Surtout au niveau de saisie d'une signature. J'ai du mal à enregistrer ma signature, alors que tous mes collègues non pas ce problème. C'est peut-être parce que j'utilise un ordinateur de marque LENOVO

You have to ensure, that on the prevuew of the conversio. Every detail is captured correctly. Sometimes infirmation is being cut. So make sure that you also adjust the paper size to cover every small details on your email for conversion .

I enjoy the feature to allow myself to email pdf files from Outlook for Client and Vendors. It allows me to quickly take a file in another format and send it out as a pdf without extra clicks or saving it in different format.

Sometimes the files get too large when emailing as a pdf and the email isn't able to go through.

This software has made my life so easy! I work with many different consultants and they send their invoices in different ways- some just in the body of an email. With one click I can convert their email into a PDF and save and send to our accounting office. Before I knew about this software I was always confused what to do with their email invoices and receipts without printing them. Now I can submit everything electronically with this software.

Nachteile:

There isn’t anything I don’t like about this software because it is very simple to use. I would suggest having Adobe pro though so you can edit things as needed.
