You can use it for any event and you can choose from different features you need for your event.

Nachteile:

They still develop some great features which already could have been helpful.

Evenito as a party planner

Kommentare: Everything from signing till setting up the event was very fast and easy.

Vorteile:

I love how evenito saves me time with all the guest management. It's very easy for me to analyze who appeared at my event. I also like the fact that I can introduce many personalized invitations as well as automated processes in just a few clicks.

Nachteile:

I would love to have more design options for landingpages.

m4music Festival accreditation

Kommentare: The festival m4music is inviting and administering more than 1'000 professional visitors. So Evenetio is a tool for communication and administration at the same time. It is important, that the service works on the event itself - which it has proven to do so for 2 festival editions.

Vorteile:

m4music Festival is receiving more than 1'000 professionals which are invited and administrated with Evenito. We have a complex structure considering the various sorts of participants, and get very dedicated support by the Evenito team. The festival has improved a lot when receiving the guests on the festival site, because check in is much easier than it used to be.

Nachteile:

I think our festivals' needs are more complex than those of other customers, so we had to betrust a person to handle it all, and to build up special knowledge. Also, we would love to have a substitute for any bad case, which was not practically impossible. (Still we knew, that the Evenito would back us up in the case of...).

Very efficient and multifunctional

Kommentare: A super cool ttol that helps to handle your events and to have a great overview!
The customer support team is very motivated, always friendly and reacts fast!

Vorteile:

You can reunite different aspetcs in one tool, so the management is facilitated. It is easy to use. There are some cool extra functions! Very heplful in reading the statistics.

Nachteile:

Design at landing page can be improved. There are some function that would be helpful but have not been released yet.

Great Tool to Organize your Event

Kommentare: Great tool to use with a friendly and competently support!

Vorteile:

The tool is easy to use and self-explanatory. Access to all requested information is always granted. Great support! Very fast, uncomplicated and solution-oriented. Change requests to the tool are taken seriously and taken into account in the further development. It was thought of everything at the tool and it can be used for any size of event. The mails can be easily designed. Also, the test distribution and the distribution itself is easy to use. No programming knowledge needed!

Nachteile:

Partly a little longer loading time for the distribution of the mails, but still in a useful time.

Daily help in our event organization

Kommentare: We work with Evenito since about 2 years and we've organized about 80-100 events with this tool. Easy to use, big help in the daily administration business, good support.

Vorteile:

- easy to understand, easy to handle

- changes made in the backend with influence to the frontend without communicating

Evenito - event serie

Vorteile:

I liked most that it is easy understandable. You have all the important features in order to make sure you will have a great event with less work to do by yourself. The customer support is also great: they are willing to help you any time no matter the problem. Overall I can really recommend the tool.

Nachteile:

I liked least the time it needs to load its data. It's not super slow, but it could be faster. Another thing that I did not like was, that all people using the tool could see all features available. It would be great if the program looks different depending on who is using it.

Great and helpful eventtool

Kommentare: Evenito fulfilled and even exceeded my expectations. The handling, the overall view and also the clear dashboard make the different work steps easier and shorten them immensely.

Very easy to use, thanks to the tool the whole event organization became very time efficient including email communication, website and even event feedback collection and statistics

Landing page design could include some more options, but generally this is already a very good tool.

Simple and easy to use

Kommentare: We have every year a big event. So last time wi decide to de digital version for the invitation. The people were so happy because it was easy to sign in.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use and handle. The app was also easi and it worked wonderfully.

Great all in one Event Software

Kommentare: I am happy to work with evenito. The tool is easy to use and the Support is just great.

Vorteile:

The easy usability and that it saves you a lot of work. It makes the guest handling very easy. The RSVP is personalized (In the innovations as well as on the Event Website). Cool extra functions as the Live Photo Report.

Nachteile:

Only some small things. But they are happy to get clients feedback and always take this serious.
