Rocketseed Review - Best Extensive Email Signature Platform

Vorteile:

The customizable banners and customer support. Especially the help and support received from Morgan and Wade. Absolute Legends.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the automated monthly reports would bug out and we would need to contact support to fix it.

No Brainer

Kommentare: Great experience overall. My account person, always gets back to me if I have a question and if I need a customization that I cannot do.

Vorteile:

Easy to assign banners to different Departments Consistent Branding across all Departments Excellent customer service and account management. Return calls! Guide you through a solution! Human to Human contact!!! Set it and forget or you can manage campaigns (CTA's on Signature Campaigns) that tie into your current marketing campaigns. Different Departments can have customized banners with links (example: Educational materials or service materials) depending on each department needs.

Nachteile:

No Cons at this time, a straight forward product with a low learning curve.

Nothing, I could not test it. Terrible company policy.

The worse policy, looking for an alternative, I have requested a trial, they offered me a trial for £1,000.00. hobible customer service. avoid at any cost

Rocketseed rocks - Judge them by their deeds.

Kommentare: Judge them not by their promises but by their deeds. As someone in tech support, I know many companies that tell a great story but fail in the implementation and support. I judge a company by their support team - sales and tech support. Rocketseed excels here, always responsive, and always keen to help - they are a joy to deal with and provide great confidence when recommending their solution to both long-standing customers and new alike.

Vorteile:

Rocketseed provides a centralised way to deploy professional signatures to every team member without installing anything on the PC/Mac. It is so simple to manage, update, and change. The usual catch of difficulty in implementation is removed with step-by-step instructions and, more importantly, superb support. The bonus is you get to add a very powerful marketing banner to every email sent with the ability to segment/target to specific sectors.

Nachteile:

I would love to be able to design and deploy banners without the need for a designer.

Kommentare: Very positive, right from discovery to onboarding, training and implementation. Our Account Manager [sensitive content hidden] has been fantastic throughout.

Vorteile:

It allows us to brand, market, and promote through prime real estate that was previously underutilised.

Nachteile:

The inability to see the brand on an email before sending can confuse staff who are not as familiar with Rocketseed, but this does ease with time.

Kommentare: My experience was so good! Such great customer service!

Vorteile:

I love the look of them! It was so much fun to use a Holiday signature and a New Years signature! It is so easy to edit and change as needed. If for some reason you can't figure it out, they are on it and will help you very quickly. Their customer service is top notch!

Nachteile:

Honestly, I can not think of anything! It is so easy to use and my team loves it.

Rocketseed - Custom signatures made easy

Kommentare: Going from 1 brand to 11 brands using Rocketseed, across both Microsoft and Google tenants, works flawlessly, no issues and changes are immediate with a preview option you can ensure your changes are correct. Onboarding new brands is quick, easy and templates cane be migrated from other brands and the working environment can be up and running in a matter of minutes.

Vorteile:

The simplicity of creating a custom signature. And having to manage multiple companies, the ease of switching and managing multiple brands.

Nachteile:

There is not much to report, it just works

Kommentare: A great product (the best such program I've worked with in my marketing career) with fantastic service whenever its been required.

Vorteile:

Rocketseed has proven an excellent piece of software for our multi-brand, multi-team recruitment business, allowing us to control the signatures and banners for everyone within our organisation. As only recent users of the product within our business over the past couple of years, the support team have been excellent at guiding us through any queries we've had.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the parents and children features of the signatures when grouped at different levels can be a little cumbersome - but much of that could be down to the way these have been set up by team members of our previously.

Inexpensive Branding and Marketing options!

Kommentare: Everything about our Rocketseed experience has been great. From our initial enquiry, the service demo, and implementation, the Rocketseed team has been great to work with. The support, for any question or problem, is fantastic and very responsive.

Vorteile:

Being able to customize multiple email signatures for our employees over five different brands. Having all the options on one dashboard is a huge advantage (and time saver) for signature management.

Nachteile:

I'm trying to think of a downside to the product. There's nothing that makes me want to say, "We really wish Rocketseed..."

Great way to centralised email signatures and banners to make sure that the are exactly the same across the company. Easy to adjust as well

Nachteile:

As the signature is applied once the user sends their email - on the user side it looks like there is no signature

Amazing Product and Support

Kommentare: Our experience with RocketSeed has been amazing. Everything from sales, implementation, account management, and technical support have been outstanding. One of my favorite things (being in IT) is that they listen to feedback and actually implement feature requests. RocketSeed's email signatures and banners now rank as our third highest website traffic generator and has become an integral part of our marketing stratedgy.

Vorteile:

RocketSeed has been very reliable, and we have not experienced any downtime. We were able to utilize Gsync to pull in our user directory from Google reducing our on-going maintenance. The signature designer and HTML editor are simple to use for both our IT and Marketing teams. It has the ability to schedule banners and signatures to automatically run within certain timelines. They have great report generators which give us insight into our campaigns. It also integrates with Google Analytics to generate even more insight.

Nachteile:

RocketSeed's documentation is lacking, but their support team makes up for it. The signature design preview on the site is not always 100% accurate, so it's best to test the signature using a variety of email clients to ensure it renders how you want.

This product is so easy to use and affordable and it makes company wide email signature management and brand management a breeze.

Nachteile:

We had a hiccup with our signature implementation and I would have appreciated more communication before the switch over. The problem occurred because we previously used Rocketseed through a third party so we already had signatures on our emails. When Rocketseed and our IT department took their first implementation step they accidentally switched off our existing signatures without immediately replacing them with the new signatures, without us being informed to be able to expect it. They however fixed it very quickly

Kommentare: Our experience has been really positive. Our Account Manager is responsive and always answers our questions. If she can't answer them herself, she gets the info from the relevant team and gets back to us.

Vorteile:

Rocketseed excels in transforming mundane email signatures into powerful marketing tools. The platform provides a user-friendly interface to design and implement professional email signatures that not only convey a polished image but also serve as an additional channel for brand promotion. This feature played a crucial role in elevating our corporate identity and fostering brand consistency across all communications. We love the ability to send different email signature campaigns from various departments. For example, Sales send out a product promotion banner, whilst our Training team send out a banner linked to our User Guides.

Nachteile:

The price is higher than other providers, such as CodeTwo. However, as long as the service levels remain high I think it is justified.

While we were unsure if the "attach signatures while en-route" option would be best for us, we enjoy it as it helps us sync the signatures to our laptops, our phones etc. without having to go in and manually edit all of our signatures.

Nachteile:

We'd like to have access to the portal to manually adjust the signature when needed

Affordable, Great Product

Vorteile:

Rocketseed support will do most have the setup and help configure it the way you need it setup. They are constantly working on new features and for Office 365 released a app to update the sent items for Outlook Less than half the cost of their competitor

Nachteile:

Sent Items Update is in Beta, would like to see some sort of mobile sent items update feature for Office 365, however I understand this is in the works with Microsoft

Good Value, Easy to Implement

Kommentare: It's great to have standardised signatures across faculty - no more widely varying for each individual

The ease of deployment - they do most of the heavy lifting

It would be good to integrate with Azure instead of Active Directory

We have a had server issues at time that has lead to a delay in emails coming in and out. This solution seems to be mitigated though.
