I personally still struggle with the functions in the software, only because I fairly new in usuing the software.

Automatisierte Termine in meinem Kalender

Vorteile:

Mir gefällt an Booking super, dass Kunden unabhängig von irgendwelchen Öffnungszeiten sich einen Termin bei mir direkt buchen können. Ich habe festgestellt, dass ich eine Termintreue von 98 % habe, das bedeutet, dass nur sehr sehr wenige Termine nicht stattfinden. Das verbinde ich unter anderem damit, dass die Kunden automatisiert noch mal an den Termin erinnert werden.

Nachteile:

Für mich war die Einrichtung ein wenig tricky. Wenn es erst mal steht und getestet worden ist, funktioniert es in meinen Augen einwandfrei.

Super Zusatzfeature von M365

Great Booking and Appointment Management System

Vorteile:

Great solution under the same subscription which is already semintegrated with familiar Microsoft tools. Incredible performance overall and syncronization across different devices and apps.

Nachteile:

Permission control could have been handled better and access to the booking system via other Microsoft platforms and add ons is rather difficult. Same goes for usual utilities and options which are available on other Microsoft applications. Still it is easy it integrate and manage, but not with other soft than Teams.

Microsoft alternative to Calendly

Kommentare: So far, so good. I've set it up for the different types of meetings I offer for my students (indiviaul versus group), and I see that it's perfectly synchronized with my calendar.

Vorteile:

I like that I can save my custom meeting times no matter what type of meeting for. I also quite like that it syncs effortlessly with my Outlook calendar.

Nachteile:

I have not found a way to make a link not expire for a longer period. I would prefer to be able to customize this option.

Cancellation impossible

Vorteile:

Very feature complete. The software provides a lot of abilities to manage calendars across locations and employees.

Nachteile:

1. The API is in beta, gets changed without warning, lacks major convenience features like requesting availability and overall seems to be built in order to make the usage of scheduling without Microsoft UI as hard as possible 2. We tried to cancel the service but Microsoft locked us out of the account. The support will not take our termination and refers to the authenticator app. Since we do not have that app, we cannot log in. We are paying since over 6 month without receiving any value. Microsoft Support stopped responding to our request to cancel. We consider to ask our bank to block the deduction of subscription fees because of fraudulent behavior.

Makes meetings easier

Vital for distributed teams with multiple systems

Kommentare: We have people all over the country using many different systems to book time with our staff. Bookings takes the guess work out and allows users to control their calendars more effectively. If someone is attempting to schedule a meeting and isn't on the network, we immediately provide the link to our Bookings page and make it easier on everyone.

Vorteile:

There are many tools that provide the same type of service as Bookings but the security of the Microsoft suite was important to us. We've previously used other tools but we were able to get everyone into Bookings which made training and troubleshooting easier for the entire staff. Our recruiters are asked to meet with students daily and rather than emailing the student their available times, recruiters can simply provide a link to the calendar which allows students to pick an available time simply. We work with several partners who don't have visibility to calendars when scheduling meeting. Access to the individuals' bookings page makes scheduling easier and reduces the chances of people getting double booked. Meetings booked through a Bookings page is moved over to the Outlook calendar with a notification. Cancellations are also updated in Outlook and the attendees are notified.

Nachteile:

The customization opportunities are limited. Users can set things like email reminders and calendar invites, and modify color schemes and logos. Would like to see more integrations with other MS products. For example, if a meeting is booked that is going to require a conference call or an online software. It would be nice to automatically have a Microsoft Teams meeting and invite created and emailed to the participants. Ability to create a one-time bookings page that incorporates the calendars of several people would be a nice addition to the product.

Vorteile:

The online booking feature is the most impactful. Bookings syncs with a calendar to allow prospective clients the opportunity to view open time slots to meet.

Nachteile:

The integration of Bookings into my daily routine required effort. The platform would do well for a barber or any professional who charges a fee for their service or time. Bookings needs some polish for those of us who meet and provide a service which may be offered free of charge. Those in a non-profit industry may find that extra time is needed to tailor Bookings to our specific needs before deploying.

Kommentare: Pretty frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of potential. We used Bookings to schedule an online client event with team members. We managed to make it work, but during the process realized this product is almost specifically designed for a "Hair Salon" type booking structure. Hopefully there will be iterations to make this work more for general business use.

Microsoft Bookings for School Parent-Teacher Conferences

Kommentare: This system has saved us countless hours and a great deal of confusion for scheduling parent-teacher conferences for 60+ staff and 1000-or-so families. It is easy for those making bookings, and staff have immediate access to the details of their bookings through their O365 calendars.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, 24/7 availability for clients, minimal staff time required for setup and administration, automatic calendar / Teams meeting creation for staff, reminder emails for everyone involved.

