All-Encompassing Solution for those who can live without a "White Glove" Payroll Experience

Kommentare: Overall positive, I prefer ADP over the 2 other payroll systems I've used, and the price is fair as well.

Vorteile:

Ease of processing payroll, and ability to contact customer service regularly to get custom reporting and resolve issues.

Nachteile:

Some solutions to issues are not obvious at all in the platform, and the only way to really learn is by talking with an ADP employee, and then learning it for next time. This can be a time-sink sometimes for smaller issues.

Review of ADP Comp Services

Kommentare: I enjoy ADP Comprehensive Services, but I wish you would consider getting more specialized in Government Contracting. I had to spend a lot of time working to customize the system for government compliance. It would be better if you had teams with specific experience in government contracting in HR and compliance.

Vorteile:

Everything I need is in one system and it is easy to understand once you take the time to learn the system.

Nachteile:

Setting it up and implementing the system. IT could be much easier. Implementation was not what I initially expected, it wasted a lot of time because it was not useful. You need to work out a way to go through implementation where it is not just about showing you what you can do, you should build in the time to actually set up and build the system.

ADP Comp Service

Kommentare: [sensitive content hidden] are incredible leaders of a wonderful team. [sensitive content hidden] is a great VP. We have had negative experiences with other service teams, though.

Vorteile:

The support on one team is great.The other teams are not as helpful.

Nachteile:

the limitation for IT Troubleshooting and limited visibility to back-end flows.

Exceeded Expectations

Kommentare: The Payroll, Reporting and HR services team have provided valuable insights and assistance whether for routine questions or more complex issues helping me make informed decisions.

Vorteile:

It is User friendly, it streamlines complex HR tasks making payroll process, benefits and reporting a lot easier.

Nachteile:

The one thing I did not like was that they do not provide IT team come to our location to set up the clocks the assistance was done only via phone and it was time consuming and inconvenient.

Great Client Support

Kommentare: Overall everything is great so far. I like the fact that we are growing and the tools needed to help us sustain our growth are available or becoming available

Vorteile:

I love the fact that my executive relationship manager keeps in touch with me and always available asking if there is anything she can do assist me and my operations.

Nachteile:

I would say that overseas customer support can be a challenge sometimes.

Nachteile:

none so far - it is a great HRIS system, ADP is a great HRIS tool, we also offer a shared service to a sister company

ADP Comp Services - SRM

Kommentare: My overall experience with ADP is good. While it does have its challenges every system does. Overall, it works well for our company.

Vorteile:

I like the convenience of having everything in one place.

Nachteile:

I feel like the service team is hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like if you called in three times back-to-back you would get three different answers.

IMI Norgren LLC

Kommentare: Overall, the service has been good and worth the extra money. As our team has improved and become certified, I am beginning to feel that we have outgrown this product

Vorteile:

IMI contracted with comp services in 2016. With a small and inexperienced payroll group, we relied on our ADP service team to help us complete payrolls and stay in compliance

Nachteile:

the service/product is dependent on the talent level of your team. When we have had low talent, things did not go well. when talent gets better our service improves

I really like how there is always someone to help and get things done.

Sometimes in some areas it would be nice to be able to just "do it ourselves" instead of having someone need to do it for us.

IMH review of ADP

Kommentare: I am very happy with ADP. I like the ease of use and I am able to reach someone to help me if I need it.

Vorteile:

I think it is easy to use. Everything seems very streamlined.

Nachteile:

I don't really have any complaints. If I have an issue or something that I do not know how to do, they are always very helpful over the phone.

ADP Comprehensive Services

Kommentare: While the service addresses many essential HR needs, there are areas that need improvement. Overall I I am comfortable using the system.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about ADP Comprehensive Services was its integration of various HR functions into one platform, which helps simplify tasks. Customer support is generally responsive.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about ADP Comprehensive Services was the disruption caused during the implementation phase. While changes were made in the background, our team was not notified, leading to interruptions in our daily operations. When we inquired about these disruptions, there was a lack of accountability and communication.

Great service for all payroll and HR needs for small and large companies alike

Kommentare: Overall our experience with Comprehensive Services is very good. There is plenty of support and a wealth of information we have access to. Everybody at ADP is working hard to give the support we need and most smaller issues that come up are not disrupting our operation.

Vorteile:

It offers the full package for Payroll and HR services with almost unlimited options of tailoring to the companies needs. It works well when everything is set up and makes payroll and HR much easier to manage

Nachteile:

It is sometimes time consuming and a lengthier process to solve problems and find/fix the reasons behind some calculation errors or other issues that randomly appear.

Wonderful product, always improving!

Kommentare: As someone who came into a role with no instruction on ADP, I have found it very easy to get help with a simple phone call or to submit a case. The team is very responsive and makes sure follow up happens.

Vorteile:

I like that ADP is always improving. They take feedback and turn it into new products and processes.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I find it hard to find guides and support for certain processes without reaching out to a live person.

Great Service Team

Kommentare: Overall, the system is user friendly. There are a lot of resources available when you need help. I continue to have a good experience with ADP and would recommend.

Vorteile:

The ability to pick up the phone and get a human on the other end in seconds! When you need someone to pick up, they are always available immediately. Our payroll rep is top notch, always goes the extra mile for me.

Nachteile:

If you are fortunate enough to get a seasoned Team, they are amazing. We were given a new employee for almost a year for payroll, and it was a disaster. We have been solid now with an amazing Team after the switch, which we had to initiate.

Kommentare: Great services and product overall. Great Payroll and HR resources

Innovation and comprehensive resources are vital to success. Has taken the place of multiple previous resources.

Nachteile:

The backup customer service representatives are not always as knowledgable about the system and support needed as our regular reps are.

Great Service for Greener Teams

Kommentare: It's great to have the additional support and I think the service can be really helpful for clients with less seasoned payroll teams; however, for clients with seasoned payroll teams who have experience running their own processes, it can be frustrating to wait for ADP to do tasks that can be done quicker on the client side.

Vorteile:

I like that we have the support of our dedicated ADP service team no matter what the challenge is.

Nachteile:

As someone who has used both Comp and Non-Comp Services, I find it challenging not to have the ability to process payroll (specifically running previews) or calculate manual checks.

Solid Services

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Convenient. Easy payroll functions.

Nachteile:

Sometimes client services wants me to use printed instructions to complete tasks instead of walking me through. I prefer a walk through tutorial of new to me tasks. But they generally accommodate this.

A Comp Services Success Story

Vorteile:

I love HR Comp Services! It is so nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of and ask questions when you are the only HR practioner in a company.

Nachteile:

Implementation and Payroll Comp Services were a little rocky. I felt like our implementation was rushed and had a bad experience with my first payroll consultant. I was recently given a new payroll consultant and he is great! I am very happy that ADP made a switch for me.

Comprehensive function on data analyasis

Vorteile:

I enjoy the fast, up-to-date functionality of ADP that allows me to download data and generate comprehensive reports for whatever I need. The indicators and selection functions are easy to navigate, and the platform is very reliable.

Nachteile:

I think the ADP homepage is not fully utilized. The information provided is not the most useful, and the platform could do a better job of enhancing user-friendliness and making essential personal and functional information more visible.

Compensation & Benefits Manager

Kommentare: Great product and great team. Any issues are typically handled very quickly. At times for larger projects, issues, can take time to implement or resolve.

Vorteile:

Customer service from assigned client support team members are excellent.

Nachteile:

Cost for any additional services seem to be very expensive.

The custom reporting can get a little complicated.

employees are not able to go back and edit their time themselves after it has been 24 hours.
