Vorteile:

Its overall flexibility has been one of the main features that have helped both administrators, and users to accomplish learning and finishing tasks. You can also fully customize your lessons and subjects to the kind of students that you have. As an administrator, you have control and statistics on your students' performance and learning. As one of the best platforms out there for e-learning, NEO has made it easy and light for people who have signed up.

Nachteile:

Some sync issues come up every once in a while when I have to copy information from the masterclass. One has to be meticulous and detailed in their settings to get the kind of experience you want your students/participants to have.

Kommentare: Overall and once set up, the Matrix solution will definitely take my business from a few students to 1000's of students will no real extra work my end, the platform is extremely stable, to date our students are increasing monthly and so far, no real concerning issues what soever

I actually found it quite simple, I do not really have anything negative to say, other than it took me time to learn the way Matrix makes things happen, which are all very intuitive

An Automated Platform Experience

Kommentare: It a great platform and my overall experience has been wonderful as this platform is very user-friendly. It not only assists the education but also caters to training for employees. Since our team gives quality training sessions every once in a while, this platform helps make it creative and easy. Its integration with Google Meet and Google Drive makes it more impressive. It's one of the best platforms I have used so far.

Vorteile:

My most liked feature of this platform is how it automated workflow. Once we add employees to the platform they get automatically added to the courses that we had put in for new joiners. Apart from this, I like how we can customize this to the need of the organization with our logo and red theme. Also, this platform is not limited only to desktops or laptops one can continue on phones as well.

Nachteile:

Well, this platform is super cool however, as a data analyst I need the reporting in a very intuitive way but the customization is very limited like the filters need to be increased. Also, the platform does not take large datasets smoothly it lags sometimes which is not a good performance. Additionally, I would say customer support is great but can take a while for deep technical questions.

Matrix LMS Review

Vorteile:

Ability to Customise and Brand the platform.

Nachteile:

Reporting, Initial Onboarding and ongoing support, Student enrolment into face-to-face workshops, Compatibility of SCORM files on all devices is poor, App is challenging to use, and does not have a smooth user experience.

Cypher Make E-Learning Efficient

Kommentare: My overall experience has been good. We've been using Cypher Learning for many years. Our students can easily navigate their courses, track their completed courses and their parents can view their progress at any time.

Vorteile:

I like the design flexibility to create learning content and course modules. I also like the messaging and chat features.

Nachteile:

The mobile app is not the best and can use some upgrades.

An excellent portal for LMS and more recently an LXP solution at the same price.

Kommentare: It is the only platform on which I found all the functionalities I need as a trainer. From the beginning it seems a bit complicated to understand the whole architecture of the portal, later it was easy for me to build interactive, adaptive and personalized courses.

Vorteile:

1. Diversity of training solutions that can be used. 2. The portal has only fallen once in 9 years of daily use. 3. Integration of dozens of ad-ons that really help the training process

Nachteile:

1. The fact that it does not integrate a SCORM export solution. 2. Extremely slow, limited customer service. They offer only laconic answers and are not focused on solving the problems faced by the administrator. Sometimes the distance between answers is 5-7 hours, even if they are in the US time zone. This is extremely frustrating. 3. Participants must pay monthly to access the platform, even after completing the course. At the beginning, the participants could check their account and diplomas without paying and only paid if they entered the course. Now they have no access to anything unless they pay.

University LMS

Kommentare: Very good, once you remove wrong links or avoid using features not well created it does a perfect job

Vorteile:

The features, how it looks, it is very visual, mobile app, easy to follow courses.

Nachteile:

still missing a nice mobile app visual, some files cannot be uploaded or downloaded, some places in the platform has no place to go, errors in some pages.

My INDIE LMS review

Kommentare: I'm working on promoting and finishing my courses.

Vorteile:

The way I am free to set up classes the way I want to. There are many features.

Nachteile:

I have a bit of a problem using spellcheckers. When they are marked red, they are not included in the text after you hit the save button. I would also like to have more than one possibility for payments. I would like credit card, Paypal, Alipay and other options in order to accommodate every client. I would also like to feel reassured that this software is compliant with European data protection laws.

Pros and Cons of NEO LMS

Kommentare: NEO LMS is indeed very useful for E-learning and virtual classroom management. Conduct of lessons becomes more organized and managed because of the features we can be found in this software. There might be some glitches but I can say that I am satisfied with my overall experience in NEO LMS.

