mCase Integration

Kommentare: Case management for Juvenile justice system.

Vorteile:

This solution is based on a .Net platform with advanced features and functionality. Because of it's service oriented architecture, this system integrated very easily with existing and legacy systems. I particularly like the search algorithm which work like google search and produce very refined and relevant results.

Nachteile:

I think the only thing I could think about will be the integration of artificial intelligence into some of the core workflow and search. Although they did say they are working on this.

Kommentare: mCase is easy to use and even easier to implement. RedMane has stood with us and made sure that the solution that we have envisioned for our city department came to fruition. This is a great solution for any application or scope of project.

Vorteile:

This software is very easily configured to meet our specific requirements for data fields, workflow, reporting, and dashboards. We can also use it on mobile devices which helps our field staff collect data with ease.

Nachteile:

We are yet to find any negatives to using mCase.

Kommentare: mCase was implemented in the Virgin Islands as a solution to operate DSNAP in the aftermath of two Cat 5 hurricanes.

Vorteile:

It was easy to learn and use. The fact that it was easy to add features to the system was a great benefit for our agency. i.e we were able to get a customized feature that made it easier to pin the DSNAP EBT cards.

Nachteile:

There are some features that I felt could have been a little more user friendly or provide more. For instance the search function; could have been simplified to offer better results. That includes the ability easily identify when a client was included on another application.
