Great software that saves time and Nice people to help anytime needed

Kommentare: More time to focus on everything else and less time having to do admin work.

Vorteile:

You can almost do everything you need with in the software. They keep adding more and more integrations so eventually it will all be in one place and I love it.

Nachteile:

I do not like the home page layout as it is a little intimidating to my new staff when training them and they find it confusing. Its okay once you get used to it though.

User friendly

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use. The Jackrabbit team is super helpful setting you up. If you have any questions they get back to you very quickly!

Nachteile:

Would like to see more done through the parent portal side.

Swim School with Jackrabbit

Kommentare: Jackrabbit has a lot of features for managing classes, students, and payment processing. It is hampered by an extremely outdated user interface that makes training very difficult.

Vorteile:

It can handle multiple types of classes and allows us to bill customers each month through recurring payments. It integrates with our website, so class availability is updated automatically.

Nachteile:

The user interface has way too many buttons and is very difficult to navigate. Simple tasks such as moving a student to a different class requires way too many clicks. Additionally, the Staff Portal show all the classes even if there's no one enrolled.

Powerful System with Powerful Support

Kommentare: Clunky at first, however slowly but surely I'm learning great ways to make my work more efficient.

Vorteile:

The features and updates seem to be a direct result of user feedback. The constant trainings and webinars are amazing and truly over-the-top customer service. The community is great and Jackrabbit does a great job of using community as a resource.

Nachteile:

It's a lot for someone new to learn and with multiple ways of doing things, it can be a little overwhelming - BUT the support Jackrabbit gives more than compensates for this.

Jackrabbit Swim Review

Kommentare: It’s been great! Sometimes the updates are hard to follow but I’ve always found that they are better in the long-run. It’s been more than efficient for the needs of our company.

Vorteile:

It’s very easy to get help if need me and the fact that they listen and apply updates to help with the issues we come across.

Nachteile:

It’s not a user friendly when trying to access the website from your smartphone. There’s a few options that don’t actually work when you try to use your phone’s internet browser instead of your computer’s internet browser.

Vorteile:

Being able to Chat with humans to help solve a probity would take me hours to figure out. Very disappointing the hours have been modified to start so late. When admin get work done in the am before classes start

Nachteile:

JR is a very powerful system to the point where you can’t not pull simple information from one module ie students to another transactions. You have to kick a lot of reports out to create simple reports.

Great for swim school owners

Kommentare: I’ve used jackrabbit Swim for two years. I recommend it to lots of people as a business owner with multiple locations and multiple instructors with both one on one instruction and Group Lessons. This has been the most fitting software for me.

Vorteile:

I love how easy the software is for me to use as a manager, I love the reports, I love that my instructors can log on and see their classes. I love there’s a place for my instructors. I love that my waivers are signed automatically.

Nachteile:

My only con is that in the off-season in order to not be billed for a lot of customers I have to manually go in and move my database over to a lead, my other con is my client’s find it hard to use from their side

Raving for JackRabbit

Kommentare: Very useful tool for recreational programming. Does take some admins work off hand, but it quite a bit of work to get all information transferred to a facility's original software, to a new one, JackRabbit.

Vorteile:

The calendar! Hovering toggle over class prompting class details to pop up.

Nachteile:

Skill editing options. A bit confusing to check skill progress that's assigned to the class, versus skill being assigned to a kiddos profile. Downloading individual PDF pages, to send progress reports to families without having it include the progress of the whole class.

TSC Office Administrator and Swim Instructor

Kommentare: Information was readily available for every tasks I performed as an administrator. As an instructor it was easy to update student data and manage my on instructor schedule and profile.

Vorteile:

It’s efficient for consolidating and evaluating trends clientelle registration and determining product needs. It is also efficient evaluating accounting specifics and tracking swimmers’ oerformance. I especially value how data interfaces with other applications for seamless management of operations. It’s easy to use and teach others to use.

Nachteile:

I liked it overall. However, when scheduling classes and assigning instructors duplication sometimes occurred

Useful platform with ease of use

Kommentare: I have used JR for over a decade and overall enjoy it. It is simple for staff and parents to use the portal. We use it for family registration, enrollment, staff hours, reports for backend office, and managing our daily classes.

Vorteile:

I like the color schedule grid for classes and then separating them into different income categories. Helps with reports and finding classes that bring the most revenue in.

Nachteile:

Some small tweaks with new features I would like to see added for ease of use. I like the new features, but sometimes there is more work or steps to get what you want.

Jackrabbit- Swim Lessons

Kommentare: My overall experience has been great. I recommend it for its customer service alone. I think it checks most checkboxes for various fitness/recreationally based business needs.

