Automatisierte Termine in meinem Kalender

Vorteile:

Mir gefällt an Booking super, dass Kunden unabhängig von irgendwelchen Öffnungszeiten sich einen Termin bei mir direkt buchen können. Ich habe festgestellt, dass ich eine Termintreue von 98 % habe, das bedeutet, dass nur sehr sehr wenige Termine nicht stattfinden. Das verbinde ich unter anderem damit, dass die Kunden automatisiert noch mal an den Termin erinnert werden.

Nachteile:

Für mich war die Einrichtung ein wenig tricky. Wenn es erst mal steht und getestet worden ist, funktioniert es in meinen Augen einwandfrei.

Great tool

Vorteile:

It's really accurate and easy to use, I can post my availability and the client can book the appointment. Really amazing.

Nachteile:

I have nothing to complain about, this software is amazing so far.

Vital for distributed teams with multiple systems

Kommentare: We have people all over the country using many different systems to book time with our staff. Bookings takes the guess work out and allows users to control their calendars more effectively. If someone is attempting to schedule a meeting and isn't on the network, we immediately provide the link to our Bookings page and make it easier on everyone.

Vorteile:

There are many tools that provide the same type of service as Bookings but the security of the Microsoft suite was important to us. We've previously used other tools but we were able to get everyone into Bookings which made training and troubleshooting easier for the entire staff. Our recruiters are asked to meet with students daily and rather than emailing the student their available times, recruiters can simply provide a link to the calendar which allows students to pick an available time simply. We work with several partners who don't have visibility to calendars when scheduling meeting. Access to the individuals' bookings page makes scheduling easier and reduces the chances of people getting double booked. Meetings booked through a Bookings page is moved over to the Outlook calendar with a notification. Cancellations are also updated in Outlook and the attendees are notified.

Nachteile:

The customization opportunities are limited. Users can set things like email reminders and calendar invites, and modify color schemes and logos. Would like to see more integrations with other MS products. For example, if a meeting is booked that is going to require a conference call or an online software. It would be nice to automatically have a Microsoft Teams meeting and invite created and emailed to the participants. Ability to create a one-time bookings page that incorporates the calendars of several people would be a nice addition to the product.

Microsoft Bookings

Kommentare: Saved us so much time, and back and forth emails. We would not be able to do our seasonal hire without it.

Vorteile:

Our very small team annually hires over 150 people over the course of a few months. Having the ability for our team to sync their calendars/availability and let interviewees book their own interviews has been a game changer for us. Saves so much time and effort. It auto syncs with Teams so everything is taken care of. And since its built into the Microsoft suite it wasn't a separate program we needed to pay for. Bookings really runs itself once you've set up your parameters, which is so important to us.

Nachteile:

As we are using it for interviews, we must have two of our own staff present on the interview. Teams can't book with two of our team without me making a built in team of every pairing. So I do have to manually enter the second interviewer, which is frustrating. This is the only downside we have found with bookings.

Not quite ready, but close

Vorteile:

Very easy to implement. Easy to create appointment types and place on our main website. Great flexibility in customer email communications, with reminders of appointments and such.

Nachteile:

While it's functional on a basic level, there are many many annoyances that just are unexplainable. First, you can access bookings via the web app, or you can access bookings via a Teams plugin, or use an iOS app The problem is, each method provides you a different set of options when creating the booking. Zero consistency. In order to use bookings, you need to add everyone that uses it to the staff, AND, you have to give them full admin control. If someone gets to create bookings, they can also go in and muck with all of the settings. Horrible! The next access tier down is that they can view bookings, but not create or modify them. That's next to useless, if you ask me. Also, every staff member's calendar now shows up in bookings. If you have a receptionist making bookings, there would be no need for their calendar to show up. In the Teams version of the app, you can remove the useless calendars. On the web version you cannot. But on the Teams version, you only have very rudimentary options for creating a booking, so you need to use the Web app to access it. The home page in the web app is useless. It's got buttons for setting up the first time, but not what you need for day to day stuff isn't there, and there's no apparent way to change it. In the calendar page, you can create bookings. There are boxes for customer notes and internal notes. However, once you put anything in there, the boxes are no longer labeled as to what they are. Horrible design.

