Kommentare: If I could find a competitor that was half ass competent we would change in a heartbeat. Goal is to find a reasonable alternative this year.

Vorteile: getting better as they improve the updates. doesn't crash as much as it used to. for a while we were able to log into associtiations in other states and make updates. reported this to the vendor , they never acknowledged receipt of the problem and didn't fix for several months.

Nachteile: extremely poor customer response. difficult getting replies to problems.