Nachteile:

Initial configuration is time-consuming and not always intuitive, and there is no way to remove the wildcard "Any staff" option from list of staff members clients can choose.

Kommentare: Saved us so much time, and back and forth emails. We would not be able to do our seasonal hire without it.

Vorteile:

Our very small team annually hires over 150 people over the course of a few months. Having the ability for our team to sync their calendars/availability and let interviewees book their own interviews has been a game changer for us. Saves so much time and effort. It auto syncs with Teams so everything is taken care of. And since its built into the Microsoft suite it wasn't a separate program we needed to pay for. Bookings really runs itself once you've set up your parameters, which is so important to us.

Nachteile:

As we are using it for interviews, we must have two of our own staff present on the interview. Teams can't book with two of our team without me making a built in team of every pairing. So I do have to manually enter the second interviewer, which is frustrating. This is the only downside we have found with bookings.

Vorteile:

It’s pretty easy to use from a user and admin standpoint. I assist people with Bookings much more than use it, but I see it’s usefulness

Nachteile:

I find random issues where the links change for some reason, it takes a few times to save changes, and formatting in the calendar event details gets funky

Vorteile:

As this product was included in my organization's Microsoft 365 subscription, I decided to use it instead of sign up genius.

Nachteile:

The product took a bit of time to adjust to compared to sign up genius. I however did not watch any tutorials.

Best software to schedule your working schedule

I can schedule whole year and can track my day to day tasks. I never miss any appointment or meetings because I can quickly check my daily work load.

Nachteile:

The size of the work space is little bit short to show all details about title and times.

Vorteile:

For organizations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, this is an incredible option for booking and maintaining an appointment calendar. It fits seamlessly into your Outlook calendar, lets you customize your entire setup, and is a seamless process for both creator and client,

Nachteile:

There is no good way to manage your booking page through Outlook itself - you must do everything through the web app.

Microsoft Bookings is Essential to My Business

Kommentare: I have completely gone hands-off with scheduling my time. I just check my calendar every day and my time with customers is already arranged. I just join the meeting at the time required.

Vorteile:

This software has completely removed me from the need to schedule my time with customers. I used to have to reach out to each new customer directly and deal with finding time on my schedule that worked for them. I also had to deal with different time zones which made this task even more difficult. I especially like that it builds in downtime between my calls with clients. This gives me the flexibility to prevent back-to-back meetings without having to manage it myself.

Nachteile:

I do wish the software would allow me to create a single SKU and allow the customer to book 1 hour, 2 hours etc rather than having to create a SKU for each number of hours.

As long as you have purchased the whole o365, totaly worth it

Kommentare: It was harder to set up than the competitor. But it has additional options so worth it if you could figure it out.

Vorteile:

It has all of the same features of the previous system that we were using. It has some features that other systems dont. The clients have been able to use it with no challenges. The reminders are worth it that it sends to people.

Nachteile:

We were required to change to Bookings and it doesn't allow us to use Zoom easily with our students. However being forced to change to Teams did not matter since we have the full o365. Wish you could remove the price from the service.

Schedule/booking meetings with customers

Vorteile:

I thought this was great to integrate with my calendar and not have to go outside the Microsoft suite for a booking tool.

Nachteile:

I felt it was not as easy to use as other booking software. The messaging was not as customize-able and it was hard for clients to reschedule.

Very efficient to manage work appointments, fast and novel.

Kommentare: It has allowed me to organize, plan and manage appointments in a completely different way, since it is very practical and speeds up work noticeably.

Vorteile:

Program appointments in a different way, allows you to customize and perform them from anywhere online with efficient management tools available hours and automatic confirmations, also allows you to incorporate ads that are considered of interest and reprogramming is another fundamental function, also offers alternatives to enter appointments manuals of the people who booked by phone, so I think it is a tool worth using. What I like most about this tool is that it has an application for the cell phone that allows real-time communication with the aforementioned person to maintain contact and exchange any information that is necessary before or after the appointment.

Nachteile:

This is limited for users who have Office 365, which is a bit expensive package, but I think it's worth paying.

Good for Appointment Tracking

Kommentare: This program does work nicely for booking appointments and helps to keep me organized. However, I believe some parts of the program are confusing and the price is a bit much for the product you are receiving.

Vorteile:

This program is good for keeping track of different appointments. I tried this program in order to allow clients to book with me. They stated that it was simple and they liked the fact that there were confirmation emails and reminders sent.

Nachteile:

This program can be somewhat difficult to use. Some clients did not appreciate that they were unable to customize certain details of the appointment. Also, I could not figure out how to export the bookings to other programs. Further, this program is pretty expensive for what you're receiving.