Vorteile:

Microsoft bookings is very easy to use, Especially for first time users,it's easy to syn with outlook calendar.

Nachteile:

There is no cons that I have seen while working with Microsoft Bookings.

Convenience and functionality that work for us

Kommentare: Overall for us Microsoft Booking works quite well and is a very helpful tool to make sure we get appointments scheduled quickly and have additional tools for the functionality of the booking system that make it very simple to use.

Vorteile:

The convenience of being able to sync calendars, create recurring appointments and send and get confirmation through the booking systems connection to our outlook, makes Microsoft Booking a highly effective and very necessary part of our tools and systems. Clients can confirm within the email and we get that confirmation as well as regular reminders on the appointed day. Fewer missed appointments by our clients because they also get SMS reminders making it really convenient for us. I also like that it integrates with zoom and teams to have additional functionality to what appears to be a "simple" scheduler.

Nachteile:

I don't like that getting paid for appointments is still not a simple as some of their competitors who have their standalone booking systems that also allow for payment within their software.

Time to Meet

Vorteile:

The online booking feature is the most impactful. Bookings syncs with a calendar to allow prospective clients the opportunity to view open time slots to meet.

Nachteile:

The integration of Bookings into my daily routine required effort. The platform would do well for a barber or any professional who charges a fee for their service or time. Bookings needs some polish for those of us who meet and provide a service which may be offered free of charge. Those in a non-profit industry may find that extra time is needed to tailor Bookings to our specific needs before deploying.

Share your calendar with Bookings by Microsoft

Kommentare: I use Bookings for client consultations. I is some much easier to allow client to choose an available time book themselves instead of the back and forth trying to figure out a suitable time via email.

Vorteile:

Bookings by Microsoft is one of those apps included with Microsoft Office 365 and it allows you to take online client bookings. It is easy to setup and use.

Nachteile:

I would like more flexibility in creating the booking calendar and clearer notification email when a client books an appointment.

Great Feature with Microsoft 365

Vorteile:

I like how it integrates seamlessly into Microsoft 365. It has a lot of functionality for very little cost

Nachteile:

It is a little more difficult to set up than other products

Very niche product - not for "general" business use.

Kommentare: Pretty frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of potential. We used Bookings to schedule an online client event with team members. We managed to make it work, but during the process realized this product is almost specifically designed for a "Hair Salon" type booking structure. Hopefully there will be iterations to make this work more for general business use.

Cannot get a "bookings" link for an individual Cannot have a bookings option that requires specific people (two or more) - you can only do "OR", not "AND" combinations.

Microsoft Bookings wrote the Book

Kommentare: overall very easy to implement and intuitive for clients

simple to use; easy to implement, pretty straightforward

Nachteile:

sometimes too simple; would like to se emore features. soemtimes don't always see the number of acceptances or an accurate representation

Easy Booking

Kommentare: I use Microsoft Bookings to schedule individual technical support sessions with new faculty members using a personalized scheduling webpage and link. Also, I appreciate the automatic reminders to help me stay organized.

Vorteile:

I love the convenience of accessing Bookings directly through my Office 365 app! Also, this scheduling tools syncs with my Outlook calendar allowing others to book an appointment. Once the appointment is booked, an email notification is automatically sent to me and the requester. The great thing about this scheduling tool is that you can customize questions to ask the requester so that you can prepare for the upcoming appointment.

Nachteile:

Microsoft Bookings does not sync with external calendars. For example, if you have a personal calendar on a different application, you would have to manually insert those appointments on your calendar so the requester does not book when you are unavailable.

Excellent Addition to our office

Kommentare: Overall the experience has been great. Both staff and clients love it.

Vorteile:

I like that the software integrates with our Outlook Calendar. I can easily change users availability and it makes it easy for clients and our staff to schedule appointments. Clients like that they receive an email confirmation and reminders of their upcoming appointment.

Nachteile:

I wish that their was the option to have the clients name listed as the main heading on the outlook calendar. Currently staff need to open the calendar appointment in order to see who they are going to be meeting with.

Impossible to make a recurring appointment (in 2021)!!!

Kommentare: I think it's an unnecessary product and that they should have simply improved Outlook (which is already pretty great).

