Great service for the cost

Kommentare: it has been a great experience. We needed a new phone solution and with in just a few days, we were set up and ready to use it. They also sent us hard phones at no cost to use in the office.

Vorteile:

The cost is very affordable! The application is very easy to use and always have new updates rolling out.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, it is glitchy but with the new updates and support we typically have a solution with in a day.

Kommentare: 0/10 when it comes to their customer service. Sketchy sales practices at best, account managers while nice tow the company line and will only offer solutions that cost you.
7/10 for the product/software--we are finding glitches within our call flows when working with tech support more often than not our call flows are interrupted due to internal updates on their side of things to the software causing our phone system to go down therefore costing us business.

Vorteile:

With their software we were able to achieve our goals of routing calls for all 14 of our salons to one centralized location.

Nachteile:

Their sales process is aggressive, and they try to make you move quick to sign. Read the fine print on their contracts. There is not an out if you are oversold licensing by their sales team. If you are oversold licenses by their sales team, they will try to ping you with an early removal fee. Upon seeing this we went rounds and rounds with account managers to get the extra licensing we were told we needed by the sales team removed. The process of removing the extra licensing took us from August 2023 to it finally happening in January of 2024, all the while we were being charged for those licenses. When we initially brought this to Nextiva's attention they told us that we were the ones that requested this. This wasn't true, we spoke with the sales team about our company needs/size/operations, and they told us that we needed for number of licenses. How could we know with no prior experience working with their company. We had to go through call after call/meeting after meeting/follow up email after follow up email to get some sort of resolution. In this time, we were passed through to two different account managers and had to start the process all over again. We were always waiting on "approval" from hire up. Be warned, their contracts have an auto renew clause hidden in the fine print which is a link at the bottom of the contracts not even fully explained in the contract unless you click the link.

Kommentare: We have had great service with Nextiva and when we have an issue, they offer several options to obtain tech support. And we have been very satisfied with their service, tech support and equipment.

Vorteile:

The service, as it is very user friendly. We are able to control most of the set up and installing a new user and or phone. The cost is very good when comparing features to other Voip Providers. The Features that come with the service is great and we have been very satisfied.

Nachteile:

Nextiva One started out with a lot of issues but they have made some great updates and hopefully they keep enhancing it.

Kommentare: The overall experience has been surprisingly easy and comfortable with minimal hardship. The sales representative to the phone technician and customer service representatives has restored my hope that not all businesses are out to get your money while providing fractured customer service.

Nextiva is knowledge in their industry and product providing our company with an easy set-up and a system that is fairly easy to use.

Nachteile:

The phone that was sent is of subpar standard and we were not informed of the additional cost to have it wireless. Be sure if you port numbers you let the set up representative know if it is a cell phone number or not.

An incredibly useful VoIP solution

Kommentare: My overall experience is excellent. Nextiva works 99% of the time and is very easy to setup. Our account manager is very responsive and customer support has resolved just about every issue in under 2 days.

Vorteile:

Nextiva works very well for internal and external communication between our employees and customers. It has a lot of functionality that is simple to setup. Our account rep [sensitive content hidden] is awesome and works with us on everything!

Nachteile:

The administrative management of the account could use some uplift in UI/UX. It's difficult to find more niche things such as a specific type of call log because it's buried under another tab that doesn't really make sense.

Kommentare: Good but could be better. Better app is definitely needed and the response time for support phone calls could be greatly improved.

Stability and ease of use and management. Have not had any major issues or outages since implementation.

Nachteile:

The desktop application was replaced soon after we converted and it is not very good or well thought out. I don't understand why a desktop application will make my computer ring.

NEXTIVA HIRES EDUCATED AND KIND PEOPLE! [sensitive content hidden] was patient while I set up our office system of four phones. He talked me through configurations and showed me how to change settings. After weeks of frustration dealing with Zoom, working with a competent customer service person was a delight. I've worked closely with two people from Nextiva, and I would hire them both at my company!

Nachteile:

I wish that the app would ring instantly like a cell phone call, but there is a lag. I've tried keeping the app open and shutting it down, but neither seems to make a difference.

Nextiva makes it easy to manage seven business call flows.

Kommentare: Set up and deployment was very difficult at first. Had trouble porting numbers from our previous provider and provisioning our existing phones. Tech support is very knowledgeable and able to remote into my computer to assist with set up. Now that we are up and running I believe I will be very satisfied with the system.

Vorteile:

The call flow is great. I run seven companies, fourteen phone numbers and seven different call flows. With our previous provider, I had to have seven separate accounts and logins. This made administrating the system tedious. Nextiva allows me to have one account where I can see all of my numbers, call flows, messages and user in one place. It makes things like administrating temporary alternate call routing or message changes very easy. I also like the ability to customize and tailor the system to our exact requirements.

Nachteile:

We had quite a few issues with setup and deployment. Most of it had to do with some customization that we required. I spent about 11 hours over four days on the phone with tech support customizing caller ID, call flows, soft keys on our Ploycom phones, and provisioning of phones. The provisioning was the most troublesome. In fact, I still have one remote worker phone still not provisioned because of an incompatibility with an Xfinity Arris Gateway.

2 Years With Nextiva

Kommentare: Overall its been pleasent, the documentation is throrough theyve been quick to help with any issues that aren't arelady addressed.

Vorteile:

Overall experience is palletable, theyre quick to answer any questions and support is avaiblbe 24x7. There hasn't been an issue they have not been able to resolve, our business deals with calls first and foremost, its important that our customers can reach a live person 24/7 and Nextiva systems allows for just that.

