Its still unable to create business dependency mapping through discovery even after creating admin credentials

It has alot of opcion of monitoring for IBM db2.

Nachteile:

It doesn´t have support for c# and that is a problem for us.

Support for the full stack monitoring and also readily available templates for different technologies which simplifies onboarding and monitoring. Transactional monitoring with APM Insight which fully monitors any activity going through your application and shares important insights and metrics which are a clear indicator of the application performance.

Nachteile:

Failure to support monitoring for ATM related attributes like cash trays details. We can easily monitor ATM availability but cannot pick up on details like tray jams, or empty trays.

Kommentare: One of the main reasons we chose ManageEngine Applications Manager is due to its ease of use and the range of features offered at a fraction of the price. We had a smooth onboadring process and even when we had difficulties operating the product, the assistance by the technical team was truly exceptional.

Vorteile:

Our primary focus is IT infrastructure monitoring, particularly database, server and application performance monitoring. APM capabities, distributed tracing, and database monitoring is extensive with granular level insights. With ManageEngine Applications Manager, we were able to overcome our challenges with visibility and issue management. The intelligent alerts and RCA provided the means to reduce the MTTI and MTTR significantly. Applications Manager also has something called forecast reports and anomaly detection, which helps us forecast the possible resource/performance bottlenecks that may occur. That helped us pre-empt a lot of issue that could have costed us our business.

Nachteile:

The reports need to be enhanced. To get advanced analytics, we need to integrate with Analytics Plus. The UI lacks color and aesthetic, that can be improved as well. AIOps is limited.

Nachteile:

Complexity in Advanced Configuration: There is a steep Learning Curve for Advanced Features while the basic setup is simple, configuring advanced monitoring, custom scripts, or integrations can be challenging for some users. And Script-Based Customization requires technical expertise for creating or modifying custom scripts.

Unable to monitor services of linux machines where in windows we can able to monitor services which helps to check the service status is in running state or stopped.

Nachteile:

Implementing scripts when an alarm occurs is kind of a pain. You install the script on the remote host for Linux hosts, and then the Application Manager will call if there is an alarm; for Windows hosts, it's super easy to restart services or applications or execute the script.

I ave monitors setup, but it will not send an alert when a device reboots, unless it is rebooting during a polling interval, default is every 5 minutes, i have this set to poll every minute.