Vorteile:

As an educator, the best feature of NEO LMS that I have really utilized is its assignment management. I can customized the fonts of instruction, add rubrics and schedule the posting of activities. It helps me organize my class and monitor the progress of the performance of my students.

Nachteile:

The feature that I seldom use is the calendar feature. The fact that it is quite limited and cannot be customized well, is also one reason why I would rather use other application for calendar.

The level of reporting and compliance management could be improved. I have specific needs and have to adapt the reporting platform.

Dynamism of Matrix

Vorteile:

Matrix LMS is very user-friendly and has so many features that will allow an organization to maximize the benefits of self-directed learning.

Nachteile:

Although the platform allows for customization of reports, there are so many options that it be daunting. I wish there is a guide that will help the administrator department identify the data that matters.

Vorteile:

NEO LMS is very child friendly. Even a grade 1 student can navigate its features.

Nachteile:

It is doesn't notify the students regarding activities all the time.

We've used this Portal for several years, and it is satisfactory for our needs.

Vorteile:

We are familiar with this software. It does everything we need it to do. Our participants are able to find what they need.

Nachteile:

It could be prettier and easier to navigate. It can get complicated to find what you're looking for, and the ease of enrolling participants is cumbersome - a mail merge or excel sheet upload would be extremely helpful. The Calendar is a total mess, and requires constant attention in order to update it.

NEO Online Classroom

Kommentare: I use this to manage an online classroom for 500 users. It is fairly easy to create assignments and monitor student completion. The NEO team is responsive to any questions.

Vorteile:

Developer continues to add features. Dependable platform. Easy to use for student and teacher Allows posts within assignments for student-teacher communication

Nachteile:

Student-Teacher messaging system is not searchable for key words and does not show all messages sent to a student.

Review of NEO LMS (LanSchool)

Kommentare: Overall, it has been helpful.

Vorteile:

I like that they make improvements, add new features.

Nachteile:

Overall, no issues that I don't like. There are a few features that I would change (instead of having to remember to "give" an assignment, have a box that automatically comes up and asks you if you want to go ahead and give it, that way you don't forget) but overall no complaints.

NEO LMS is easy to use, offers competitive prices and its support has short response time.

Vorteile:

As an administrator, I like the ability to synchronize enrollments using API. I also appreciate that with Enterprise Plan I can now re-activate archived users myself.

Nachteile:

I would like to have choice to select from more roles for our users, or even better - to have a role which can be customized. We need stronger Monitor or weaker Admin account.

NEO LMS Review

Kommentare: It was great and light because NEO is easy to navigate and very convenient specially in giving assignments and scoring them.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate. The features can be learned in minutes without difficulty.

Nachteile:

Assignments from the mother/parent class doesn't sync properly (seldom)

Kommentare: It’s been a user friendly site where we can constantly update our workshops with new and exciting content

Nachteile:

I have no cons at this time as the site is exactly what I need for my small business

Highly customizable LMS that works well for administration and academics management.

Vorteile:

- Flexibility of how much of the entire systems potential you want to use. - Pleasant interface is easy to use for people of all ages.

Nachteile:

- Mobile App is virtually equivalent to using a phone browser and is not always very mobile-friendly. - There's still a general clunky feeling to the whole interface (even on desktop). Slightly improving the aesthetics can go a long way.

Robust, Customizable LMS

Kommentare: It's been an overall positive experience. If given the option to purchase an LMS all over again, I would choose Matrix.

Vorteile:

I love that Matrix is very customizable and is basically a blank slate for our needs. We can do nearly anything we need with it.

Nachteile:

I don't love that it's not intuitive for everyone in the beginning. I've been using the system for two years and am the main point of contact at my 5000 person organization for the LMS and I still don't know how to use some of the features. A more organized, intuitive interface would be worth slightly more money.

NeoLMS Review

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Customer feedback is fast and accomodating.

Nachteile:

Can not customize grading scale and gradebook to college requirements.

Great simple solution but not for developers

Kommentare: Simple administration of courses with tested results, the ability to handle a very large number of users simultaneously.

Vorteile:

Initial features, integration options with woocommerce in wordpress. The api is a wonderful tool but could be a goldmine if properly documented or supported.

Nachteile:

The API is poorly documented, can't get a log file from anyone @ matrix to even route the problem, seems as if there are no developers that can be reached for the offered api.
