Unterirdischer Kundensupport

Kommentare: Der Kundensupport ist leider extrem schlecht. Als zahlender Kunde erhält man keine Rückmeldung auf Mails und keine Hilfe bei Problemen. Aktuelle kann ich es nicht mehr nutzen, weil der Support nicht reagiert. Sehr ärgerlich bei dem nicht unerheblichen Implementierungsaufwand

Vorteile:

Das Tool ist ok, aber auch im Vergleich zu anderen, gleichwertigen Tools etwas teuer. Schickes UI.

Nachteile:

Kundensupport Extra Kosten für jedes Zusatzfunktion

Nifty is a very good project management system with a lot of potential.

Kommentare: Nifty has been useful in helping us more effectively track our projects with their simple Trello-like board, track our hours per tasks and projects, and streamline communication.

Vorteile:

The pricing was attractive and the fact that it allowed for a good number of internal and external collaborators worked out well for us.

Nachteile:

The UI feels like it would benefit from a review by a UX expert to reduce the number of clicks to select things and do basic actions.

Great project management software

Kommentare: It is easy to use and flexible product. Software is matured and well done, has all main functionality project management tool would need. I find it easy to do project and task management for myself. It also has a good project collaboration functions but I haven't tried them yet as I use it only for my personal needs.

Vorteile:

- It is easy to use yet flexible product.- integrates with Zapier and Pabbly for automations- natively integrates with Google Docs and Calendar- you can do empbeds from other other tools (e.g. Miro) to have relevant information in one place- different views for tasks: list, kanban etc.

Nachteile:

- tagging functionality can be better, more flexible- native document function is very basic - but you can use Google docs so it is not really important- forms are not offered with standard plans and need to be bought as addon seperately- there are only tasks and subtasks - more levels of subtasks would be handy- while you can set anything as a task status, the built in logic of backlog->doing->done remains built-in

terrible customer service. Charging too much and not replying to any e-mails or chat requests.

Nachteile:

Nifty has charged me too much money and fails to give me any clarity regarding this subject. I have been e-mailing, chatting through various ways without even a single response in the past few weeks. It is impossible to cancel or change my plan myself (which should be easy, seeing their FAQ) and they are still charging too much. Do not buy this service.

Streamlined Collaberation

Kommentare: Like the clean and intuitive interface and the task management is flexible and easy to use.

Vorteile:

Ability to track tasks with customizations to the workflows that aligns with members of team.

Nachteile:

A con is limited reporting capabilities that makes it a bit more difficult to analyze data.

Forget Asana and Trello when you have Nifty

Kommentare: Nifty is my go-to project management tool both for my business. Switching from Asana was super smooth and I was able to transfer all of my projects exactly as they were, with all my numerous notes, too. The other great thing about Nifty is that you can work on Google docs within the app. It's not something I actively use, but it's quite handy if you want to share docs with someone without sharing dozens of links in one go. The templates and the customization of Nifty in general are absolutely amazing. Since I set up my workflow and everything I needed inside the app, I've never looked back.

Vorteile:

Since I started using Nifty after looking for an Asana alternative, I haven't looked back. I start my day by firing it up and keeping all my focus-tasks for the day in front of me. I am pretty minimalistic with my setup and don't like a lot of fancy stuff, so I know I'm not even using half of what's available. But that's what makes Nifty perfect for me. I've also created my own super basic custom CRM to keep track of new leads and any client-related projects I'm working on alongside my own.

Nachteile:

One things I'd love is fr the time tracker tool to be a little more intuitive. Right now, tracking time or even manually editing or adding time when you've forgotten to start the timer is a bit cumbersome. I'd also like to have more customization options for those custom tags because the color palette is limited and it leads to occasionally messing up some tags.

Great project management app, support could be improved

Kommentare: I've been using Nifty for over 2.5 years now. It's a great, customizable project management app that helps our team stay organized and get work done. I like the UI, it's easy to understand and easy to use. Minimal learning curve for users. They continue to add new features every month, very active development.The product is great, they just need to improve customer support follow-through until resolution.

Vorteile:

Nifty offers a friendly UI to manage projects, tasks, and collaboration tools. It's easy to create projects from templates, create and manage tasks, embed various content in tasks, use markdown in task descriptions and comments, and know who's working on what and the status of projects and tasks.UI is very fast, one of the main reasons I chose Nifty and switched from Plutio. Navigating from project to project, opening and managing tasks, etc., is very fast. It saves time.It's a complete and customizable project management solution.

