It is intuitive, fit-for-purpose and great value for money.
The only thing for me would be to be able to drop documents straight into agenda instead of going through the library.

CLUB CHANGER!
Kommentare: With Process PA the Club retain ownership of all documents and have an easy hand over process at each change of committee.
Vorteile:
Before Process PA we had no official way of ensuring all club documents were retained by the club. It also ensured easy transitioning to new committee members.
Nachteile:
Occasionally having to get support to make changes that I couldn't make to dates for example.

Kommentare: The responsiveness of the developer to questions or issues (mostly user issues) is excellent!
Vorteile:
A purpose made portal for board and governance functions especially for a Not For Profit organisation is very helpful
Nachteile:
That it is not as intuitive as it could be for board members who are not technically savvy
Review Process PA
Kommentare: We run the Executive Committee meetings through Process PA. We also keep various governance documents on file within the program. When it works to its full capacity, it is quite marvelous, but this is not always the case.
Vorteile:
Having everything all in one place. When it works to full functionality, it is marvelous. It is very intuitive for a user experience.
Nachteile:
I find it to be a bit "flaky" at times. It is NOT the internet / wifi that is at fault - because there are no problems with any other programs or cloud software in use from my own office. There are times that emails (agendas etc) will not send and then ultimately fail to send after some hours. The next day there will be no problem. Committee members have found it impossible to download documents (e.g. attachment within the agenda). All they can get is a blank page - or nothing at all.

Process PA perfect for Australian NFPs
Kommentare: Process PA allows me to track all the agendas and minutes of the different entities I manage. It creates agendas and minutes that are easy to share. It facilitates agenda and minute sharing and tracks attendance and voting. It covers all meeting related details.
Vorteile:
This software is designed in Australia for all types of corporate entities.
Nachteile:
Using some features isn't always intuitive but it is easy to rectify any missteps you might make.
Some good features, some areas to work on
Kommentare: It has been an improvement on the Word document agenda previously used for this particular committee. There are some (probably relatively minor) frustrations in formatting, some cumbersome elements, and some features that have been more helpful than anticipated (especially tracking action items from meetings). Generally I prefer it to the previous way of setting and distributing an agenda and keeping minutes, however there are some (already noted) conveniences that would make it even more helpful/easier to use.
Vorteile:
Taking minutes has been easy for the particular meetings for which I act as secretary. (Caveat noted in "cons" below re proposals) Convenience of having all documents included in agenda as attachments, keeping everything needed for the meeting very accessible Makes it easy to follow up on action items and note what has and has not been completed
Nachteile:
Have not been able to copy and paste a table into the meeting agenda, meaning it has to be recreated each meeting. A workaround has been to add the table as an attachment. The agenda items have not saved between meetings, meaning the headings have to be manually changed each time to suit the particular committee's standard agenda. Somewhat cumbersome to add in the proposals at meetings with the delegated responsibilities. Often holding up a meeting to ensure these are captured accurately before moving to the next item.
PA Process for Residential Body Corporates
Kommentare:
Process PA allows the body corporate nad its managers to maintain compliance with relevant legislation with a minimum of effort (important in volunteer organisations). It enables records to be maintained together with the relevant meetings or decisions for easy reference. It allows the committee to allocate and track actions, another difficult task in a volunteer organisation.
The interface is intuitive and simple, allowing for easy training of admins.
Vorteile:
With the advent of electronic communications, compliance with the law in maintaining correspondence, decision making and document management has become fragmented and difficult. PPA lets us maintain and track records, documents, decisions and motions with a minimum of effort. Sending agendas and minutes is efficient, fast and effective. Developing agendas as issues arise saves double handling.
Nachteile:
Segmenting or grouping contacts would be an advantage for this type of organisation.
Proces PA capability
Kommentare: Really love the product - has made my life a lot easier working in the Governance area
Vorteile:
The ease of managing governance information attached to the Agenda, the ability to locate previous attachments, and administer the Agenda right up until it is emailed to recipients is great. Previous numbering of papers for the Agenda was time consuming and a problem when Agenda items and ordering changed.
Nachteile:
As opposed to the Microsoft suite it is more difficult to edit (gaps between words etc not so easy)
Flexible, versitile and cost-effective
Kommentare:
ProcessPA is great for companies from startups to enterprises for all levels of governance, advisory and internal meetings.
I have used the application since it was in Beta and made quite a few suggestions for enhancements and functionality which, in the main were implemented.
Support is fast and they have never played the blame game.
Vorteile:
Very easy and intuitive to set up and implement. Several templates for types of meetings, but all easily customised. Adding and tracking action items, resolutions, etc. is very easy.
Nachteile:
It has had the odd glitch, but support has rectified them very quickly.
Great product that has improved our organisation
Kommentare: We use Process PA for managing the meetings and the business of our Board and subcommittees. It has been a wonderful product for our organisation and one that I would recommend to any SME. I do hope that the recent access and connectivity issues can be easily fixed,
Vorteile:
Simple to set up and use with an intuitive feel for users. The ability to easily access essential governance and meeting documents is a key strength. The follow up action emails etc are also extremely useful and valuable.
Nachteile:
Recently, over the last couple pf months, we have been experiencing some issues with gaining access to the system when we meet. Having now transitioned our board and committees to a sole reliance on Process PA and paperless meetings it is essential that we have uninterrupted and reliable access.

