It is stressful when switching over to new management software, but the support we received from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team during our set up phase (we actually just starting using Crafts March 1st 2024 after initial training and rollout) was above and beyond my expectations. They are very responsive to any queries, and their support training videos are great reference resources during the initial start up phase. You send off an email, and that's it; parents and staff must respond to YOUR work email, so it takes the communication off crafts and onto another platform. As an Admin, I need to be familiar will all current aspects of our software package, and CRAFTS is great to answer all questions, and apply tweaks when possible.
