Great tool!

Kommentare: I used Hiretual when the product was in beta. I was over acquisition for Indeed Prime and the AI sourcing feature helped me scale my sourcing efforts tremendously. I can't recommend this product enough.

Vorteile:

Ease of use Tons of contact info in the app The AI sourcing feature is a game-changer

Nachteile:

Occasionally, the tool lacks in personal email addresses.

Hiretual is like oxygen

Kommentare: Hiretual is like oxygen. You don't realize how much you need it until it's missing. I enjoy the ease of finding contact information with Hiretual. Additionally, their AI feature has helped me uncover profiles I had not normally found myself with Boolean search.

Vorteile:

I liked the ease and convenience of finding a candidate's contact information, sometimes even with telephone numbers. I also like the AI search feature

Nachteile:

I don't like that you only get 10 free lookups a week but hey, I guess they gotta make money too.

AI aggregation is not always good

Kommentare: I have found that some of the information is correct BUT not better than other services. I would often run the same search on Whitepages and HireTual was no better. Also, this product did not offer good company phone date. If a number was offered it was publicly available HQ numbers.

Vorteile:

I really did like the ease of use. The Chrome Extension was a perfect companion for identifying passive talent on LinkedIn. There is good interface with my ATS.

Nachteile:

I found the AI generation of data and the matching data with probable email pattern to be troublesome. Often the work emails were out of date by several years. One key contact had an email listed that was 8 years old. It was a company he had left 8 years ago.

Best automated sourcing tool on the market (2019)

Kommentare: I've thoroughly enjoyed using Hiretual and it is very convenient in quickly discovering candidates and their contact info, this saving me time and making me more efficient as a recruiter.

Vorteile:

Hiretual is able to find contact email and sometimes telephone numbers that other platforms cannot. Additionally, the AI feature has helped me uncover candidates I may normally have not found through Boolean search myself.

Nachteile:

You only get 10 contacts a week for the free version.

If you can only have 1 tool in your recruiting toolbox, this is it!

Kommentare: Hiretual is a HUGE time-saver for selective sourcing, so I have more time to spend with qualified candidates. Support is incredible and responsive. Great bunch of people to work with.

Vorteile:

Hiretual saves me a huge amount of time in sourcing and looking up contact information. The new talent insight function is incredible data to supply to hiring managers to quantify the talent landscape, but I also use the insight function to interactively "tune" my search until I like the talent landscape to set a sourcing job. Tuning the sourcing model to fit and not a fit helps as well. I like the email campaign feature as well to automate a drip email campaign. Project tracking is good as well.

Nachteile:

Every time I see a place for improvement, Hiretual adds the feature!

Speed & Accuracy

Kommentare: I've saved so much time by utilizing the AI search function. My clients think I'm brilliant and wonder how I'm able to come up with such a solid short list of prospects in such a short amount of time. Love it.

Vorteile:

As a full cycle recruiter I have hardly any time for quality, deep search sourcing. Hiretual's AI sourcing solution means I don't NEED a ton of time. Within MINUTES I can set up a search that can easily be adjusted to fit my team's specific niche needs. A few minutes more, I have a short list of well-calibrated prospects easily contacted through a variety of info provided by Hiretual. I can spend more time crafting quality outreach and talking to the right people vs throwing messaging at random people and hoping something sticks. Simply put, Hiretual is one of if not the single best recruiting tool I've ever used.

Nachteile:

The learning curve for some of the functions is a little steep, but that is more a reflection of me over the tool :) The customer service team is always readily available to help!

It works- Recruiters can generate boolean searches quickly and find relevant prospects.

Kommentare: I benefitted by quick identification of relevant candidates - I was able to fill hard to find positions.

Vorteile:

Hiretual creates boolean searches, gives options of skills, quickly searches across networks and job boards for relevant passive candidates for me to view. Customer Service is responsive and helpful. They keep making this a better product.

Nachteile:

I have a paid program but have not been able to upgrade yet for the added benefits they offer- my issue not theirs.

Hiretual for sourcing is a must

Kommentare: It's been awesome. The customer service is amazing, the tool is super functional, and to this point it has been an essential tool to my companies recruiting team.

Vorteile:

It's efficiency. It makes sourcing super easy for recruiter's. You can use Hiretual to reach out to possible candidates, keep track of response rate data, sync to your ATS, find contact info, create boolean strings, talent map, etc.

Nachteile:

People on my team assign projects to me and I would like the option to delete myself from those projects.

Kommentare: I work as a Talent Sourcer in a highly competitive industry with limited talent pools and prospects who are difficult to engage. Hiretual helps me find people that don't come up in searches using other products AND (very importantly) provides accurate contact information so I can directly contact the prospects.