Nachteile:

Purely from an administrative standpoint, i would like to have the option to procure more licenses for users at my descretion, along with being able to manually set a password for a user to log into the nextiva app. For now my only options are to send a "resetpassword" email link

Everything would be the easy answer, it was easy to setup, received the phones much sooner the expected the installation was plug in and go. then came the service meeting and one on one. Any question you could come up with the had an answer, They checked and verified that everything you did was correct and when you thought it couldn't get any better they gave you a contact number for customer solutions. when you have any question from how to to what does that mean get's answered during the call. FANTASTIC!!!!

Nachteile:

There is really nothing that I don't like as yet with Nextiva.. I guess if I had to come with something I wish they had a better manual for the phones.

Nextiva - VOIP: When Done Right, it Works Consistently

Kommentare: Very happy with Nextiva. The 1 wishlist item I have is the ability to add additional licensing without having to reach out to Nextiva support.

Vorteile:

Nextiva provides easy deployment, management, and platform-agnostic functionality. Support is excellent. Every support experience has been positive, with problem resolution in an expedited manner. Kudos to Nextiva for having a very well trained support workforce!

Nachteile:

The solution is terrific and works consistently. No issues.

Great phone system, I would highly reccomend!

Vorteile:

Super easy system to use, GREAT support to help when I need anything and I can speak to HUMANS! This is a game changer in these days it saves me so much time and gets a faster resolution.

I do not have anything currently. I really like the system we have and would recommend it highly.

Nextiva is a great product to help organize your phone tree system

Kommentare: Overall, Nextiva has been great. We had one issue in the past but it was resolved and the has never happened again. We still sometimes have issues with our auto attendant when we want to change it but overall, it's great.

Vorteile:

I like how if you have any issues with the Nextiva system, you can call the help desk and get serviced fairly quickly. (some days are better than others)

Nachteile:

This one is easy for me. What I like the least about Nextiva is a lot of times when we fix/add a change to our phone tree, it can mess up other aspects of our phone tree. What has worked in the past could break and no one understands why. This mainly happens when we try to adjust to auto attendant. We try not to change much.

Excellent Solution for Call Center Needs

In our organization, we have been utilizing Nextiva Business Phone Service to address our call center needs, and it has been an outstanding solution. Coupled with the Unity Client platform, Nextiva provides a comprehensive system that allows me, as a supervisor, to have a firm grip on monitoring and supporting my agents during their shifts.

Nachteile:

The technical capabilities and call quality of Nextiva are top-notch, leaving me completely satisfied with its performance. If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, I would say it would be great if Nextiva could provide more options for generating reports. While the current reporting options cover most of our requirements, there is certainly room for additional features in this area.

Affordable Value and Solid Alternative to Competing Business Phone Services

Kommentare: Overall, the quality and value of the service has been very positive. There is almost nothing for us to maintain in the office anymore for phones since we don't need physical equipment. The quality of the phone answering system and voice mail and menu system is the same level of professionalism we required.

Vorteile:

Nextiva is very affordable and low lift for businesses compared to the traditional phone systems. Once we finally ditched our office phone equipment and transitioned to using Nextiva, it opened a lot more flexibility for our team to answer the phones remotely, and the quality of the VOIP audio has been consistent. We can still use it with our desk phones at the office, too.

Nachteile:

The app UI design has been a little confusing at times for some users. But it has been improving. Sometimes the app had issues for certain users receiving or making outbound calls, but it was resolved quickly by either an app restart or by Nextiva support.

Kommentare: Overall the experience has been good, but I am extremely hesitant to ever have to change the phone tree again because it was an all-day nightmare!

Vorteile:

Customer support was very helpful when I needed it to help set up the phone tree. Phone tree works well for most callers and is relatively easy to follow.

Nachteile:

The phone tree was really hard to set up! It took most of a day, and 5 Nextiva tech calls/chats, for us to be able to change features in our phone tree. It would frequently throw errors when we tried to save new recordings or assign/save the branches. It would delete recordings we had just created or assigned as well, causing even more errors. Eventually the techs had to set it up for us on the backend. I was working with another technician (the chat had timed out), while the first one was working to finish it on the backend for us. The second tech didn't know what the first one was doing, and neither did I! The first tech had to split the tree into two trees, which was not apparent that would need to happen in order for it to work. It's a really buggy setup, but it works well once it is setup and left alone.

Very Happy to Find Nextiva

Kommentare: I found and set up the callflow for our business. Our remote team was ready to receive calls and make outgoing calls within the day.

Vorteile:

No hardware required. Setup was easy. Upfront cost and per user cost is very reasonable. Constant improvements are made. Customer service is accessible and very helpful. User friendly platform to customize a callflow for your business.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve to set up the callflow. However, it's not something you need to modify often after it's done.

Kommentare: Really great experience! When I needed assistance with activating more lines for our desk phones I received exceptional support from the chat bot, to the person that the chat bot connected me to, and from the After Hours team. Even though my request was scheduled to be completed within 48hrs to 5 business days, I received immediate response the following day at 4 AM! The features were enabled and worked flawlessly.

Vorteile:

I really like the ease of use and having the options for a desk phone, desktop app, and an iOS app.

Nachteile:

Nothing major yet. The iOS app could be a little better with clearing missed calls and stopping the annoying pop-up that keeps asking me to enable cellular data when it is already enabled from my settings.

Kommentare: I like Nextiva as a phone service. My users are always moving and I have been able to setup phones in the admin office and distribute them in other buildings with ease.

The texting is not working for us yet. We tried to set it up, but it seemed like it would be difficult to manage.
