Cheaper, more stable and easier to navigate than competitors (switched from GoToMyPC who only allowed 4 PCs in their charity package compared to 10 with RemotePC).

Remote PC software gives full control due to that in some cases personal data can be malpractice which is is very unsecured.

Kommentare: Wenn es schon an der Anlage des Accounts selber mit Steuer-ID hapert, dann sollte man vorsichtig werden.
Wenn die Software nicht binnen 1-2 Stunden mit IT-Support und über Tage mit dem Hersteller-Support nicht lauffähig ist, dann ist es Bananen-Software - und sowas unterstütze ich nicht. Auch bei dem Preis nicht.

Vorteile:

Der Preis hat mich begeistert, deshalb haben wir dieses Tool ausprobiert.

Nachteile:

Der Account konnte nicht mit einer seit Jahren gültigen Umsatzsteuer-Identnummer angelegt werden. Hin- und her mit dem Support geschrieben, schließlich einen Workaround gefunden. Das darf nicht passieren. Das Setup war nicht möglich, wir haben es auch mit Support nicht geschafft, eine Verbindung aufzubauen.

Vorteile:

The product is very easy to install and has worked flawlessly. I am currently just using a one PC version to allow access to my home PC when I am traveling. Love the ability to drag and drop files from one PC to another.

Nachteile:

It was a bit confusing on whether or not I had to install a remote copy of the software in addition to the software on the primary PC. Once I had the client installed in my browser, all was great. Audio from the remote PC has also been a bit scratchy and broken.

Mediocre support and continuous issues

Kommentare: My overall experience using the tool when not running into any issues is alright, if everything was working and going to plan i was able to work as intended. Unfortunately, this is a rare occurrence for me personally. Due to the lack of EU support, we have had to wait days for an issue to get solved, sometimes even to not get an answer back till we contact support back ourselves. Because of this support and the continuous number of issues we have run into we, at the current state of the product, would not recommend it to businesses planning on using it in the EU region. I feel like the product would be a lot more useable if you have the phone support the US region does, this is why i recommend getting an EU line.

Vorteile:

What i like about the software is the availability is has, you are technically able to do anything you have to be able to do in a remote session to be able to work normally in a remote session like; printing, file transfer and the fact you are able to launch certain apps only through RDP Connector.

Nachteile:

What i currently do not like about RemotePC is the lack of support for people in the EU region and the number of issues we have run into. The support for people in the EU region is slim to none, the chat support is great, but they are only 1st line and are not able to perform any actual support actions other than tell you where you can get help, help you with FAQ and check the status on your support tickets. The actual support (via email and phone) is poor. We have only an hour a day where we can get proper support via phone and even then, we usually end up getting forwarded and told to wait a few business days before an issue can be resolved and that we should check our email through the week. This has cost us a lot of time and because of this we have not been able to finish the work for a client for nearly a month now. The email replies are a lot of time very minimal and sometimes we dont even get a response back for days or at all, we ask support again and get told to wait a few more days and give the team some more time. As an IT provider this is unacceptable and can cause for a loss of clients, this also causes for a company to look into other alternatives to this product. Therefore, my biggest suggestion for RemotePC is a support line for Europe or a general 5 day 24 hours a day call line.

Amazingly Simple Access

Kommentare: I have been blown away how simple the program is to use and the functionality of things like file transfers, remote access, and mobile device apps for pc access. They have a new customer that will be a return customer!

Vorteile:

The program has extremely easy setup and onboarding. I’m now in full control of my tech stack without the need to lug laptops all over creation.

Nachteile:

I wish the pricing was a bit more incremental. I’d really like to manage a few more devices but not as many as the next pricing tier.

Kommentare: Been using it for a little under a month and overall I am content that we didnt have to break the bank to get a fully featured remote software license.

Vorteile:

Compared to other options on the market RemotePC is among the most cost effective (even if you dont get a promo price) offering the most bang for your buck with its features.

Nachteile:

Sometimes not as fluid as anydesk or teamviewer but tolerable.

It offers convenience, flexibility, and efficiency. It has allowed our team to access our office computers from anywhere, and it has allowed the whole team to collaborate in real-time, enhancing productivity at 100% and reducing downtime.

