Vorteile:

This is a great system. It helps you know the main facts. True some privacy is nice but the most important thing is safety.

Nachteile:

It's kinda general. It allows you to search one by one so it can take a rather long time to get through a list.

Decent compared to others

Kommentare: Customer service is great answer all questions Thorley and give explanations to them really enjoyed using this product.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, for the most part it was pretty accurate, it's a decent tool to have in your resource Group

Nachteile:

Nothing really negative to say. A little more accurate information, but for the price it's a good resource to have.

What a waste and sneaky at that!

Kommentare: My over all experience was awful. Iwould never use them again.

Vorteile:

I needed to have a background check done for employment one day, about 6 months ago. And when I used this software, for one, they NEVER told me of my payment disclosure, and amount. Then, when I did finaly receive the report, it had nothing of ANY use on it. The customer service rep that I got in touch with over the phone, tolod me that it says things in the fine print. They do this to make a quick dollar, and I do not find this fair at all.

Nachteile:

How sneaky they are about getting your money. It's almost disgusting.

easy search

Kommentare: I'm able to verify information quickly and painlessly with minimal impact to the day and resulting in less leg work for my clients

Vorteile:

This product is super easy to use. I was able to quickly verify the accuracy of the results.

Nachteile:

The log in can be a little buggy on some browsers, so I find myself waiting until I'm on my main computer

Contains minimum requirements

Kommentare: Overall it does get the job done. That was my quality guarantee I need to be able to guarantee my employees quality is well. All for one.

Vorteile:

I'm a residential house cleaner I also do any sorts of maintenance or request needed in the home. Using this software gave me the inside needed to be able to trust my employees the way that my customers trust me.

Nachteile:

Although the software was accurate it was out of date I need both to put my name on the line when going into a home. Oh and let's not forget there is no trial!

Not Very Accurate

Kommentare: Over all it has its merits and it's flaws like any soft ware but there are much better programs out there with higher accuracy that I would use first before using this again

Vorteile:

What I liked best is that this software will pull up all relevant information for employers and even the general public.

Nachteile:

What I don't like about this software is their ability to pull up outdated or even exponged records and include them in their report s which can result in misleading information being presented.

Ability to Perform Background Searches

Vorteile:

Able to look up records for pretty much anyone Linked to Google for easier search options

Nachteile:

Too many categories to filter through until you make it to the purchasing option which is not clearly stated from the start. In my opinion, price is a bit steep for the service provided If you perform multiple searches, it will take all afternoon!

Has potential, but lacks polish

Kommentare: Hit-or-miss option to quickly check the background of a candidate. Should not be relied on for a comprehensive or conclusive background check, but it can be a quick way to see if it's worth the time to run a full one.

Vorteile:

Quick to use, depending on the person/background it can be an easy way to see if there might be an issue on their background.

Nachteile:

It does not seem to be accurate and pulls too broad of a search into the results. If a candidate has a common name or multiple relatives, the results seem to get confused about who you are actually searching for.

Great way to get someones phone number! But nothing else

Vorteile:

Its accurate information about relatives and contact information and mostly correct on who associates with the person you looked up

Nachteile:

Criminal convictions do not appear 90% of the time i know because i have a prior conviction from 3 years ago that doesn't exist according to this site Way to pricy to only obtain prior and current contact information

Background check for good info

Vorteile:

It's easy to get a background check and phone numbers for someone and fairly accurate information.

Nachteile:

The data can be out of date and it can be very expensive to run just one background. Also it can be difficult to cancel.

Checkmate

Kommentare: Overall my experience was pretty positive when they overcharged. I called customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. They were to fix the program right away and the money went back into my account immediately.

Vorteile:

I used this app to do a background check on my tenants for the property that I rent out.I found it to very helpful and I got fast results for the background checks.

Nachteile:

The only con that I had was that I did one day free trial and they ended up charging me for a month instead of a free trial.

