Kommentare: Insgesamt eine solide Video-Conferencing-Lösung, die leider immer noch deutlich weniger Funktionen hat, als andere Anbieter. Allerdings ist Google dran und es kommen neue Features dazu.

Vorteile:

Die sehr einfache Benutzung, die Einwahlmöglichkeit via Browser, App oder Telefon und der Chat sowie Module zum Abstimmen machen Google Meet zu einer soliden Software für Videokonferenzen.

Nachteile:

Leider fehlen einige Funktionen, wie etwa Breakout-Rooms, die, je nach Anwendungsfall, wichtig sein können. Auch bei sehr vielen Teilnehmern/ Zuschauern würde ich eine andere Software empfehlen.

Kommentare: it is reliable plartfrom for conducting virtual meeting allow student to connect the class form anywhere, it offers various security features to ensure the privacy and safety of meetings.

Vorteile:

its works very smooth and the audio quality is very good it didn't glitch at any moment and its very helpful for scheduling college as well as formal office meet virtually.

Nachteile:

There are some glitches in screen sharing as when we share screen the screen tend to blurry for some moment.

Kommentare: It helps to connect with coworkers, clients and family irrespective of the distance. This virtual playground has since helped with our overall communication and collaboration leading to more meaningful results for remote work or any type of video gathering.

Vorteile:

It's for all the simplicity and reliability that I need out of a video call. It blends so well into my Google Calendar and Gmail, that scheduling a meeting as simple as clicking on Join. By enabling app-experienced screen sharing, and in collaboration with the live caption feature here too, this makes a very clear direction to follow that can increase more productive interaction between developers.

Nachteile:

The video and audio quality is generally good, apart from the network hiccups that due to their nature manages to disrupt most of meetings with multiple participants involved.

No-frills service

Kommentare: Far less popular in my experience than either Teams or Zoom, Meet feel like an offering Google felt it had to have rather than was inspired to have. That said, it is very reliable & largely intuitive.

Vorteile:

It's a reliable, no-frills service that most should be able to use easily - & which benefits from a very intuitive layout (especially from a phone...)

Nachteile:

It's a no-frills service! Unless you count being able to reverse the camera...

Highly recommend. No longer relying on the competition.

Kommentare: Overall; very impressive. Now we don't have to rely on the competition and signing up for paid accounts. Almost every feature Google Meet has can be useful to any business.

Vorteile:

I liked how easy it was to set up and go. I use it mainly on mobile and it's easy to start a new meeting and send the invite to others. Using it on desktop seems to be easier overall to access features. I like how you can record meetings, change the layout screen share, and even connect to your calendar to schedule important meetings for the future.

Nachteile:

The captions feature is nice to have but the few times I've tried to use it, i found it wasn't always accurate. This isn't a super important feature for our needs but I could see this being an issue for some other users.

Amazing application for business meetings.

Kommentare: I am a daily user of google meet. It helps me maintain my calendar and schedule my meetings with a miss. Saves time and energy.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use for office meetings and also helps in connecting with international team at one click. Google meet is the best application when it comes to data security.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to connect for longer durations and the screen lags with low internet bandwidth.

Preferred application for video meetings

Vorteile:

Incredibly easy to use in terms of creating a meeting and sending it to others (in or out of our network to join. I love how it integrates into my Google Calendar to enable easy access to quickly get onto the call. Also, the share screen function is super easy to work unlike other alternatives.

Nachteile:

The invite link has so many different options which sometimes makes it difficult for people unfamiliar with Meets to join it as they dial in by mistake when they mean to join the video call. However - this is super minor!

Over all good for android users

Kommentare: My overall experience in the beginning was a little rough but I was open to it. And I do not regret deciding to stick with Google Meet as I am able to do speak with others in real-time. With note, lagging a great connection and beautiful picture

The thing I enjoy most about Google meat is. The app is made for Android users like iPhone users have Facetime using Google Meet. I am able to. She face to face in real time.No lag connection is beautiful

Nachteile:

In the beginning, Google Meet was a hassle. To understand if it were easier to understand and navigate, I believe it would attract more and more people that use android

One of the best apps for meetings

Vorteile:

By far, Google Meets is one of the best meeting apps I've tried. Even if you don't have it downloaded on your phone, because it's integrated into Google Workspace, you can join any meeting as long as you receive an email invitation, which is convenient. It's free, and scheduling and adding meetings to your calendar is simple.

