Importance of MyStudio in our Business Operations and Success

The software is simple to use, and their customer service team is always available to provide assistance and answer questions. It is used by all of the employees, ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Nachteile:

The loading speed can be slow occasionally, but this could potentially be due to the location of the service.

MyStudio has SAVED our studio

Kommentare: Overall exerience is: It SAVED our studio during COVID. They treat you like a person not a number and make things individualized and TRULY care about their customers. They truly get to know you and your needs and WANT to see you succeed.

Vorteile:

MyStudio has made the enrollment process a simple click of a few buttons. The app is so user friendly that ALL parents/students can use. There isn't any hidden surprises or fees or anything... the buyer feels comfortable in what they are enrolling in and what the prices are. What used to jam up our studio enrolling people took an extra employee dedicated to it and at least an hour every night to do so. NOW I don't have to have the extra employee and I can concentrate on instruction of students without distratction.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I don't like that things are ever changing and developing and I have to learn the "new" way to do it, but honestly..... it's just me not the software. MyStudio simply changes things because they are ever improving and LISTENING to their customer and the needs and wishes.

Vorteile:

Customer service is great. I like the seminars. Still learning some of the features.

Nachteile:

I think once a person inputs their information for any purchase, is should auto fill for everything else and not have to be reinput. Also, I would like to sell personalized items that Century Direct does not carry. This includes logo t-shirt, hats, hoodies, etc. Maybe consider partnering with a Printing company that can tie in like Century Direct.

Kommentare: I don't have anything else to think about switching other software but keeping MyStudio. MyStudio offers everything that I need for my business.

Vorteile:

Mystudio has been so helpful ever since we decided to use it. Especially, managing trials and memberships has been so much easier such as enrolling memberships, and following trials with automated emails and text. over 90% of our membership has been through customers' phones using MyStudio App. No more Paper!!!

Nachteile:

MyStudio has been great most time. MySutio has lots of tools to customize what you need for your business. I feel like I use 10% of what MyStudio offers...

The best thing about MyStudio is the customer support. My support [sensitive content hidden] has been outstanding. We still have biweekly meetings!

Nachteile:

I have been having difficulties with the website set up and transfer from GoDaddy.

Mystudio saves us money

Vorteile:

We like the online registration tools and the ability to communicate much more effectively with customers.

Nachteile:

Some features that have been advertised as coming soon 2 years ago, have still not come out such as quickbooks integration.

Kommentare: Overall - this is the best software we have ever used and they keep coming up with more updates and upgrades.

Vorteile:

Integration was SEAMLESS! This has always been the most difficult in using a new software but MS makes it easy. You can customize memberships and events to your liking so it is very flexible as well.

Nachteile:

I am not very tech savvy so for me some things are not self-explanatory just by logging in but I believe it is because of the advanced options of this software. If i'm every unsure, I just reach out to the Customer Service team and they answer all of my questions!

Perfect for Running Martial Arts Schools

Vorteile:

The essential KPIs (leads, trials, memberships, gross sales) are in your face every day! In order to run my school effectively, I need to be able to see the necessary data with ease, and MyStudio does that! I love that the company continues to listen to its everyday users, and MyStudio continues to upgrade its platform.

Nachteile:

Like all CRMs, MyStudio has a bit of a learning curve. Once you familiarize yourself with its systems, you are able to perform administrative tasks intuitively and efficiently.

Kommentare: My overall experience with MyStudio has been great. We started with a basic version and within a couple of months upgraded to the personal version so we had our on app. This platform is great from the using the dashboard on the computer or the business app on my teams tablets or phones. We can be at an event away form our business and still sign members up in real time.

Vorteile:

What I like most about MyStudio is that it allows for my entire team to be flexible and we can pivot quickly no matter what the circumstance. They allow for us to stay in constant communication with our members.

Nachteile:

What I like least about the software is waiting on some of the updates, but the good thing is they are constantly updating and innovating the platform to make it better. They are a young company but are making great progress.

Kommentare: At 1st I wasn't impressed as I used the lowest tier. After upgrading and using the website creator things started taking off. With the upgrades they have been updating it seems to have made things way easier. I love it and will use it for the upcoming schools we will open.

Vorteile:

I 've been working with this system for a while and tall the software I used before, it's way more user friendly and the price point is way better than those like rainmaker. The integrations are just what any dojo owner needs to make things easier and streamline.

Nachteile:

There are a lot of features so it took a while to navigate and understand where things where. But it seems like they are always working on improving the work flow for customers.

Kommentare: Met all my expectations and when Covid hit the team at mystudio went all in to do everything they could to help and give us ideas how to retain customers and gain new ones. They immediately implemented features to help with online classes and more.