Has been a great way to conduct background checks

Kommentare: Overall, my experience has been great. It has helped me to stay away from people that may take advantage of my business and have had trouble with the law in the past due to theft and some other crimes.

Vorteile:

I've used this for conducting background checks on people I have worked with and given jobs to before. I like that it is easy to use and provides me with a peace of mind when hiring.

Nachteile:

Sometimes information does not seem to be completely up to date. It can also be hard to find the correct person due to inaccurate phone numbers or addresses.

Scam company, no customer service

Kommentare: Horrible. No one can settle this case. The so called Director of Member Services according to CS, doesn't exist and no one will transfer me to upper management to settle.

Vorteile:

Did not like anything about the company.

Nachteile:

Being charged monthly for a service I never ordered. When I finally got someone, after multiple calls, emails and negative reviews, I finally got a response only to find out the person doesn't exist

Sneak Peak

Kommentare: I enjoyed using it and found out a lot about the guy I was investigating.

Vorteile:

That I could find out about a guy I was dating from an online dating site. Most of the info was accurate but some was wrong. The guy and his father had similar names so some facts were mixed. I did get to see a little one f his character like he didn’t pay his taxes.

Nachteile:

The inaccurate facts like last names, married name and madden name mixed up. The important summary of facts could be available at the beginning of the enter instead of spread out through the different categories.

Great for background checks

That is can do quick and easy background check on employees you are condering to employee to your company

It nothing bad I can really say about this software...it a great one to use so not going say anything baf about it

Useless and waste of money

Kommentare: I needed to search for a single person. After that search I searched myself. It missed so much in regards to professional licenses and DEA license, firearm license, etc. In addition, even with an exact location and birthdate, almost half of the data was incorrect. It is a useless product unless it is free in which case it may help the general public in some cases. Complete waste of money.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use, read and understand. Format is ok.

Nachteile:

Misses easily found public records. Relatively inaccurate.

Vorteile:

Instant Checkmate makes it easy to find public records for a low cost if I want more information. It's nice also that I can take my information down if I wish to.

Nachteile:

The site looks like it might not be a legit service, but it is. The user interface design could use some updates in order to make it look more legit. But it does have a Norton logo, so you do know that you can trust it.

Easy to use

Kommentare: I would not recommend this software for a company. Quite a bit of the information is incorrect or outdated. I prefer not to have to wade through and try to determine what information is correct.

Vorteile:

This software is extremely easy to use. It also has different levels so you can choose what types of information you want to pay for. Customer service is very helpful!

Nachteile:

On many occasions, the data was incorrect. This is the primary reason I no longer use it.

Not I'm pressed

Kommentare: Easy to use however I'm disapointed at the information that's available.I get old address old phone numbers.I used instant check mate to reconnect with lost loved ones and friends.

Vorteile:

I use this more on a personal level than business but never the less I always find who I'm looking for.Its very easy to search for who I'm looking for.

Nachteile:

Because I use this on a personal level the information like phone numbers and address are not up to date and thats frustrating.

Kommentare: We have used this for background checks for teachers and staff. Very helpful and comprehensive.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use and very helpful with background checks in short notice situations. We have been able to clear employees more quickly than other methods.

Nachteile:

This software is slightly expensive for our use. We do not have need for it very often so cannot afford a monthly fee.

Vorteile:

Finds where your data might be used by selling it. Its fast and says secure. I looked myself up and it was accurate.

Nachteile:

The free trial that's available every so often isn't really free, it also comes w a monthly subscription.

Rip Off

Kommentare: awful

Vorteile:

Nothing, nothing at all. The information was 15 years old and totally out of date

Nachteile:

This is a scam company. They made my initial charge a recurring charge without my authorization and knowledge. The information they will give you is absurdly minimal and obsolete when using their services. A waste of time and money. Like other rip-off businesses, they charge you through PayPal, which is not a credit card, and will not refund your money in this type of situation.