Vorteile:

I think the ability to send unlimited reminder emails is a nice feature, but it's already possible to customize email reminders in Outlook (albeit unfortunately in a more limited capacity--it seems like you can only choose a one-week reminder or a one-day reminder, which I don't understand) so why doesn't Microsoft simply make the email reminders in Outlook more robust?

Nachteile:

I have been forced to use this software to book recurring weekly trainings for up to 6 months, which means I am obliged to MANUALLY ENTER each and every appointment for my students. I think that the reminder emails are a nice feature, but it's already possible to do in Outlook. Frankly I find it absolutely insane that you can't book a recurring appointment. It might work great for something like a hair salon, but for regular appointments, it's torture.

Correcting my logins, making sure I no one hacked my page

Essential for effectiveness

Kommentare: It always ensure a organize a meeting with stakeholders in an efficient way.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to add stakeholders' calendars and ensure an effective way to set up a meeting and organize schedule.

Nachteile:

Initial set-up is a bit confusing. Any other cons about the product. Text message reminders are required.

Make online bookings very easy

Kommentare: We used Bookings to allow clients to schedule meetings with us. Tying into our calendars made that easy!

Vorteile:

I loved how it synced my availability directly from my calendar to avoid double bookings.

Nachteile:

The software was great and there was nothing I disliked.

Great way to book appointments

Kommentare: In our office, we have to work with the other remote offices of ours so booking appointments is very important and having work on ms technologies if you have an application from Microsoft which is such a nice ,is great.

Vorteile:

It keeps all your meetings organized and allow booking appointments. Great comparability with the other applications. Easy and clean GUI

Nachteile:

Great application. Does its job. I don't have any issue with this. It really saves a lot of time. Go for it.

Integrated with Outlook for simple and effective setup and deployment

Vorteile:

Since this is part of the Office subscription we already use in our company this software was a great no additional cost component for our needs

Nachteile:

The one thing that is missing was the ability to have the person booking set a time period that works for them instead of being locked into creating set intervals

Still learning how to use this - seems ok but not in love with it yet

Kommentare: Honestly, I think we just need to use it more but my initial impressions are that it is just ok. Hopefully with more time we will be able to take better advantage of it's features.

Vorteile:

We just started using it and I like the idea of what it can do but getting it setup and the office to use it will take a bit of time. The parts I have played with seem good but again it is kind of tricky to setup and sync things.

Nachteile:

We have office 365 but we have to upgrade licenses to use it and share calendars - now maybe there is a better way to use it but so far it does what we want but not the way we want it to work. It also took a bit to figure out how to get it to work/be visible for multiple users.

Booking and Appointments made easy

Vorteile:

For my small business clients can easily visit the booking page and make their appointments for when they need. The 24/7 Service allows me to focus on other tasks that are involved with the business. In a digital world this is more than necessary.

Nachteile:

There is nothing bad I can say about this software

Very good initiative for Microsoft

Kommentare: I feel the application is still very new even though it is already a couple of years old, maybe they are not developing it enough yet but I am sure it can be more useful if it extends outside the Office 365 ecosystem.

Vorteile:

It has excellent integration for office 365 so our company uses it daily and the good thing it is very easy and intuitive to use, you can schedule various functions for each one of the staff and make meeting notes.

Nachteile:

The problem is it only works with office 365, outside of that ecosystem there is no way to stay connected and continue using this application, I hope it can be used in smartphones soon.

USING BOOKING FOR TRAVEL

Kommentare: OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT. LOVE THE PRICES

Vorteile:

THE DISCOUNTED RATES. WHEN I USE BOOKING I CAN ALWAYS FIND A GOOD HOTEL RATE.

Nachteile:

THE ADS ALWAYS POP UP. SOMETIMES THE POP UPS BECOME A DISTRACTION FROM MY TRAVEL SEARCH.

Super simple way to allow customers to book your time

Kommentare: Simple and easy way for customers to book time. Great added benefit of Office 365 Business Premiere.

Vorteile:

I love the fact this comes for free with Office 365 Business Premier. I used to have to pay a separate subscription to allow customers to reserve seats for classes and Bookings does it for free with a simple and easy to use form.

Nachteile:

It could look a little more polished on the front end but it's more important that it works the way it should.