Vorteile:

Hiretual has become my go to talent sourcing tool for many reasons. It's AI search capability surfaces people I haven't seen when using other tools, it's filters help me focus in on the best-of-the-best prospects, it provides accurate email addresses for prospects, they continue to release helpful features, customer services is lightning fast and thorough, ongoing training is awesome, I love the Chrome extension, and the founders are very active members of the TA community and continue to listen to our needs and evolve their platform.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints. If we see an area of improvement, Hiretual's team has been very open to adding features, discussing work-arounds, or explaining why a requested feature can't/won't be added.

Best Recruiting Tool

Nachteile:

The only thing that comes to mind is that I had a technical support issue; however, it was quickly resolved and the Hiretual team was very responsive.

Recruiter's Best Friend

Kommentare: I use Hiretual to source senior-level candidates in the Human Resources, Sales, and Pharmaceutical/Biotech R&D functions. It has helped me create personalized outreach and drive my open/acceptance rates much higher than ever before.

Vorteile:

Love working with Hiretual. As an executive recruiter, it gives me the insights I need to understand the potential candidate pool I'm looking at, the tools I need to source those candidates (including AI functionality), the contact information to reach out to the candidates, and projects functionality to keep it all straight.

Nachteile:

I'd love to see the 'Engage' tool provide the functionality to show if a candidate has opened the email that is sent to them.

Hiretual makes for ease of finding candidates whether you are a junior recruiter who is just getting started with Boolean or a senior recruiter looking for other search terms and alternative channels like Meetup, GitHub, and more. It truly is built for recruiters. With so many features, it touches on almost every step of the talent pipeline process.

Nachteile:

I wish it scored the likelihood that a candidate was considering or open to new opportunities.

Hiretual for Recruiting

Kommentare: We are using Hiretual as another sourcing tool, just trying to find and hire tough to find candidates in a tough market.

Vorteile:

I like that Hiretual sources candidates for you and from more than just online platform likes linkedin, it also brings in careerbuilder and other candidates. I like that Hiretual has a feature to email from the system and integrate with my own email and track clicks, opens and declines.

Nachteile:

Hiretual is very robust which makes finding all the things kind of difficult. Its more intuitive than other AI Sourcing Tools I've used and the UI/UX is definitely better but I still there are lots of improvements that can be made to make the tool more user friendly and efficient.

Sourcing made easy

Vorteile:

Hiretual is amazing, it helps me find prospective candidates' contact details without having to rummage through the internet. I also love that it helps me create search strings for my searches which always yield results.

Nachteile:

I wish I didn't have to sign in every time I restart my browser, for the Chrome extension to work.

Hiretual let's recruiters recruit

Kommentare: By using Hiretual, I'm cutting my sourcing time down significantly and finding better talent.

Vorteile:

Hiretual is very easy to use. You don't have to remember or save complex search strings. If you have an idea on how to make it better, the owners/developers listen.

Nachteile:

I wish it was around several years ago! There is nothing I dislike about it.

Vorteile:

I love everything about Hiretual. I'm finding engineers I otherwise would not and love how the UI flows. It is very intuitive and customizable. I had an issue, which led to a suggestion through their website, which led to a 30 minute phone call THE NEXT DAY where I learned more about the software and ultimately realized my issue with the product was due to my lack of understanding- what I wanted was already built in!

Nachteile:

Occasionally the AI algorithm will find people with similar names and mismatch their profiles/emails (very rare occurance).

Great software, wish I could use it again

It took a while to get the product to where it is today but it was worth it.

Excellent Recruiting Tool

Kommentare: In the tight technology recruiting market, you need to have all the tools available to make the hires. This software saves time and makes searches quicker.

Vorteile:

I really like the interface and the ease of use. It is laid out very nice from a UI perspective. The boolean strings it creates are pretty accurate, so not much configuration is needed. Makes a sourcing job easy. The AI sourcing and Github searches makes it very valuable in the day to day search for talent. The chrome extension is very helpful.

Nachteile:

I am not sure I have any complaints. Perhaps it could enhance the Github or Stackoverflow searches.

A mature product that keeps improving

Vorteile:

The AI feature provides a great way for sourcers to continually identify and engage people. I like that you can train the model so the results improve with time.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve like any new software. I did have to create several rules to eliminate false positives. As long as you can continue to edit and shape the results these refinements are worth the effort.

I looooved that I could click on a LinkedIn profile and get an email of a person.

Nachteile:

If the person is from EU, than hiretual will not be able to get you their info

Great sourcing automation

Vorteile:

It automates quite a few steps in the sourcing function so you can focus on proactive outreach to the best candidates

Nachteile:

A lot of invalid phone numbers and wrong emails. Some of the contact information is not correct. Maybe the same name but different person

Hiretual can do what others cannot

Vorteile:

Hiretual can do what other platforms cannot: they find candidates information others cannot, and they generate leads others cannot. It is a great tool in the recruiter's arsenal!

Nachteile:

I like most things about their platform/service and customer experience and can't think of anything significant I dislike.
