Kommentare: Strategic recommendations, optimized social platform posting times, detailed analytics, hashtag recommendations, content recommendations, posting capabilities.

Vorteile: Cortex provides strategic recommendations for our hashtag usage and posting times that would take a human much longer to develop. Being able to see our client's entire portfolio within Cortex makes it easy to compare and draw conclusions rather than individual data outputs. Being able to compare our numbers against our competitors and the industry allows for insights that you can't get anywhere else. Our team also loves being able to schedule their content, with direction from the software, and have it automatically post at the scheduled time.

Nachteile: We're looking forward to any new features that will be released. It would be nice to see the "eng rate" in the history table view.

Cortex has changed the way we look upon content creation.

Kommentare: Instead of time-wasting A-B testing, without being able to determine which variable drives engagement, we now use the Cortex foresight platform. Since then we had more time to concentrate on what truly matters.
The result is an increase of up to 275% in organic leads with one of our clients.

Vorteile: Since using Cortex, we have completely changed our content creation process. It used to be try and error. But no it feels like having a full fletched data analyst working for us 24/7. We now know what pictures to take, which hashtag to use and which products to promote at any given time.

Nachteile: Would be awesome to have a mobile version of Cortex, so we never miss a thing when we are on the road. But I'm sure there is already something in development.

Cortex has fundamentally changed our business with the insights enabling us to continuously improve.

Vorteile: Cortex is super simple to use with the interface very friendly.
The ability to review your own social channels against key competitors or pages of interest helps us to continuously improve our content.
The team are super helpful too and developed new functionality just for us which is incredible service.

Nachteile: Our particular usage of social media where we are always posting to social live with breaking news stories meant we didn't take full advantage of the whole functionality Cortex offers.

Vorteile: I love how fast and efficient this product works, as well as the market trends it finds. In todays workplace speed is everything; with Cortex, speed and top quality work are standard

Nachteile: With a company this big, that caters to so many people and businesses, many dont have quite the customer support. Cortex' website shows that they deal with Maroon 5 and Jack Daniels, its one of the reasons why we chose to go with Cortex. But with those major clients, I expected customer service to be better