Nothing really so far it has been a great experience, we were using TeamViewer and Remote PC is much better, and it has become our application of choice for remote access.

Works Great, Easy to Use, Good value

Vorteile:

I used RealVNC before and now that they are getting rid of their free version I decided to try other options. RemoteVNC is less expensive than RealVNC, and I think RemoteVNC has a better user interface when it comes to multiple monitors.

Nothing. Everything seems to work as it should.

The Best Ever

Vorteile:

I tried too many apps like Anydesk, or Team Viewer, but both need authentication to accept remote requests, I am working on a VPS, and if I want to log in directly I must buy 30$ account a year. I found Remote PC cheap, simple, and effective solution to do that

Best app for Beam Pro and Xreal Glasses

Vorteile:

Best remote softare i have found to use with AR glasses and Beam Pro (Xreal). IT works with the bt input device so well. Highly recommend if you are using Xreal beam pro. I am using it on a mac which was hard to get other programs to work well with

Nachteile:

not a huge fan of needing to create a login but it does make it essier

Great service for accessing client machines remotely!

Kommentare: Had been looking for a more cost effective alternative for accessing my clients' computers remotely. RemotePC is helping me do just that, and just as effectively in regards to accomplishing my goal(s) in that department, as well as with a lower price per year for the same type of service received from competing companies!

Vorteile:

Software easy to install, link to your account on client machines. Also like how cloud backup is integrated into the web panel, can be easily implemented into your setup. Access speed more than acceptable for remote access, speed comparative to being on the machine itself!

Nachteile:

Only issue/con regarding the software is that client software had to be installed twice on just one computer before being registered on the web panel. Fine after 2nd install, no others gave negative response. Will not call this a RemotePC issue, as some settings were changed on the computer between 1st and 2nd install that may have been root cause...

A less expensive full featured alternative

Kommentare: Overall, the experience has been very positive with ease of use and deployment.

Vorteile:

Remote access, unattended access, and the ability to move files easily have all been game changers for our small agency. It was really easy to deploy across all of our computers and it has made it a breeze to be able to log in, move files, provide real time support, and ensure that our machines are as functional and safe as possible. We had previously been using an alternative that cost more and did not deliver as good of service without some limitations. We've been super happy with the switch and aren't planning to return to our prior program.

Nachteile:

Overall, we have been really pleased with the product and haven't found the features that we use to be lacking. However, we are a really small organization with simpler needs and I can see that larger organizations with more complex needs may find the overall product to be a bit simple for their needs.

It took me a while to work out how to change plans, both upgrade and down grade.

Kommentare: I live in Argentina, with a huge economical crisis, inflation a devaluation of our currency. The argentine peso has no value and access to anything from outside is expensive for us. I found in RemotePc a great software at an offordable price. Thank you, RemotePc!

I like how easy this product is to use. I like how easy it was to set up and gain access to the computers I need access to.

Nachteile:

I wish it was easier to downgrade plans without having to set up a new login. I tried out the free trial but did not need that large of a plan to start off our small firm with. When I went to purchase the plan I had to set up a new login with a different email to be able to get the plan I needed because it was only giving me the options for the 2 large business plans.

Would be great if it worked consistently

Kommentare: My overall experience is one of disappointment. It's reasonably priced and has good representation on the mobile side, but until I can trust it fully I've got to work up another solution for my remote access.

Vorteile:

The price is great, especially with the discounts they run. It's easy to setup, the interface is clean and modern, and the phone/mobile apps are fairly well designed.

Nachteile:

I can't trust it. I need 100% to know that when I connect remotely to the pc that it isn't going to just black out the screen and behave oddly. When I connect via other means to the active session that RemotePC has blacked out it shows as normal. I've tried on clean systems after contacting support and the same thing occurs. Disappointing.

RemotePC - An Efficient Remote Access Solution

Vorteile:

I love the convenience of accessing my office computer from anywhere. It's super easy to use, fast and secure. Great for remote work!

Nachteile:

The only downside is the cost for more than one computer, but it's still worth it for the convenience it provides.