Nachteile:

I like Nifty. It offers everything I need. My main issue is with support. Occasionally, there are bugs. But that's the nature of SaaS businesses, and I don't consider it a negative if they are fixed. So when I contact support, it can be frustrating when they disappear and don't reply. I often have to initiate a new conversation in Intercom to get an update on an issue they stopped replying to over email. For example, the most recent issue with overdue notifications for recurring tasks was fixed, and I replied to them confirming it was fixed. But I also reported another bug with markdown formatting. No reply. 10 days later, I sent an email to get an update, and one day later, still no reply.Luckily, Nifty works 99% of the time, so I don't have to contact support often. They need to improve their support follow-through and resolve tickets.

Kommentare: Overall we love Nifty. It saves me time not only on organizing projects, but has saved me time as well since I am no longer having to search for better alternatives and setting them up - my team thanks you for that ;)

Vorteile:

We love that it is simple to use, and makes total sense. We switched from a well-known tool that was over complicated. The team was very excited on making the switch. Was a seamless transformation - glad we did it.

Nachteile:

Wish there was an easier way to edit templates, maybe I'm missing something but I find I have to resave a new one and delete the old one.

Great product and always working on new features to make it better.

The options and how you can change settings per project.

Nachteile:

My biggest issue is partially my fault but also could be something I'm missing. One thing that would make the Kaban layout perfect would be to auto move tasks. If it's "In PRogress" and I check the box, have it automatically move to "In Review" and notify anyone that needs to review it. Instead I have to manually move it over and it never gets checked. I keep NOT using it because I want it to keep moving down the pipline.I keep ending up using note taking apps as thats a huge part of how I work. If there was a way to intergrate with craft.do and even have my note be attatched to different parts that would be great.

Must Used PM Tool

Kommentare: I’ve been using for a year and so far so good.

Vorteile:

The ease of use, UI and it’s features. Very easy to use even for non tech people.

Nachteile:

It’s not free and I wish they’ll support payment for invoice too.

Probably the best project management tools I have used in past few years!

Kommentare: I have used tools like trello and clickup! But Nifty is like an all-rounder. It's very simplified for all type of users and is very very helpful.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

No default task reminders. Other than that, I thinks it's very useful and compact.

Nifty is my best investment

Kommentare: My overall experience has been very positive. The few times that I've had any questions, the support team has been very responsive.

Vorteile:

I love having the ability to communicate with my clients and staff all in one application. It's also easy for me to keep track of the various projects and notes.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a ready-to-use CRM template that I can use. I think there's a blog posts that tells us how to use Nifty as a CRM, but I haven't had the time to sit there and get it done. So for now, I'm keeping things in a spreadsheet which isn't ideal.

Vorteile:

Nifty has everything I need to organize my daily workflow and build a knowledge base that supports continuous updates. I love the ease of creating lists and collecting data through them. I love looking at the dashboard that keeps me constantly updated with colleagues about everything new and achieves quick response to any requests. It is great that with Nifty we have automated dashboards that reflect updates directly and can be used to provide a live display of the level of progress and clarify many statistics at any time. I love the ease of adopting Nifty as an effective means of communication that enables me to reduce the movement between applications and complete more than one task from one station.

Nachteile:

Nifty is easy to use, I just need more freedom to customize some reports or ready-made templates, to appear in a way that is completely suitable for our needs.

Project Management at your hands

Vorteile:

Nifty is a great tool if you are looking for a decent project management tool. It is very easy to begin with. The project tracking is easy since it has various project tacking facilities such as Kanban and timelines. The price is also the most affordable and reasonable price. The Customer support feature is on point as well.

Nachteile:

If this is the first time using a project management tool this might be a bit confusing but overtime you will explore the software and you will get used to its features.

Avis nifty

Kommentare: it is a very good software for business development but it does not have a free access plan.

Vorteile:

I highly recommend toodledo software to anyone who wants to increase their productivity in a company.Wow, this is very good software. It's like I'm moving with my office. The application is very mobile. I work everywhere and follow the steps of each task

Nachteile:

The only drawback I found for this application is that it does not have a free trial plan. Otherwise it works very well. If the designers can include this plan, it would be good

Nifty is Great for Collaboration

Kommentare: Overall, Nifty is a good project management tool for digital businesses. If you don't mind being limited in your customization of the tool, and you like something fairly simple to setup and use then it will be great for you.

