Vorteile:

Ich finde gut, dass es beim Emailpostfach ist. Dort kann man Google Hangout sehr gut erkunden. Es ist ein niedliches Programm.

Nachteile:

Es gibt viele Anfragen von fragwürdigen Quellen, die ich gar nicht kenne.

Best chatting software for communication

Kommentare: Google chat has been a great software to communicate with client, colleagues and testers for us. I have been using it for almost more than a year and found it to be incredibly helpful, especially how it's connected with our gmail account.

Vorteile:

How easy it is to add someone and communicate with them by just using their email id

Nachteile:

We cannot see messages from a person if by mistake we block them

Not Quite Slack, But Worth The Savings

Kommentare: This has been a helpful and cost-effective tool for our organization. We use it as our primary method of communication.

Vorteile:

The integration with google workspace. They're still developing it and creating new features that are making it more useful regularly.

Nachteile:

It was a hard transition from Slack. It's harder to bring in non-employees and intehrate them into conversations with employees. Spaces have to be designated for employees only or open when you create them and you cant change this.

Google chat is not all that

Kommentare: My overall experience with Google chat is unnerving and not a highly rated chat communication tool.

Vorteile:

It is a challenge for me to identify some great qualities, while I used the Google chat platform. I can say that it is easily accessible linked with my 2 Gmail accounts, but it is not a popular communication platform among most employers in my opinion.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about Google Chat is that it is not as professional as other communication platforms. I receive messages or have received unwanted messages in the past from fraudulent users. In my opinion it is a waste of space, and I need to delete it from my linked email accounts.

G-Chat Me!

Kommentare: Amazing! Google chat is the most fun way to communicate with co-workers because its quick, but also because we send memes to each other. You can exit super quick in case the boss sees, ha!

Vorteile:

The easy quick access to chat with anyone that is your contacts. I also loved the ability to send GIFs. You can even name your group chats.

Nachteile:

Nothing. I love everything about Google Chat.

Easy to use like texting but then it is available anywhere you use google

Kommentare: I like using Google chat for simple communication among tema members, however it is kinda limited in features especially the file sharing size, I recommend for small business owner who are just starting out

There are no major issues. Sometimes when searching for keywords within existing chats it fails to identify everything.

Good office sharing tool

Kommentare: Convenient but not overly frequent use due to other participants not enjoying the interface

Placement was efficient. Easy to communicate with office sharing.

No existing customization to allow accommodation (larger fonts etc)

I love the layout and how easy it is to have my whole team on a chat

The customer service is subpar. We have a heck of a time getting help

Convenient and user friendly Chat interface

Kommentare: It is awesome. We can easily contact employees when needed. The mobile access also helps with urgent communication. Google chat understands the value of urgent and instant messaging, making it easier for users to post important files, updates and mention on channels. Evertything is easily organized thanks to Google Chat.

Vorteile:

I like the real time updates on desktop notifications, how you can mentiom someone especially for urgent situations, creating channels as necessary. It makes everything more easy to organize.

Nachteile:

None, everything is great! Even the new updates where the user chat is on right and other party messages is on right makes everything more easier!

Easy communication tool

Kommentare: It is easy to use and easy to communicate with team members and individuals. It helps me be more efficient, and there is no "free" version or addons that we need to get.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use, and I don't have to download any application. We use it for project group, social groups, and company and team announcements, so I am in chat all day everyday. I can also pin it so I always know where it is, and I can set notifications that don't interrupt me all day. I can also pin certain people and groups to easily find them, because those are the ones I need most often.

Nachteile:

Because we use it so much, I do get a lot of pings from chats I don't really care about, like a social chat, but I still need to be a part of them. That is really my only complaint, and compared to the upsides, it's really nothing.

Google Chat - The best squawk box for business!

Kommentare: I absolutely love Google Chat, and it far exceeds my required tools and expectations for peer to peer and group communications

Vorteile:

Instant communications, light platform that reduces lag, incorporates meetings and file share and has a GREAT mobile platform all with SSO.

Nachteile:

During larger meetings it lags on the CPU, however I do not see this issue on mobile.

None by far, maybe before the recent App updates and additional features currently in motion with the would have made me to have Cons regarding Google Chat but by far I’m loving the experience.

Sometimes the application is taking too long to load. there are some bugs hat is needed to be fixed

i like that you can have multiple chats with small or large groups and that you can pin the most important ones.

Nachteile:

there used to be a function where you could start a new thread in chat and see responses - now you need to click in to replies

Google Chat is really very efficient for staff conversation and is well integrated into other Google products.

Nachteile:

I can't think of nay downside. Absolutely fantastic!

Handy everyday system

Kommentare: A great everyday tool which makes remote working a doddle to use.

Vorteile:

The general look and feel of the system and having such comprehensive options is a major plus

Nachteile:

The recent update where chats have changed the layouts isnt nearly as easy to use as it was in the past

Legal Case Manager use for Google Chat

Vorteile:

The ability to quickly "chat" a co-worker. We have spanish translators in our office. Sending a quick "chat" message to the spanish translator expedited any necessary communications we had with our clients.

Nachteile:

The messages would sometimes be forgotten about and I would have to resend the complete chat message. With an email, I can just send a quick reminder bump email about the task. With chat, I would have to redo the whole chat message to do a reminder.

Kommentare: my overall experience was very good as well as i loved ths software most because of the privacy features of this software.

Vorteile:

the privacy feature of google chat . it assured you that your message was end to end encrrypt.

Nachteile:

as comapare to other it is slow that means it works a litlle bit slower that other softwares.

I like that I can communicate and share files with my team mates fast and easy, and alway in sync with the rest of the gsuite tools

Nachteile:

I say you should add voice notes to google chat
