Auto Decision Platform offers a wide variety of integrations in an easy-to-use interface.

Nachteile:

Have not evaluated the software extensively enough to find any cons yet.

Good solution for small organization

Vorteile:

Compliance features, support team, ease of use, PEO/co-employment models

Nachteile:

Only applies to US staff; we need to use a separate system to house all international staff information in once place.

ADP is a very basic HRIS system

Vorteile:

ADP has pretty basic features that suffice for basic HR purposes.

Nachteile:

Integration and customer support is not where it needs to be.

Bringing Global Payrolls Together

Vorteile:

Provides great products for Payroll solutions, specifically when it comes to Global Payroll.

Nachteile:

I guess the overall customer service could use some work.

I was hired at a time of transition and onboarded with two systems

Vorteile:

I was hired in November and my company was transitioning software platforms January 1st so I basically had to onboard twice, with both platforms. ADP was easy to use, the user interface was minimal so easily navigable, but the provided information was comprehensive.

Nachteile:

As a user, there isn't much to dislike about ADP. Its minimalist nature makes it easy to quickly find the information I need.

ADP Review

Kommentare: We utilise the ADP as part of our decision process. it hosts some rule sets and works as an intermediary between us and the credit bureaus. The ADP enabled us to get up and running in an efficient and timely manner.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, being able to change items within the system without the need for a development team. Means we can deploy changes without delay

Nachteile:

huge rulesets can be a bit cumbersome to implement, this the sacrifice you pay for ease of use.

THe Most Comprehensive Product on The Market

Vorteile:

I like the breadth of options available within this product. Truly, the sky is the limit once the user has a defined process that they want to achieve. I have yet to find a dataset I needed that I could not pull efficiently.

Nachteile:

While the infinite number of options is most assuredly a pro, they can also be a little overwhelming especially if you are new to this type of software. However, my experience with customer service has been top-notch. They are by in large very knowledgeable, friendly, and can pinpoint a solution quickly.

ADP Services

Kommentare: We are using it for analyzing, reports and decision making.

Vorteile:

The product is very easy to use. The product is user friendly for all levels of experience at the associate levels. Training is easy and quick.

Nachteile:

I would enjoy if it would intergrade with more 3rd party software programs.

Needed a few tweaks but overall good

Vorteile:

I have been using it at work at it does a good job of keeping me organized and on top of my day. I can use it on my phone which is good.

Nachteile:

Sometimes is not as straightforward as I want it to be. I have to call for assistance but that was okay.

Building efficiencies to scale

Vorteile:

Once implemented, the software allows for business rules to be implemented with simple drag and drop processes. More complex decisioning is also catered for with full detailed output for those who want to code full workflows based on outcomes.

Nachteile:

Some initial integration teething problems but were sorted well

This software was very user friendly. I didn't have any training with it and I was able to understand it easily.

Nachteile:

I experience no hurdles that couldn't be solved or handled with searching or their customer service.

ADP Review

Kommentare: Replacing decision engines for lending decisions, helping us reach lending decisions quicker with a better process.

Vorteile:

The ease of programming a decision engine on the software. Flow of the engine is easy to understand and control yourself.

Nachteile:

Not a clear guide of how to program your own variables. It seems to be more of a trial and error type programming basis.

Constantly Improving

Kommentare: ADP continues to assess their customer's needs and make improvements. That's all I can ask for and I have been happy with them so far.

Vorteile:

ADP has consistently been improving on the visibility of key information and metrics, allowing users to get insights into their usage data and access key documentation through easy navigation.

Nachteile:

As with any platform that makes significant improvement it has been hard to find certain options that you may have been used to before. It is actually easier for newer users than older ones.

Very professional software with a great support team

Vorteile:

Straight forward from the start Easy to navigate. Logical to customise. Quick and easy integration process. Team were very forthcoming in helping get us to the start line.

Nachteile:

Initially it took some time to get the hang of the rules setup but with the help of the support it was fairly easy to master.

Kommentare: I have been using ADP for 6 years, I would recommend it despite its few flaws.

Vorteile:

ADP is a useful software that does not take a lot of time to learn. The mobile version works pretty well.

Nachteile:

The mobile version does not allow you to do everything that you can do online. This can be frustrating.

My company recently transferred to ADP and it has been a very seamless transition. It was easy to enter my information and the UX/UI is great.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything I don't like about ADP yet since I just started using it. I will explore the software more.