Vorteile:

The pricing structure was a big point of emphasis for us. We are a start up swim lesson program and needed to do some research for different programs that met our need and was affordable. Jackrabbit was great in this regard because it allowed us to be on a lower tier until our memberships rose. I also love the customer service. The amount of training and help I received when we first purchased the software all the way through our implementation of the Jackrabbit Plus App has been phenomenal. They are patient and make sure you understand the features fully.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve with the program. This could be a turn off, but I believe once you learn its quirks it becomes easy to use. This could include setting up the overall business to creating classes and dealing with the parent portal. There are some steps that are necessary, but seem like they could implement better because initially if you forget to set something up you will have to restart and fix the issue to catch back up.

There are a lot of reports that seem to not give accurate info simply because there are so many options that go into a report that could change the outcome, got to find the right combination.

Love the software support

Kommentare: Overall, our staff has loved using Jackrabbit. The staff portal is easy to use, the payment processing takes time to figure out but once you do, it is easy to operate, and we normally have very little problems with the Parent Portal side of things.

Vorteile:

We love that we can reach out and get a response and solution to any problem quickly. With more than 500 families that we are serving on any given day, it is super important to be able to troubleshoot fast.

Nachteile:

No coupon code. We would love to have the option to offer a coupon code to families.

Essential for our facility to function

Kommentare: Overall has been very successful. When needed assistance, we have someone assisting us within 48 hours.

Vorteile:

Once you learn how to navigate your way through Jackrabbit, it is so easy to create classes, schedule them, manage bookings, implement link on our website, close classes that are full and much more.

Nachteile:

That is not so easy to customize the features needed and export data. Would like to have an option to chat with someone directly in case of urgent help.

Over all love it

Kommentare: Overall, I have trained over 100 employees company wide to use the system. Wants they learn to use it, they love it just as much as I do.

Vorteile:

The ability to create classes months out and the easy way to copy the classes.

Nachteile:

The new calendar, the original calendar is much easier to read and build classes in.

Splash Splash Chicago Review

Kommentare: Mostly good. I like the scheduleing however I wish I could see my weekly schedule more easily. I still use a spreadsheet in addition to Jackrabbit so I can see my students names laid out more clearly.

Vorteile:

I like its organization. However a small swim school, trying to schedule private classes and make up classes I have to get creative on how to schedule those using the system sometimes. I do a lot of "dropping of classes"

Nachteile:

its more geared toward larger businesses. Also, I wish there was a way I could also account for cash flow not just CC processing.

Great Porduct

Kommentare: Never had any issues with the program, very straightforward and design for new users.

Vorteile:

Very well organized and easy to use interface.

Some pages are outdated (aesthetics) and can be overwhelming.

Jackrabbit swim

Vorteile:

It keeps track of kids birthday and aged, gives us the oppurtinity to put them in the correct class.

Nachteile:

the new schedule update, unable to see all the classes at the same time.

I would like the UI and navigation throughout the software to be more refined, many I time I stumble upon myself trying to remember where to go to get certain information

A learning curve, but once you get going its pretty easy

Kommentare: As a novice there was a learning curve, but It does what I need it to do and once you use it for a week or so it becomes pretty simple.

Vorteile:

I like the weekly calender, gives a great snapshot of the schedule for a week

Opening mutliple windows, need an app for sure

Swim School Manager Review

Vorteile:

I love that Jackrabbit is customizable to any program, big or small. I like how there is a feature for attendance, skills, communication to parents and billing all in one place. It makes it a one stop shop and easy to use.

Nachteile:

I would like to see an option to have the admin be able to use & see the portal as a parent would during registration or use. This will help me if I have a parent face-to-face or over the phone and I can show them exactly what they would see. I would also LOVE to see a version of Jackrabbit that was built for small scale classes & clients for a private swim instructor. They would be able to use all of the features of the program but only for like 15-20 children during a season or 6-month span. This would help keep track of clients throughout the years all in one place.

Jackrabbit user for 13+ years

Kommentare: We have only used Jackrabbit software. We started at the Dad's Club in 2007 and started using Jackrabbit in late 2008. We have looked at other programs but none have compared to the schedule organization and value that we receive from Jackrabbit Swim.

Vorteile:

We love using Jackrabbit Swim for multitude of reasons. It keeps our instructors, schedules, and family accounts organized. We run multiple programs through our software; children's and Adult swim lessons, clinics, lifeguarding, safety courses and summer league. We were excited to implement Jackrabbits new policy agreements, we have been able utilize and integrate different agreements for our individualized programs. The overall blanket policy agreement was not not working for us and now with multiple policies our clinics and Adult programs do not have to agree to our "Double Diaper Policy".

Nachteile:

We have issues with double booking instructors, the ability to post credits to family accounts for a specific day (ie; Thursday classes were cancelled and we were unable to provide make-ups, so we had to post credits to all the Thursday families through each class) and there's no "Class Cancelled" button on the staff portal attendance with the option to set a make-up date and the class show in the portal for attendance.
