Comprehensive Learning and Development Solution
Kommentare: Our overall experience with Disprz has been positive. It has significantly streamlined our training processes and improved employee engagement.
Vorteile:
It offers a comprehensive platform for learning and development, covering everything from training modules to performance tracking. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, and the ability to customize the required activities and ensures relevance to our organization's needs.
Nachteile:
Disprz is a tad behind on the features which is more required for the on-field Sales team such as message notifications to the pending users who are yet to complete the modules/activities. Basic inbuilt dashboard, few more business type of reports, graphs etc. That being said, these discussed and addressed by the concerned Disprz support team.

Disprz Learning Experiential Platform is the most effective tool to improve Organizational Productivity
Kommentare: "Excellent services". The services provided by the Senior employees are unmatched.
Vorteile:
The accuracy of the microscopic data analytics which helps us to identify the root cause of the learning-based productivity, further helps us to hit the accurate cause to improve the productivity at an individual level, covering the organizational level productivity. At the same time scientifically linking the training to prove the ROI of L&D.
Nachteile:
As it is expanding very fast, the frequency of service staff changes.

Great LXP and Customer Success Manager - Disprz!
Kommentare: Disprz is a very intuitive system with plenty of useful features and authoring tools. My Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden], has always been very prompt in resolving issues and challenges that my organization face in the system. There's a lot of ownership by Disprz to work on continuous improvements based on clients' feedback. Overall, I really enjoy and value my organization's partnership with Disprz and team.
Vorteile:
The team has been improving the system to make it better.
Nachteile:
t's still a relatively new LXP which has some rooms for improvement. Although there are occasional technical glitches, the system is still very stable and robust overall.

Vorteile:
The incorporation of badges, leaderboards, and progress tracking created a more interactive and motivating learning environment.
Nachteile:
Enhance the built-in authoring tools. The existing tools are functional, adding more advanced features for content creation would make it easier to develop engaging and dynamic courseware.
Readily available for customer support and we're happy with the product as they enhance our learning experience at Roshn to next level

Nachteile:
It has huge number of content providers so we should have a good understanding of content providers before integration. Sometimes it has outdated content in some content providers like Go1 but there's plenty of courses available, however, our personal favourite is LinkedIn.

Feasibility, Customer Support. Instant help from the POC handling our account.

Overall good experience. But, the features should have been more flexible with the different packages.

When you click on export to Excel once the attendance is marked, the email ids don't get downloaded, it would be great to include email ids in all the reports.

One of the easiest UI
Vorteile:
The platform is really easy to navigate through and is very user friendly. Helps me to keep a record of almost everything and just a few clicks away. Also I think the performance of any servive hugely depends on the support that the platform gives and the support that the Disprzteam provides is commendable.