Hi Wayne I'm glad to hear you would recommend Process PA to any SME. Sorry for the issues you've hit the last couple of months. It hasn't been widespread but effecting some explicit accounts. Kommentare: Our overall experience with Process PA is a very positive one. It delivers information to the Committee accurately and on time with a user friendly system. It tracks meeting Motions and Action Items and fits into Outlook for example seamlessly.
Vorteile:
The features we like most about Process PA is the immediate ability to issue the meeting minutes; track meeting Motions and Action Items
Nachteile:
The template setup is a bit clunky and could be more user friendly
It's Not Fit For Purpose
Kommentare: We can't use it to actually take the minutes. I have to do them on my laptop using Microsoft Word and then paste them back in much later when I have a spare 3 hours to waste. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] just opens and closes the headings during the meeting for me so we have a record of the times on each item. It is totally useless and I spend many hours of my weekends trying desperately to get it to work, which 80% of the time it doesn't work at all and I have to just walk away. I have constant issues with it.
Vorteile:
It's name. I can't think of anything else.
Nachteile:
It takes forever to respond to anything I do. Two hours last weekend to just correct one section of my minutes and when I went back in again the corrections had not happened.

Helpful but expensive for what we use it for
Kommentare: To be honest I feel we do not use Process PA to its full potential. There are probably a lot more functions in the system that could benefit the board but no one has the time to play with the system. Therefore it feels like a glorified minute taking system that does feel expensive if only being used for this reason!!
Vorteile:
It keeps our management committee information together and easy to find It provides templates to complete minutes and other related documents Good system of approval for minutes Good to be able to attach documents to the minutes and download everything Helpful to be able to invite committee members to meetings with a yes / no response system
Nachteile:
Minutes are a bit clumpy to write but I am aware that the people that have been writing the minutes have not used the sytem to its full potential Feels like a lot of money when the current functions that we use could easily be replicated through our other software
process PA Review
Kommentare: Very helpful. I have had a few technical issues but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always very quick to respond and help manage these very efficiently.
Vorteile:
It's helpful that the minutes are all kept in one place and documents can be uploaded for future reference. The minutes collate nicely with the agenda
Nachteile:
Sometimes the system glitches on closing after a meeting when I am trying to set up the next meeting
Process Perfection
Kommentare: Volunteering times have reduced, our committee members are easily updated and reminded of to do tasks. Everything is stored in one handy location which will make the AGM handover SUPER slick this year!.
Vorteile:
We love the easy to use interface. It is super convenient that it is cloud based and updates are made immediately. Love the reminders, the professional look and love, love, love the support we received when setting up!
Nachteile:
There is nothing that I would change, love it!.

