There not much that this software has its negative side, other than the premium plan for this software is quite expensive compared to the other software in the same niche.

Best task manager with beautiful clean interface

Mit Any.do perfekt organisiert
Vorteile:
Aufgaben erstellen und teilen, so dass sie von mehreren Personen abgearbeitet werden können, klappt prima. Und das auf mehreren Geräten sowohl mobil als auch stationär.
Nachteile:
Manches ist doch immer noch auf englisch beschrieben.

Reminder for my schedule task
Kommentare: I really like to use Any.do as my main organizer to keep up with all my schedule task and event that are assign for me. Its sleek and minimal design let me focus on task on hand and not distracted from too cluttered dashboard design that other software do.
Vorteile:
Any.do is really impactful for me in managing my list of daily task that i need to complete. All the tasks can be categorized into my personal task or my work task, and separate it into specific folder so it won't mix and induce confusion. Adding other media like picture and audio help me to be more accurate on the task details.
Nachteile:
I would love to have a integration with my Microsoft calendar as it is my main calendar that i use in my desktop computer. It will help me to organized my time and event in my calendar easier as i only need to check it from one application.
key to organizing several simultaneous projects
Kommentare: I suppose it is a normal experience, it is to get rid of tasks when your main task manager has expired, it has good prices when there are few people, the truth is I recommend it for small teams of a few people, that is my vision, no I would recommend it for very large, high priority projects.
Vorteile:
It helps me manage my daily tasks in Chevron, the strong point is that you can make simple and robust reports at the same time of several simultaneous projects in this energy company, I think that marking the most convenient and priority ones is crucial in this sense, I also had a good link just with my personal calendar.
Nachteile:
very bad notifications, sometimes they did not arrive when changing data traffic networks or they simply did not arrive in weeks, this is the weakest point of ANY, in addition to the fact that I had several login problems for people from the team to enter to generate feedback.

Nice features Bad service
Kommentare: I have tried to reach them three now but they are just not responding. I would say it a good product but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone cauz if you'll pace some troubles there will be no one there to support you.
Vorteile:
I have used the mobile app for 6 months and all was great. The app is quite easy to use and very dynamic so it fits very well to my life rhythm.
Nachteile:
After a while, I had some issue with the email validation so I turned to the support.. You can reach them only by email. Very cold and unfriendly respond AND not only the didn't help all of my list and tasks got blackout... Such a disaster, about 100 tags ware gone.

Kommentare: Overall I had a pretty pleasant experience using Any.do.
Vorteile:
What I liked most about Any.do is how many other programs it integrates with. Being able to sync across as many programs as Any.do does is fantastic.
Nachteile:
What I liked least about Any.do was how extremely limited the free version is. If you want access to all the features, such as label colors or just any form of customization at all, you will have to purchase the full version and pay monthly or yearly on it.

Increase productivity with Any.do
Vorteile:
Any.do serves as my personal assistant, alerting me to all of my unfinished tasks and daily agenda through push notification on either phone or desktop notice on my desktop. Adding scheduled events to my calendar and syncing them with different platforms such as Calendar Events and Telegram reminders helps me manage my time effectively.
Nachteile:
Colored tags and tabs, for example, are less helpful features provided in the premium plan. For the subscription version, they should offer more advanced functionality, such as cloud storage for my notes and documents. It would be more beneficial to the user than colourful tags. The mobile version of the site isn't quite as excellent as the desktop version.

Kommentare: Overall, Any.do is one of the best task management apps I have used so far.
Vorteile:
Any.do is easy to use and setup. It includes all the functionality that you expect from a task management app that you want to use either for personal tasks or team work. Setting it up and integrating with Google calendar and some other tools was straight forward without any issues.
Nachteile:
Free version is limited however still useful for personal tasks. Integration with some apps might be a bit challenging but not hard.

