Pros and cons of DealHub
Kommentare: Overall experience is 8/10 as the main thing which we ask for it is delivering the same with quality so someone who has to maintain the client proposal can go with DealHub.
Vorteile:
The most our team personally liked about DealHub Is there quality of proposal management as well as the quality proposal templates that they provide which not only saves lot of the time but also provide quality proposal document.
Nachteile:
The workflow management of the software is something which we as a team is looking forward in terms of more improvement as when the data seems to be more it start lagging a bit which sometimes feels a bit irritating at our end.

Just a little too slow when it comes to the loading the deals that you want to see and shows you the other ones that you don't
Valooto is easy to use inside Salesforce.
Vorteile:
Valooto is seamless when creating a quote or order form with multiple drop down options and different formats.
Nachteile:
Valooto is very tricky to change quotes that have already expired or sent out, sometimes the limits for discounting can make it hard to use.
Great Tech Support
Kommentare: It was really good using dealhub abd specially the support that we are getting from the dealhub.
Vorteile:
The flexibility to built the Rules and built the other functionality.
Nachteile:
Everything is going good the day we have using Dealhub . So good so far . Great Tech Support.

It was a lot easier to navigate and see what deals I have closed.

Reliable Platform
Kommentare: So far everything has been positive, but I do want to understand more about their other services. I would definitely recommend Deal Hub to my other business associates.
Vorteile:
Being able to easily use the invoice feature is a big plus. Along with the automation of deal hub, it is easy to create invoices for my clients.
Nachteile:
Not being able to fully understand everything offered. Deal Hub has a lot of services and I'm not sure how to operate all of them.
My experience with DealHub
Kommentare: I found it quite easy to navigate and handle certain situations. You may need customer service to assist in some areas. Other than that, I have no issues.
Vorteile:
User-friendly, easy to navigate and configure. Very simplistic approvals, proa tive customer service. They'll assist and guide you as well as they can.
Nachteile:
Slightly confusing documentation and the information isnt quite detailed.

DealHub was nothing short of helpful. Nothing I really didn't least like.

I can't do anything, so there are some limitations we've run into.
DealHub has it all
Kommentare: Great team and customer support - they are proactive at getting you the help you need to get yourself up and running - and most importantly you can self maintenance.
Vorteile:
Easy flexible tool that allows us to build our business into a CPQ tool with minimal difficulty. There hasn't been a situation where i wasn't able to build what was required into the tool. New improvements coming every month making things better and faster.
Nachteile:
Account Management does require a bit more investment in preparation and configuring the back end if you use external tools for finance
So easy to use
Kommentare: My experience with Dealhub has been a really positive one and i am looking forward to using more of the features it has to offer.
Vorteile:
The Energy sector is a quite complex and a ever changing one. I like how easy it is to change the Playbook and keep up with those changes. I also like how easy it to transfer something from UAT to Production. The ability to implement complex questions with minimal effort is a big plus for us. The CSM and the whole team are great and really easy to work with. They made it really easy for me to understand the product and gave me all the tools to be self sufficient and independent.
Nachteile:
The lack of reporting is a minus. Also, the platform does not support all languages across all features.
Going Above and Beyond!
Kommentare: Overall we have had a wonderful experience! Everyone is very attentive and goes above and beyond to assist.
Vorteile:
When we have an issue their response time is amazing! They always go above and beyond to assist.
Nachteile:
The only issue we may have is that we cannot generate reports from DealHub but it is a minor issue.

Account Executive using Dealhub
Kommentare: Overall i like it. It has good customisation so you can really build it as you like. Links are easy to send our. Tracking works well.
Vorteile:
- Integrations: they have a good integration with Salesforce. - Chrome extension: this is useful for receiving live updates on views/signings through the extension - Customisation
Nachteile:
- Bugs: there can sometimes be bugs, or moments when deal hub is down. this can sometimes be at bad times (end of month). To be fair, our AM is quite responsive which is good.
Fantastic experience so far
Vorteile:
DealHub is very easy to configure in most scenarios. The Customer Success Manager and Customer Support services are fantastic and always willing to help. The UI is very intuitive and it is easy to onboarding colleagues with not technical background. Features like Deal Room, collaboration tools, the slack integration and document generation are fantastic. The DealHub team updates the product several time a year to add new features and to address shortcomings.
Nachteile:
It can get complex when trying to address very specific or complex scenarios. There are some limitations when it comes to price book management for different products in different currencies and it is not possible to have a different price book per currency. The audit trail could be improve as it is difficult to track what has been changed.
Quick implementation with great results
Kommentare: Went from MS Office docs to CPQ integration with CRM and ERP.
Vorteile:
Works great right off the shelf. Very easy to implement complex structures and relationships. Super quick to implement.
Nachteile:
Would be great if bi-directional quoting was available (i.e. create quote from CRM). This might be covered in the new billing and subscription management products that were recently added to DealHub.
Easy to configure & use. Great customer service!
Vorteile:
Straight forward configuration, guided playbook and easy-to-use DealRooms. When having issues / difficulties, they are very quick to respond and thorough in their answers.
Nachteile:
Some features that we would like are still being built (being able to change expire date after publishing for example).

Vorteile:
I use it for proposals and management, helps to generate proposals for customers that are quick and easy to use.
Nachteile:
Struggled signing in, but [sensitive content hidden] walked me through it and fixed it.
CPQ with Dyamics CE
Vorteile:
The performance seems ok and I have good experiences with support
Nachteile:
We have a small thing related to timezones, but found a work-around for it

Great software that adapts to each company's CPQ needs, as well as great Customer Service.
Nachteile:
Time for deployment takes longer than planned and the admin learning curve is considerable.
Dealhub is great app for cpq

I am satisfied with the app. very useful to our sales reps. we can pull data from our saleforce-like assets for renewal and any info about our sold products that is useful for users and they don't need to leave delahub to search for serial numbers anymore.
great service experience. I have CSM who assists me . one of the advantages of this product is that you are not alone even after the onboarding we are customers for many years
Vorteile:
cpq configurator, easy quote templates, innovate all the time, amazing service support, easy to use and configure - made my brain sharper and smarter:)
Nachteile:
I am very satisfied with the app. feature that is very missing to us is the ability to add a gross margin percent field to the approver dashboard. all the quotes are for approval. we are a hardware and software company but I believe one day they will develop also this feature. they often listen to clients' needs
A Dream Sales Engagement Tool
Kommentare: I did not know what I was missing until I started using it. Easily, quickly, and efficiently sending proposals with tracking have revolutionized our sales and marketing – helping us close more deals and spend more time serving our clients.
Vorteile:
Time is money - Dealhub saves me time. It is amazing how much I can save with the templates for proposals and I can track what prospects are paying attention too.
Nachteile:
No complaints so far. We are happy with Dealhub!
Great platform to automate our quoting process!!
Kommentare: We have reduced our sales-cycle significantly... specifically at the deal proposal and closing stages of our funnel. We also had an issue with forecast accuracy, but the engagement tracking insights have helped give us a better picture of deal maturity and expectation.
Vorteile:
The fact that Dealhub is a complete Sales Engagement Platform, with all the tools we need to create, deliver, track, and excute each deal proposal process, is saving us a lot of time through this connected journey. And the ability to automtically sync all data and the signed contracts directly to Opportunties has been a tremendous value for us..
Nachteile:
We are very pleased with DealHub. Their support team is great and the implementation was really quick and easy.
