A DIY without the Y!

Kommentare: I love to tweak my website but I overdo it. I needed a real designer. Now my site looks professionally designed yet personalized. Now I can feel confident promoting my business on my new site.

Vorteile:

B12 is amazing for getting a website up immediately. I mean in minutes! It uses smart AI technology plus they have actual people that will help you customize the design and to make changes. I've been using a dyi for 10 years. With B12 I enjoyed the ability to just 'set it and forget it'! Perfect for projects that you don't want to invest a lot of time with, or clients on a budget. You can still go back in and muck around with changes if you like. The best customer service anywhere! Seriously, look into this!

Nachteile:

I would like to make some changes more easily myself, a little more WYSIWYG, like add a pic her, resize a text field there, but it's not really their model. If I make too many changes to the style myself I end up with muck, so I needed an actual designer.

A Great Investment

Kommentare: B12 helped me create and actively maintain my web presence for my business, as well as providing me with opportunities to additional support my reach to my audience, like branded email marketing.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of working one-on-one with customer support staff to create the right website for me and my business.

Nachteile:

Cost can be prohibitive, but you are paying for high-quality support.

B12 is a NIGHTMARE!

Kommentare: NIGHTMARE! There have been a few shining moments of great work but it wasn’t b12, it’s only specific members of their team.

Vorteile:

When you actually get through to the right person, they’re skilled. Good luck working with any “team”, good luck with them meeting deadlines, good luck with the majority of their support team handing out anything but canned answers.

Nachteile:

I’m absolutely mortified with b12. I have been trying to get some straight answers from the b12 team and have been following up DAILY on several confirmed website updates that should have been completed Monday per a b12 email. It’s now Thursday. After having worked with b12 for a few months and submitting some sparkling feedback to surveys and reviews I am now completed 180’ed. How in the WORLD is it that I’ve been following up on an update request this whole week and not a single word on what the delay is??? I need a phone call immediately before I go viral with my email chains and embarrassing idea that b12 has in terms of communication.

Kommentare: It starts off great, everyone is very attentive, you feel welcome, warm, and cuddly, then they hardwire into your stuff and take you for all you got.

Vorteile:

I like the look and feel of the product. Don’t stop there too long, you’ll regret it.

Nachteile:

From beginning to end this software is nothing but a buy button integration that try’s to pass itself off as a real website. But if it walks like a duck? We all know that one. This is a poor mans excuse of a website, with a rich mans price tag. If you want to destroy your online reputation? This would be the way to go.

B12 is what entrepreneurs of small business like me were waiting today. Machine learning + educated humans turns building a website into a big pleasure. I made an amazing website only in 1 day and got SEO included for a very small price. CSR from B12 is amazing! He helped me to overcome some difficult issues over the phone and additionally walked me through other 3d party services which are not included in B12 to improve my website functionality. Definitely would suggest this platform for everyone and will launch couple more websites soon. Thank you again B12 and thank you Dan!

Nachteile:

Sometimes pictures are loosing elements because of resizing may be.. IDK

Dreadful customer service

Kommentare: I am never going to understand the business practice of ignoring a customer asking for a refund. I understand that it's disappointing to lose a sale, but holding my money hostage is not the way to retain business.

Vorteile:

It seems cool, but it's Overkill for people who have some working knowledge of web design.

Nachteile:

I can't speak much to the service. It seemed cool, but I quickly realized that it wasn't really necessary for me. I asked for a refund less than 24 hours after purchase. Representatives from the company responded saying I could have my money back, but hounded me to have a demonstration first. I declined and asked for a refund again. This was a few weeks ago. I have emailed several times with no response and no refund. I'm very disappointed and can't recommend B12. This is dreadful customer service.

B12 Does it All

Kommentare: My site is art centered. Most professional art websites are a clone of the 'white cube' aesthetic and one is not memorable from another. B12 gives me the opportunity to stand out from that crowd, and having actual people at B12 to interact with beats others 'email only' policy 100%.

Vorteile:

Pros! *They are professionals. *Very easy to work with. *Very quick to produce results. *Can recommend insightful improvements. *Implementation is almost immediate.

Nachteile:

Cons? *Some recommendations are duplicitous. *Advanced user settings could be a little more streamlined / user friendly.

Great for Small Websites, Bad for Content Marketers

Kommentare: Great at the beginning from the sales meeting through the design kickoff, then downhill from there. They left me to finish the design with 1 day left before our agreed-upon launch date, the blog is a mess (see my comments in the Cons section), and most of their responses to our request for support are links to videos that don't address the bugs in their system.

Vorteile:

The speed of development and customization of each page with content specific modules is great.

Nachteile:

The blog functionality is ridiculous -- you have to manually add blog posts to blog feeds, the platform didn't support more than 30 blog posts initially, and the process of posting a blog is laborious with lots of issues. If I didn't have a blog, I'd like B12 a lot more.