Vorteile:
Any.do is a top-notch and game-changer platform to organize tasks and help us to keep on track. It send reminders, and this enables us to set reminders for tasks. It also was to share the to-do list and tasks with our colleagues. Intuitive UI makes it easy for users to create and manage their tasks effectively. Calendar integration and the ability to collaborate with others is magnificent.
Nachteile:
Should implement on constant features update. This will help to unfold new features. Also some more apps integrations would be nice.
Great task management
Kommentare: Very easy to use. Scheduling is easy and notifications can be easily set up and changed.
Vorteile:
Anydo is easy to use. Notifications are easy to set up and make sure I don't miss anything. It has drag and drop for easy switching.
Nachteile:
There is nothing not to like about Anydo.

if you just need an app to manage your to-do list, this app is a great solution and is one of the few that delivers a kanban view in the free versioneasy to use and visibly pleasant, not too many distracting interventions
Nachteile:
I felt it could have more task classification functions with different color statuses, more tags in the free version (it only offers one), and some customization possibilities that help identify priorities or cluster the tasks

Kommentare: overall any.do is my favourite task management tool and for daily task scheduling that has lifted my workflow and task progress.
Vorteile:
the productivity tools are very great and very immense. they have actually improved my task management and the reminders have never let me forget my daily essentials. the alerts and notifications are also very on time and very optimum and sync perfectly. the task progress tracking is also very effective.
Nachteile:
i feel that different themes can be made available according to different needs and moods, also task scheduling can be even more customized and personalized.
Easy Use
Kommentare: I made my daily plans very easily, I made my future plans, I made business planning. The warnings he gave me made me become a more regular person.

• Absolutely gorgeous UI. They say it's award winning and no wonder, I've tried todoist, google tasks (which come pretty close but are not as feature rich) and evernote to manage my TODOs and the competition is not even close. • Integration with Zapier. I don't use this extensively but I have my google tasks linked to Any.do through zapier because IFTTT supports google tasks and not any.do, so I use it as an intermediary with Any.do being the source of truth • Ability to add notes, subtasks and attachments. Google tasks lets you add subtasks and notes but not attachments. • Different views for the same list of tasks. I find it very useful to both be able to look at near-term tasks and longer term tasks, and switch quickly back and forth between the two. • Extreme attention to detail. Tasks have the next reminder time, whether or not they have subtasks, whether or not they are recurring tasks and their tags denoted on the task list itself. I would hate to have to click into a task to get this info. • Integration with google calendar. It is absolutely essential to be able to view my tasks (I have hundreds of them) in the context of my overall calendar. • The Moment is a very useful feature to give you a daily view on your tasks for the day and give you the ability to schedule them within the day or postpone them from the popup itself.
Nachteile:
• I got premium just because of how frequently I use the app but none of the premium features are really worth paying for. I paid largely to support the devs, it was cheap enough. The daily Moment (where Any.do makes you go through that day's tasks and mark them done or postpone them) is the only thing I'd consider paying for, but even though you technically only get unlimited moments with premium I was getting daily moments even on the free tier. Tags are nice to have but putting tasks in different lists (free feature) has a similar function. • The Android widget is a little clunky, takes a couple clicks to mark the task done and it suddenly vanishes. Makes for a janky user experience, a far cry from their website and even the mobile app. • No ability to hide specific lists from the main view. I have checklists e.g. for road trips which I don't need to see most of the times, it takes up screen real estate. • Reminder notifications on Android appear individually, I would much rather I get one Any.do notification and expand it to view all of them. • I have to click twice to get a task to go away, once to mark it done and another time to remove it from the list. Why?

Great thing with Any.do
Vorteile:
Thing that are really impactful after using Any.do is, my work and personal productivity is really increasing thru the roof. I can always refer back to the list that i has set on the application, and see if i miss any task that i should complete before the day ends. It as a good software that work as a reminder, and as a task manager.
Nachteile:
Any.do needs a much more integration option for the list of application or software that it can be connected with. It will be good if it can connect with my Google calendar, as my other software are connected to it, and will be better organized if all of my information is centralized on single place.
Great Organization Tool
Kommentare: As a product designer and startup owner, I have to plan across multiple calendars and have to navigate between these. With Any.do, I have all my to do list for the week and I can rank based on priority as well. I don't get bombarded with notifications and emails, which makes me like the app more. it functions as an organizational tool to save you time and that's what it truly does.
Vorteile:
I have had the app for over 4 years and it is in my top 1% of apps I use for a reason. The UI interface and navigation is pleasing and easy. The app is simple and straight to point which saves me time to create my to do list. Unlike most organizational tool, the features on the app are simple to navigation which reduces the time it takes to plan my week drastically.
Nachteile:
So far, I have not had any reason to dislike the app. Like I said earlier, the app is in my 1% of apps I use on my phone for a reason.

