Does everything the competition can do!
Kommentare: I work in real estate and we used to use CINC and Contactually and had mixed results. CINC had all the bells and whistles, but the value proposition was not there. Contactually has an easy-to-use interface but was missing the nuances required for the real estate business. With iMax, it was a happy marriage between the two at a significantly more affordable price. We have to make hundreds of calls and the CRM's features allow us to do so painlessly.
Vorteile: What I like most about the CRM are the lead sorting options and mass text and email.
Nachteile: Sometimes, there are redundancies and inconsistencies from section to section. Some fields can be edited on the spot, some are hidden away in drop down menus.

This is without question the best Real Estate CRM I have ever used!!!

Nachteile: 1) When I access the drop downs on the left side if I do not hover over the list as I scroll down it disappears and I have to go back up and do it again.