Nachteile:

Nothing negative to mention so far. Great tool for all kinds of meetings.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Google meet is very positive. I can schedule meetings, add meetings to my calendar, invite others to meetings, and share information in a variety of ways using Google Meet. An a coach for multiple schools, Google Meet allows me to participate in meetings I otherwise could not attend due to travel. Additionally, Google Meet is a great platform for conducting professional development.

Vorteile:

Google Meet has been very beneficial for managing multiple meetings and professional development for educators like me.My colleagues and I often wonder what we did before Google Meet.

Nachteile:

I truly have nothing negative to say about Google Meet.

Kommentare: This is always my go-to to schedule meetings with everyone!

Vorteile:

Integration to email which majority of the people I communicate with use gmail making it the best means for communicating with colleagues, employees, partners and almost anyone anywhere with access to gmail.

Nachteile:

Nothing. They have a 30 minute window per meeting if you are not a business and wanted to host a meeting which honestly is understandable.

Easy to use and Free!

Kommentare: Overall I like it as a secondary meeting app and would use it in a pinch.

Vorteile:

Free to use is probably the best feature. A great tool for international meetings since it is available in almost every country. Easy to use, and has some fun features if you were using it with kids as well.

Nachteile:

A little basic and not very customizable. The connections are not as stable as some of the other online meeting apps.

Kommentare: Honestly, there isn't anything that Google Meet can't handle for your small business or large company. Effortlessly go live, effortlessly stream presentations/meetings/interviews/chats/etc. It's user-friendly and incredibly easy to get anyone in on any meeting at any time.

Vorteile:

The ability to go live within an instant and effortlessly stream our daily meetings with staff and potential outside guests as necessary

Nachteile:

The chat features and the text getting lost if there were notes for meetings, but we've circumvented that

Kommentare: Google Meet has helped me carry out lectures on campus. Initially, I was confused about teaching remotely with my students, and similar platforms are expensive. Google Meet has provided a solution to the problem I was experiencing. Thanks, Google.

Kommentare: Overall Google Meet is the best to use for official conferences or just a random virtual meeting with your friends and family.

Vorteile:

I use google meet regularly and compared to other softwares like zoom I prefer gmeet.The screen sharing option is very easy to use also love the addition of filters in the video

Nachteile:

There is not many cons in gmeet but if I have to choose one the messaging in between meet can be improved

honestly there isnt much that i dont like i enjoy the quality of the video camera the audio quality is solid as well doesnt take much bandwith and pretty much the easiest to use platform for video and screen sharing. you can use it easy on both pc and your phone without even having to use the app all in all its a win dont miss out on it.

Nachteile:

that i didnt know about it sooner to be fair i thought it was a dating app at first whenever i seen it in the app shop tell my therapist swapped to using it now i cant stop using it for linking up for good ideas with other streamers and what not

I enjoyed how easily accessible it was to my whole team and how easily it was to navigate.

What I liked least, was how I cannot paid this with other calendars that unfortunately are not google.

Invaluable tool for business in today's day and age.

Kommentare: Google meet has worked every time I've used it. My coworkers and I use Google meet ubiquitously across all of our 27 locations to communicate and host meetings/presentations. It has been super convenient, super helpful, and we even invite our clients to participate in presentations from manufacturers to educate them on the products we sell.

Vorteile:

The fact that it came pre installed on all of my devices and is integrated with the rest of my Google apps. Same log in. Seamless.

Nachteile:

I honestly have no complaints. We use a lot of similar apps at my company but Google meet is the only one that is easily accessible and integrated directly with our Gmail and other Google apps.

User friendly software

Kommentare: Overall, Google meet help me a lot, it solves my problem with distant calls because it allows me to do my meeting with my co-workers anytime anywhere, since google meet has instant meetings feature and even planned meetings too.

Vorteile:

What I like about Google meet is the user interface, it is easy to use, and is not complicated. I also like it's cool features such as Filters with realistic backgrounds, emojis that allows me to express my emotions, creating polls that allows all the participants to participate in making decisions during virtual meetings. Plus, the sharing of screen is very convenient, because it allows all the participants in the meeting to better understand the discussion.

Nachteile:

One issue I experienced with Google meet is the limit capacity of participants, because when the participants exceeds to 100, other participants who wants to join can no longer join the said meet, which cause some hassle because I hope it can accommodate more than that, or much better is remove the limit of participants.

Google meet has a clear audio and video. It is easy to use and reliable. We often use google meet specially when we have meetings.