Kommentare: One of these months i am going to figure out how to start a wix account and be done with this mind numbing company! Pretty sure they will continue to email me and harass me to the end of time, they don't care at all now so why stop when i leave and go somewhere else. I have been reassured that it would stop a longtime ago and yet, it never ever does. IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT COMPANY AND YOU WANT A TON OF INTERACTION, THIS COMPANY IS GREAT FOR YOU. However, if you just want a website, these people are not for you. Funny thing is, the contact person i have, he never contacts me. It is this other lady who doesn't care about my requests and just keeps bugging me and bugging me like i don't have anything better to do.

Vorteile:

It gives me a website to promote my business. It validates me.

Nachteile:

The constant disregard of my request to be left alone. I am well aware that at any time i can upgrade my services to pay more and utilize the many different services you offer. But do you think they give a rats ass about my request? Hell No! They are always emailing me because they want my feedback, they want to offer me more services, on and on and on...blah blah, blah! Forget contacting them and asking them to stop because to them that just means contact you more. It is pointless to request anything, they don't care! They think i am stupid.

Overall, a very good experience with room for improvement

Kommentare: Its been good overall, and I have gotten good feedback regarding the look and feel of my website. I enjoy the colors, the textures and feel of my website. I have not, however, come close to monetizing my studio space online- which is my goal. I think I need I now need to evaluate where I am and where I want to go, and to see what I need to do differently with this software.

Vorteile:

The back office access to making changes and updates is a feature I enjoy. I like the combination of AI and human interaction. Some of the customer service personnel are very kind and treat me as if they want me to win! I am able to learn as I grow. The look and feel is exactly what I was looking for.

Nachteile:

Initially I had trouble getting started on my website. I had no response from customer service and had to go to social media to get some attention. I have had trouble in understanding the various interfaces, i.e., SEO. Each question I have requires a different customer service department rep, and because I have had questions, I feel I have annoyed some customer service staff. I do not overuse the system, but have had issues in trying to put everything together. For instance, I need to add a store to my account and feel the customer service representative talked over and above me in terms of how to do it. As of now I still have no store, but I am gearing up to call back. On the other hand, I had two appointments with customer service I was unable to keep, so I have some responsibility in this as well.

It truly IS that bad

Kommentare: Seriously- it IS as bad as less than 1 star all around. They will take your money but wont reliever what they were supposed to. Asking simple questions about interface leaves the person youre working with floored, they dont know any more about building websites than you are likely too. Ask questions and they straight up dont answer. They will keep charging you though, even when you are trying to get in touch with them. Dont bother, they dont have any way to contact customer service. And if you happen to have a number- Ihave representative- she swindled me into going with B12 and then she told me to gave her number for any questions. She wont EVER answer. She follows after her bosses, represenatative, example. IF he emails back it is a generic copy and paste. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Vorteile:

Nothing- all AI, even the 'human touch'.

Nachteile:

Everything. The site was as bad a a 2nd grader attempt, it didnt follow my specifications, it was expensive and charged eveeven when it shouldnt have, I contacted them for money backand they have yet to get back to me. Representative is a crook and his team is incompetant.

Radcliff Recruiting uses B12

Kommentare: It has been okay --- good enough for the money. I had some small issue where B12 overcharged me and did not stick to the agreement. They refunded the money, but at the same time sent me an invitation to set up an account when I already had one. I didn't quite understand that.

Vorteile:

For the $29 I pay per month, this is good value. This is a good quality website. In fact, my recruiting mentor said there isn't anything he would change about it. I have B12 to thank for that.

Nachteile:

The software is a little clunky and jumpy when it comes to adding resources to the page.

Helpful team

Kommentare: The beginning was more work but once the questionnaire portion was done it was easier to walk through the steps with their help

This website got my website up

Kommentare: I now have a working website that I can edit in a few minutes. It's super easy and I love it.

Vorteile:

The ability to take all of the social media content I already had on the internet and put it into a usable and easily editable website got me going in a weekend after I had spent weeks trying to learn wordpress. I didn't use any of the paid services but rather just pay the monthly fee and have a website I can easily add to, change, etc, within their parameters. I love it!

Nachteile:

The customer service I get is only chat support and only available 8-5 EST. That said, I'm not paying much. I could pay more to have full service and phone support but I don't really need it.

Stay away!

Kommentare: Worst experience in our professional history. They took advantage of us and ran with our money. They ignore our emails and won't call us back.

Vorteile:

Absolutely nothing. They scammed us. Please don't make our mistake.

Nachteile:

Stay far away! We were very clear about what we needed and were assured B12 could do it. They dragged us along, took our money, and then admitted they were never equipped to do what we needed. They have ignored our requests for a refund over the last several months. We paid them and walked away with nothing. We are now going through our credit card company to get our money back, thanks to these scammers.

Nachteile:

There was nothing I liked least about this product.

Budget-friendly

Kommentare: Overall, I would highly recommend B12 for those who are on a budget. I was a little worried at first because it took a few days longer than what I anticipated to receive the first draft of my website. However, when I heard back from them, I was satisfied. There were a few tweaks to be made, but they followed through and responded to my requests.

Vorteile:

The software is very easy to use. Although I'm not a web designer, I was able to go in and make changes to my website without assistance.

Nachteile:

The design was awesome, but I wish I could have had more input into what photos should go on my website.