Such a relief to have Process PA

Process PA collects all our required documentation in one place, saving our P&C from the nightmare of gathering documents from various volunteers and training new volunteers taking on executive roles.
The principal has also used Process PA in a school audit, quickly finding documentation and proof that it had been provided to the P&C for an important matter - it was all recorded beautifully in Process PA.
Vorteile:
Handling all our documentation in one place, the auditors are very happy!
Nachteile:
Minor issues like changing the order of a long string of documents.
Brisbane Netball Association - Process PA Review
Kommentare: The ability to edit, sign, download and store minutes securely is a great option to always have records of minutes and action items readily available. The function of having different user roles and access restrictions has also enabled our Board members to have greater individual accountability for completing their tasks by the due date.
Vorteile:
Process PA is very easy to use, with a system that replicates agendas and incorporates our customised setup greatly improving the efficiency of our regular meetings and administrative work.
Nachteile:
Occasionally the system can be slow or not automatically save work, which can be frustrating.

Process PA for school P&Cs
Kommentare: A great product that has given us the tools to create a functional record keeping and member base management system.
Vorteile:
Ease of communicating with the member base. Ability to create a central storage location for electronic documents and business records.
Nachteile:
Nothing that I can think of at the moment

Vorteile:
The things I like the most: tracking of actions and motions, attachments kept with the minutes. Great customer service - the developer always responds quickly to emails and is happy to help.
Nachteile:
It can be slow to respond to changes while a meeting is in progress, especially if running an online meeting eg Zoom, Teams etc from the same terminal / internet connection.

Hi Travis Thanks for the review! It's great work you and your organisation is doing and I'm happy to be able to support it! We've been working on performance and have some updates coming out this month to make things a bit snappier. And will continue to do so, especially supporting low powered devices and less available bandwidth. Makes minute taking easy!
Kommentare: As a school P&C, this has been excellent in time saving, centralized document storage, clear record of previous meetings and minutes. It has completely changed how we run meetings and we know we are compliant with how our meetings should be run. It is an excellent product!
Vorteile:
Really easy to set up, navigate and use. Automated functions, list building and being able to use live in meetings to record accurately on the go.
Nachteile:
Some more detail in adding members would be good so we can store more contact details.
High End Process of Minutes
Kommentare: I am personally challenged and that is only because I have not been able to apply time to learn the amazing features that this product offers.
Vorteile:
Accountability. I work with Charitable Trust and this supports our financials transactions. The actions have a logging point and are assigned.
Nachteile:
Set Up, if it could be offered with a support set-up initially. Also the calendar date for assigned tasks, it would be good, if there was an open option.

Game changer
Vorteile:
Having a centralised place for all board activity - being able to easily review motions and track action items has been a game changer.
Nachteile:
We have had issues with formatting within the body of an agenda. For e.g., it doesn't do well when you copy and paste out of Word. With this said, the support is outstanding so most issues we have been able to work through.
A Great Product
Kommentare: As a working mother and volunteer as our school P&C Secretary, I have little extra time. Using Process PA helps make my role as the Secretary effective and efficient. It allows me to stay organised and on top of what could be an overwhelming amount of administrative work!!
Vorteile:
I think this product is fabulous! It's intuitive, efficient and productive, and such a help to me on the school's P&C committee.
Nachteile:
Sometimes I have issues with saving in real time, although this could be the particular internet connection and not the software.
PA Process Review
Kommentare: Our experience with PA Process has been great. We appreciate the assistance whenever we have asked for help.
Vorteile:
We like PA Process because everything is saved in the one place and it is easy to look back at previous meetings to see what we have discussed. it keeps actions active and at the forefront until they are completed.
Nachteile:
It is probable an us issue, but we tend to write less of the general discussions and don't list all of the pros and cons for a decision. We tend to only record the actions and motions

It would be useful if there was the ability to mark up (freehand / draw / highlight) parts of the material.
Mostly Pros
Kommentare: We have enjoyed using Process PA, overall the product is very functional and easy to use.
Vorteile:
We like that it is online and can be used at any location around the state. We are able to use it for all of our management committees allowing for easy preparation and distribution of agenda, minutes and supporting documents.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the fonts and formatting aren't consistent. This has improved recently with the updated version, but still could be improved.
