It has become easy to authenticate voters and secure the ballot conveniently.

Vorteile:

Implementation of AssociationVoting was the real hit. Its clean and lightweight interface has made it soo easy to utilize and navigate through all it's awesome features. When using our virtual conferencing tools to run our online meetings we are able to accurately and securely cast our votes on any type of ballots such as board elections, ratification, approvals, award and polls. AssociationVoting supports rounds of voting allowing everyone to participate. AV allow us to customize and personalize elections which has enabled us to add logos, ballot running time, instructions, login credentials and candidates biography. Our e- voting processes are feel just like physical elections only that they are more efficient, fast and effective. The realtime and live reporting and analytics are the my favorite in ensuring transparency and credibility of our elections. We get to see the number of cast votes and those in progress in the manager. Detailed audits summary of tallies generated in PDF and is shareable.

Nachteile:

Every aspect about AssociationVoting is A+. Reliability is it's core shine with no crashes so we use it flawlessly.

Vorteile:

Ease of use from the admin side and the member/voter side.

Nachteile:

I wish there were an easier way to replicate past elections and upload candidate info, like an import of name, position, bio etc. And an easier way to replicate election announcements and reminders.

Works for our HOA

Kommentare: We use the tool once a year for our annual meeting election of officers as well as survey questions.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up. It's also quick and easy to get the results prior to our annual meeting. We also like the fact that we can set up the voter identifiers to be unit numbers so it's easy to track elections.

Nachteile:

I haven't really found any negatives. It does the job for one election per year.

If you knew like I knew, you'd use Association Voting too!

Kommentare: My overall experience has been outstanding. This is the 5th year we have used Assoc. Voting for our Annual Board of Directors Election.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and stellar customer service if an issue is encountered.

Nachteile:

I don't have any cons actually. But since there are so many options, choices and opportunities to select from when creating voting criteria, you can get lost if you are not familiar with the Assoc. Voting platform.

Great Product!

Kommentare: This was only my second election that I ran. I had minimal inservicing with our prior company that handled our election. Changing to this company, I was able to jump right in and handle the election from start to end.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Very easy to run an election.

Nachteile:

Nothing. Much easier software than our prior company we ran elections.

AssociationVoting is a winner in my book

Kommentare: The National Auction Association has used AssociationVoting for several years now and we very pleased with the entire process. It makes voting and tracking effortless.

Vorteile:

Setting up the ballot, eblasts, and scheduling everything is easy, and the AssociatingVoting representatives are so very helpful!

Nachteile:

Picking a "least" item is hard because I feel like it makes something that isn't a negative thing sound that way. So I guess I'll just say that what I like least about AssociationVoting is that it doesn't read my mind! :)

My review about Associationvoting

Kommentare: It provides a seamless voting process. The easy user interface also makes voting as easy as it is for a teenager same for an elderly person.

Vorteile:

It makes it easy to vote and it is available for free. It is also actually easy to add eligible voters through the emailing system. The customers service also answers users questions that might pop up doing the process.

Nachteile:

Some of its features are not easily customizable but apart from that it’s use has been seamless with no hiccup or negative experience.

Happy with AV since 2012!

Kommentare: It's been fantastic being able to say, "Same as last year!" and getting what we need. Representatives have always been very helpful. I appreciate the annual "are you starting to get ready for this year's election?" message; we're more a volunteer-run organization, so we don't have any full-time employee keeping track of things, and the annual prompt helps kick us into gear.

Vorteile:

AV delivers a straightforward, secure voting experience for our organizations' members. It is easy to manage with a small number of people (one could do it, but that's best avoided in elections). Our voters have found it easy to use. The presentation of candidates (photo, platform statement, bio) is good, enabling voters to make meaningful comparisons of candidates easily. Having used the platform for over a decade, it's been really nice to be able to keep the configuration the same, use the same boilerplace site instructions, and continue tapping the same library of candidate photos.

Nachteile:

One or two of our board members have been concerned that we have the capability of seeing the selections made by individual voters in the final report. We admins have always simply avoided doing that, but the technical capability makes some board members nervous. It would be better if we could ask someone at AV to disable that function for us.

Nachteile:

With AssociationVoting we haven't encountered any struggles. We are reaping massive returns on investment

Kommentare: Excellent! From initial purchase to great customer support to overall ease of use

Vorteile:

Ease of setup. Ease of customization. Ability to handle very large candidate lists.

Nachteile:

Initially there were some shortcomings that required tech support. While this was not a concern - it just made our initial setup a little more complicated. Since then, all work has been easily completed without contacting AV.

Voting made simple!

Vorteile:

The dashboard which showed how many voted, opened only or previewed only. It was easy to add new members during the election. The email announcements were very helpful to increase participation. The staff were quick to respond to any questions or issues I had.

Nachteile:

When we had a hybrid election, the paper ballots were not counted frequently enough for real-time results.

Kommentare: Great, no problems or issues. Support is quick to respond and extremely helpful for the very few times I have contacted them.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up, customer support is terrific. The results are easy to see as the voting progresses or how a poll is progressing. I can set up a ballot or poll myself but I like to have AssociationVoting set up for me so there cannot be any question regarding a vote.

Nachteile:

Can't think of a thing that I don't like.
