Lots of false alarms and misses truly lost packages

Kommentare: I had to make sure my team wasn't reshipping packages that were "suspected lost" because they were indeed just running late. Lots of false alarms.


I'm using this as an app within Freshdesk, so my experience may differ from those who use it in a different environment. It gives a sense of security that you don't need to track every package daily.


Lateshipment seems to pick up a lot of packages as "suspected lost" but they're just late. They should be categorized as "late" not "suspected lost" if they have scans within the normal parameters, but are just running late.