Kommentare: RemotePC has been super easy to deploy. The speed is very responsive. I am access a dual monitor computer, so RemotePC is very easy to switch between monitors on the remote desktop.

Grand solution for Hybrid work style

Kommentare: My company has implemented a hybrid schedule whereas the employee shifts are set that everyone only comes into the office 3 days a week. The other 2 days are fully remote. We just started rolling out RemotePC and find it fairly seamless in using compared to our existing remote software. The installations however did not come completely without some hiccups. It would be great to have better online instructions for different size companies. Initially we purchased the single user license and then switched to the Team license. This created a user problem. I like the fact that the install is hinged off of the remote users email address, but this is also limited (or is there a way around this? There does not seem to be a lot of examples on how to set up the software). Overall experience is very nice though and I would recommend this software to others who are trying to implement remote computer controls. Our setup is the home PCs are Lenovo Laptops. The remote computers are Intel Nuc PCs.

Vorteile:

The feature that is most impactful? - I am the Admin (for RemotePC) and a user for my small company of 12. The most impactful feature is the "File Transfer" functionality of RemotePC. We are used to another remote software package and find that "RemotePC" has a better integrated (and more intuitive) design to transfer files back and forth between PC.

Nachteile:

Features you feel are missing or could be improved? - I am a new user for RemotePC (only a few months if that of user ability). We are rolling this software out in my company slowly and currently have a total of 3 users operating RemotePC. The 2 users and myself are all experiencing the same issue that it seems to be difficult to connect to the remote computers after they have (gone to sleep? or after about 10 minutes after being logged out of the computers). If the "Classic" option is chosen in a RemotePC session there does not seem to be an issue, however if the "Performance" option is chosen in a RemotePC session the 'connecting' never seems to be established. If you choose the "Classic" option then establish a connection, disconnect and then establish a connection using the "Performance" option this seems to work. As a nice to have (we cannot seems to find this option available), it would be nice to have an option within the software to have a timed session or the ability (for security reasons) to disconnect the session after the time has expired or if the non-remote computer has gone to sleep or a screen-saver has kicked in. The screen resolution of the connection in RemotePC seems to change when the remote computer is logged out back to the Windows 11 login screen. This is happening only on 2 remote computers right now.

Getting it done from afar

Vorteile:

I use this to have access to multi-site IT work in remote places. It is incredible to use for quick IT work and fixes to other's computers when in need. I love using it! Once it is set up, I have never had an issue with getting access to a computer to help out. Even remote printing is fantastic.

Nachteile:

I was the file sharing/transfer was more streamlined. It is a bit faulty to use at time.

Kommentare: The product has allowed our employees to be very flexible with their lives making them very happy. I know I use it just about everyday.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use. I can work remotely from home when I am sick or have a sick kid which helps not fall behind at work. The print from anywhere feature is a big help. The cost is super cheap.

Nachteile:

I have yet to find a feature I don't like about this product.

From testing with the free licence to implementation, all expectations were met. And the price is very reasonable.

Nachteile:

Initial setup of remote PC display resolution caused concern, but with trial and error it was resolved.

Affordable and has what you need

Kommentare: It's good. I'd like to see a little better sub user management for the admin but for the price, you can't beat it. No charge for extra users unlike others.

Vorteile:

More than one user can logon to the same terminal so that's a plus for training or simply seeing what the other is seeing.

Nachteile:

A little buggy. Sometimes the resolution gets changed and you have to adjust. Other times it literally prevents you from logging into a user and you have to reboot.

Vorteile:

The purchasing and installation process was very easy and straightforward. The configuration was very simple and you don't need to be an expert in IT to be able to configure it the way you want as it is self-explanatory. I like the convenience it provides and the hassle-free experience so far and the fact that you are able to screen share, effortlessly retrieve files and manage other computers as if you are sitting in front ot them makes my work more enjoyable and easy.

Nachteile:

The performance of RemotePC relies heavily on the fact that you need to have a stable and reliable internet connection for seamless remote access. During peak hours or in areas where poor ad unstable internet connectivity, I sometimes experience lags, delays, or even disconnections.