Essential productivity tool
Kommentare: Anyone has allowed me to remember my meetings with clients and colleagues, I can plan what I should do for my next week and stay productive. I like being able to observe my planned activities from my devices and be able to synchronize all my information.
Vorteile:
When you have many responsibilities and you have to deal with different situations at different times, it can be overwhelming and complicated, unless you use tools like Any.do, which makes this process easier by spending a few minutes of your time to plan what you will do throughout the day, week or month. Any.do is a highly recommended software for planning casual activities as it includes a reminder that you can schedule for a few hours before doing the activity. The best thing about Any.do is that it also allows synchronization on several devices.
Nachteile:
I have not found many negative aspects of this software. I think the premium version offers a bit high prices, but I think they are worth it.

Powerful task manager that includes cloud service
Kommentare: Being able to have an application that helps me perform several actions from a single interface has been great, I have everything I need in an application, it is a productivity tool that no one should miss

Do not require to use agenda, give priority to what is really important, effectiveness in the simplicity of your platform, contains only the tools you need, no more, no less, send texts, emails and make calls from the application
Nachteile:
It is a very useful application if your tasks do not require other levels of subtasks to be achieved. If you need to follow up on complex tasks with a lot of information, it is not the most ideal application. This can be a problem since people are looking for applications that are technological support to solve the complexity of their tasks. It makes it less attractive to other applications aimed at the current professional

Any.do helps you to keep a track of your tasks and schedule so you don't miss up on tasks or deadlines. Its intuitive interace makes task management easy. You can use it for a variety of purposes ranging from a simple calendar to a full fledged schedule manager. It also allows you to split a complex or lengthy project in to sub tasks to get it done easily. It is available in all major languages and across all computer and smartphone platforms.
Nachteile:
Its basic free version does not support recurring alerts which is very annoying, also you can not access tags in it.
Great personal task management program!
Vorteile:
Any.do is easy to set up and use, but there are a few features that make it really effective. First, there is anydo moment, which goes through all your tasks and enables you to select which ones for today (and what time today), tomorrow, next week, or later. This is super helpful as often old tasks get stuck, and this automaticaly brings them up. Another good feature is the ease of inputting a task. When you type something, you can click on when you want to do it - later today, tomorrow, etc - as opposed to having to select multiple boxes or options. Another good feature is the ability to create many lists with tasks to separate different projects. Finally, the sharing feature with others is easy and effective.
Nachteile:
The only downside is that I use google calendar, which also has a task program. While Anydo's tasks are more comprehensive, it doesn't sync into Google calender, so I end up using two programs instead of one. It's also a program I just use personally, not for team or professional tasks, as something like asana I find is better for team tasks.

Kommentare: My days were chaotic because of so many commitments that involve my work duties and I began to use Google Task and I improve, however I heard about any. I started with my colleagues and immediately began to use it and generated a positive experience, today I can say that I efficiently organize my time during my daily work days that are usually long. It was very easy to migrate my google task notes.
Vorteile:
Any.do, I define it as a virtual agenda, I like that its design is elegant and comprehensive. It provides us with the facility to define and schedule tasks. It is multiplatform. It is integrated into google maps, mobile calendar and facebook. I like the categories to prioritize tasks.
Nachteile:
There are no elements that allow you to style the notes, for example color palette, emoji, although it is true that this does not affect the operation if the style and personalization that we want to give our notes.

Simple to manage your tasks
Kommentare: It is very useful for me because I feel that I can empty my mind and get rid of worries because I know that I will receive the notification of what I have pending and reminders of what I should finish without having to remember everything. So I am aware of the tasks that I delegate to my team and much more attentive in leading them positively and efficiently

To have access to the advanced and very useful functions, you must choose the premium version. The free version is quite limited compared to what you can achieve if you have the premium version

Vorteile:
What I like most about Any.do is that it forces me to complete my tasks, even when I have lost the drive to do it. It has a robust reminder system that will keep a task appearing on top of my screen until the task is completed. That way, forgetting is impossible.
Nachteile:
The app in itself does not have problems to report about, based what it was meant to do. But I wish there was more space and customization in note taking.

Organize quickly and without complications
Kommentare: It is a very easy way to do collaborative work of small tasks with your team, we made an inventory of our productions last year to account for the amount of movies we had, with this application we organized and managed to order our movie stock.
Vorteile:
It is a very good application that helps me to be organized, I outline my tasks in folders so that you can even manage projects, you can add people from your team to collaborate, share files, among other useful functions to sort and list all tua activities
Nachteile:
The only thing would be that to use the functions that are very useful you should have the premium version, if you really want to use it as it should be