Vorteile:

Nifty is excellent to use with clients, especially if you need to communicate them about the progress of their projects. It's great for getting approvals or revisions when doing client work. The platform looks beautiful and is fairly easy to use.

Nachteile:

I would have liked more customization options. Something as simple as matching colours to my own branding wouldn't be possible.

Nifty keeps you linked

Kommentare: It was a good experience honestly, for small projects it gets the work done almost always and its integration with other tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Calendar is amazing.

Vorteile:

the kanban boards are what made nifty crucial during that time as it allowed us as a team to visualize our workflow and track the progress of our tasks

Nachteile:

when loading complex projects, it was slow at times and there is two instances when it crashed but probably due to the hardware limitations. The only thing that should be improved is to make it more customizable like its competitiors.

Above Average PM Software for SMB Needs

Kommentare: Nifty helps us solve the over 100 projects we handle monthly and track and communicate within each project and task in an easy and intuitive manner.

Vorteile:

Nifty is pretty intuitive to use and implement. It has the ability to add a limitless volume of projects and managed by your team. The tool can be implemented within a few days or less. It is also great how you can integrate and use Google Drive within Nifty so there is no need to attach docs but instead can work within the actual Drive file in Nifty.

Nachteile:

Nifty does not have custom dashboards or reporting. It has workload management and other high-level summaries of projects but it would be great to be able to build customized or filtered dashboards.

Kommentare: It has been exceptional. I’m super impressed with what I’ve experienced so far. I do wish the forms feature was included in my plan, though. I think it’s a great feature, but it’s not something I’m willing to pay monthly for. I did get the AppSumo deal and so I don’t have to pay monthly for the app, but it just seems like something that should be included as I don’t really see it being something I would use on a daily basis.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use once you get past the initial seemingly complex look and feel of the app. I can easily see how someone might get intimidated by the app. I was for sure, but once I watched the videos (which are super short and incredibly well made) I felt comfortable with the interface and got right to work. It’s difficult to pack this much punch and keep it super “simple”. This is software for a serious project planner, but still maintains a manageable user interface.

Nachteile:

I haven’t been able to find a pitfall yet. Support has been great and they seem to take my feature requests seriously. It’s a fast platform and I’m excited to keep pushing the limits as much as I can.

Nifty kinda does it all, and does it well.

Kommentare: I work for a fully remote corporate level e-learning developer and we work across multiple clients and projects/portfolio's at any given time. Nifty handles the needs of our team to work collaboratively across projects with different milestone types and requirements with ease. I would highly recommend it to any remote team or otherwise.

Vorteile:

Nifty has so many features and constant updates unlock more and more features which is great value and functionality. Manage projects and work flows with complete confidence

Nachteile:

It's not a file management system or wiki... so use something else to do your database work.

Nifty is a huge help with all our teams projects

I think the Nifty tasks are our teams favorite feature. we love the fact that we can add tasks and sub tasks and assign each task to any team member so we all stay in the loop and have all our tasks organized so nothing goes undone or through any cracks.

Nachteile:

sometimes i dont hear notifications on my mac, I think it might be a setting that I have messed with in the past so not sure if its nifty or me, this is my only issue with nifty but to be honest i dont know if its nifty or me I have to look into this to make sure. but overall we love nifty and dont know what we'd do with out Nifty.

Excellent tool for project management and communication

Vorteile:

I use it daily for communicating with my team on multiple projects, planning sprints and executing deliveries like a boss. This is one of the most underrated tool.

Nachteile:

The only thing missing is to apply multiple tags to cards at once which needs to there.

Nifty Makes Project Management, Communication and Collaboration Easy

Kommentare: Nifty has been a lifesaver for our company started over two years ago. The co-founders live in separate states, yet can work together seamlessly.

Vorteile:

Nifty is easy to customize. As creatives we have an unusual way of categorizing things. Nifty allows us to use our own nomenclature within a structured environment. Communication, sharing and collaboration are a a breeze.

Nachteile:

I wish the Nifty documents allowed for additional formatting. Also that upload size caps were higher.
