It can be initially quite hard to find your way around the back-end, and adding additional material and related titles is quite a lengthy, manual process that could be quicker and more automated.

An eCommerce and inventory platform that steps on the toes of high end ERP.

Despite the mountain we had to climb to input all of our initial data it was worth it. Once input the system has dramatically improved and sped up day to day processes.
Working with the iPages team has been exceptional. They genuinely care that the system works in the way that you need it to. They were on hand to give us guidance during the initial set up and bedding in period and are always very receptive and responsive to ideas and change requests.
The continued customer service is outstanding, you know that they have become as invested in your business as you are, something that is always missing from the large SaaS providers.
Vorteile:
The integration and functionality of the system has allowed us to get rid of our old clunky ERP and eCommerce site. The inventory management, sales and order processing are slick saving us time but the best things are the ability to create customer specific hidden account areas on our website and to create assemblies for manufacturing. We use the hidden areas to simplify customer orders and processing of exclusive products we manufacture for them. The assembly creation gives us integrated stock control at a component level with the ability to immediately see how many products we can manufacture with current component holdings before assembly. Once assembled the stock levels of everything adjusts automatically. The embedded SEO elements has also been great help which is being reflected in our rankings.
Nachteile:
Still some work to be done on purchasing to completely automate the in/out stock flow process along with Xero integration but we know it is in hand and can't wait for the update.
Excellent Online Tool for Small Businesses
Kommentare: Overall experience has been excellent, we have had very few minor issues and all were sorted out very quickly via a simple phone call.
Vorteile:
We like the overall system structure and the way it supports all our business needs for a dynamic online presence. The updating of content is straightforward and quick and is controlled through a Single software platform without the need to have separate software licences. System is flexible and adaptable to the introduction of new features and functions.
Nachteile:
The system is very extensive and can take a while to understand its many functions, you will need to invest some time to learn how to use it effectively, however when used on a regular basis day to day tasks can be completed very quickly

iPages makes life relatively simple to update content for a website and to add new material when necessary. It is incredibly helpful to have control over simple updates and for those to be live instantly.

Family business committed to customer service provide an application which meets my needs
Kommentare: I benefit from the ability to post news items and edit pages myself for most of my needs. The knowledgeable and approachable iPages support staff are also always able to help or assist if needed.
Vorteile:
For a business user with limited experience of using website software I have found i Pages to be ideal for the two small businesses that I own. The user interface is excellent and I can make changes and updates myself - something I could not enjoy with my previous website provider.
Nachteile:
Nothing! It meets all of my needs. I recommend it.

Family business with huge talent & ideas
Kommentare: Communication makes all the difference, we can get help with design & updates and the iPages team together with the software respond to any challenge set.
Vorteile:
We find it such an easy software to use & train our staff to use. Customer reviews are also good.
Nachteile:
None of significance, but a little niggle is when we use voucher discounts codes, but suffer when a refund of a product occurs as it gives the customer the full amount & not the discounted price back.

Kommentare: Overall, ipages has accompanied and facilitated our growth online. Relatively easy for an amateur to manage and develop content and when needed help and support is always close at hand with their friendly and personable staff.
Vorteile:
Enables us to present a modern, efficient image to our customers.
Nachteile:
The language is not always compréhensible to a non technical user.

A helpful and friendly team

Kommentare: I've never used another website provider and I can't imagine finding a team anywhere else who are as helpful, supportive (and patient!), and are also enthusiastic about the services and products I offer through my site. They always make me feel as though I'm important to their business.
Vorteile:
As a complete non-techie person, even I can manage to find my way around. I do need a bit of instruction but then get the hang of things quickly as the platform is so simple to use. And I love the way my site looks.
Nachteile:
No complaints at all! Anything I haven't been able to do has always been resolved after a chat with the support team.

I have used iPages to host my website for several years. The introductory offers are very competitive, and the software is pretty easy to use.
Nachteile:
As with many web hosting services, there was a learning curve when I first moved my website to their platform. The procedures became more second nature as I used it.