Vorteile:

-The ease of use was number one and honestly the price was unbeatable. We pass on the fees of the credit cards to clients which actually pays for our annual fee to use the software. -Opportunities for a self service check in process saving on labor -Customer history with options to communicate via text with clients in real time through the software -internet Based so can be used on mobile device

Nachteile:

We are a dance studio and the features are geared towards martial arts; however, the features work great for us. We do a lot of drop in classes, loading those can be cumbersome. Wished the copy class feature copied the times so when i load the month of classes i don't have to load every class time

Kommentare: They are good people on their way to making a great product. I just can't use every part of the system. Big promises with slow delivery on the software.

Vorteile:

Affordable. Easy online customer management and billing. They were just starting out and so was I, so it was a good fit.

Nachteile:

The attendance tracking, email, and SMS communication tools tracking software are basic and need more development to work. The scheduling software user interface is just ugly and unusable. I am currently paying for mailchimp, acuity scheduling, and taking attendance manually to get the job done right. The custom links for online registrations often come up as 404 not found. I'm now at a point where I can easily move to another CMS and enjoy more developed software if the price is right.

Kommentare: I love my studio. I love that I pay the entire year up front each year forgoing the onerous monthly billing of other like companies

Vorteile:

I love the ability to pass on credit card fees to my customers as well as track attendance and use their point of sale feature

Nachteile:

The only negative is that because there is so much that this software offers it takes time to understand how to navigate its numerous features

Student tracking and payments all in one system

Kommentare: We love the streamline it has brought to our studio. Recommend it to all our business partners.

Vorteile:

Once set up recurring payments are great. Very easy to pause a student and resume if needed too. Ability to send emails to all students

Nachteile:

Secondary email doesn't always get emails. Confusing to navigate the different choices on tabs ex: multiple tabs say attendance but only 1 launches it .

My Experience with MyStudio for my very first business

Kommentare: I enjoyed my time with MyStudio and I know there are some issues but for the most part, I'm happy with the product and plan to renew for next year.

Vorteile:

I love the customer service, with all my dumb questions they are always patient with me and get to the bottom of issues. The format is super nice as administrator, for client management, automatic payments, the trigger for late payments, email us (how its also sent to other emails so I don't miss it), the website template, and billing schedule, the cash flow, and many more features I can't list at the moment. I can't imagine running my business without it.

Nachteile:

Updates - I would like more notice of any updates to the software, like via text or email. This notice is to double-check the client's accounts to confirm the payment is correct. For the website template, I would like the option to run google ads but it requires coding which the website template does not provide. IF MyStudio can fix that issue that would be great! The processing fees, I think the rate is too high and MyStudio should look into another payment processing service because I found way cheaper options but they were not compatible with MyStudio at the time. Events/Product Links - When we were selling digital products or any products through the MyStudio, when we shared the link it came up "suspicious, spammy, and malicious" to customers that deferred them away from purchasing. Which was very frustrating as a business owner. The only thing I don't understand is why my other coaches and students claimed that they don't like MyStudio or use it and I'm not sure why. I've asked them but there are no notes about anything they can change. This is frustrating because I enjoy MyStudio.

A solid but imperfect software system for managing memberships.

Vorteile:

It makes communication with members easy. The price point is good. Its payment and retail features are easy to use.

Nachteile:

Attachments to emails to members is limited to one per message. I wish I could backdate the start of a membership.

Great Product

Kommentare: Great so far. It was vital to have it during the pandemic.

Vorteile:

I like the attendance feature the most. During the pandemic we had to get rid of "attendance cards". No everyone gets checked in with very little issues. I also like the event and membership registration capabilities.

Nachteile:

Glitches occasionally. One time I couldn't check anyones attendance for 3 days straight. Also loading time takes way to long even though we have fast internet. Email cpabilities are very basic. I would like more synching with mail chimp. They feel like a billing company, but they are not. We have to do a lot of money chasing when a client doesn't pay.

MyStudio is overall a solid piece of software

Kommentare: I haven’t had too many issues. Overall not a bad piece of software.

Vorteile:

MyStudio is focused on the user doing most of the work which saves me time.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it takes a while for a requested feature to be put in place but they have so many different plans that it is understandable.

Good for the price

Kommentare: We will no longer be using MyStudio as we need something that can help us stay better organized, stay on top of leads, keep us accountable with members, have an online University built in and something more robust with better organization, reports and customiazations...

Vorteile:

It was a simple software for recurring memberships and selling products

Nachteile:

There was not alot of automations at the time, no profile pictures, no real ways to help us stay on top of the process of a prospect to along time member...
