews were left for specific providers. It's a big plus to add the feature of receiving notifications of the reviews by email for ease in a quick look at recent comments. SocialClimb quickly responds to emails and phone messages left with any questions or issues, and always trying to find resolution.

Nachteile:

I have not used another software for reviews prior to SocialClimb to compare.

Easy enough to use

Kommentare: It's been easy enough to use. I use it every other day to report 5-Star reviews for our Tech Excellence program. Other departments use to respond back to clients. It integrates well with our company web page!

Vorteile:

I like being able to choose various time parameters for my reports and the types of files you can use to download for data collection. It integrates well with our company web page!

Nachteile:

It doesn't collect from all of the platforms our clients use for ratings.

Kommentare: Claims that they will get 10 new patients per month per provider, but there is not way to track this....

Increased patient feedback and patient interaction

Nachteile:

The link takes patients to a weird place in facebook and it is not clear how they leave a review. It does not let you just make notes on a review for your own purpose. There is no way to change a patient review - have had patients leave low stars in error and we cannot help them fix it.

Impactful Review Generation

Kommentare: Customer service and technical support has been excellent.

Vorteile:

The platform has done an excellent job generating patient reviews for our practice. Prior to requesting reviews through social climb, we were mostly getting dissatisfied patients leaving reviews on Google. We knew most patients were actually very satisfied with the care we provide and invitations to review have confirmed that. We have improved our Google star rating by 2.25+ points at our five locations in about 6 months.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints to offer. The dashboard is great and easy to navigate.

in the beginning i had hard time to connect with them, the appraoch was not explained properly , we corrected few thing in soft ware , resolved the issue .

Kommentare: Overall, the time savings is 100% worth the investment. I used to manage the Google for Business profile for one doc at one clinic. It took me several hour each month to keep up with it, and sometimes more when there were changes. The ease of having it on one dashboard, so I can quickly get in, make any minor changes to hours, in on location, respond to reviews and be done is amazing.

Vorteile:

The ability manage multiple Google for Business in one place. I can quickly log in and respond to the reviews for all of our doctors, on one dashboard. I can create Google For Business posts and upload them on the dashboard across all of the profiles, or for one specific individual.

Nachteile:

As easy as it is to manage the GFB profiles, I have a bit a hard time managing finding other platform profile tools, and understanding what each option is, is not always intuitive.

When I came to my new practice who did not have any reviews on social media I immediately implemented it...We have seen a tremendous increase in reviews. It has helped our practice grow and show the community the value of our office.

Helps to spot inconsistencies within various locations

Kommentare: SocialClimb has greatly increased the number of reviews on various platforms (Google, Facebook), which was our ultimate goal in partnering. Therefore, we've had a positive experience.

Vorteile:

We have multiple office locations synced with Social Climb, so we're able to monitor and compare reviews and rating for all locations in one spot. While unfortunate for our Google presence, when we see several negative reviews come in, it's helpful to know exactly what the issue patients are experiencing is and where they are experiencing it.

Nachteile:

I think there could be better reporting tools.
