Kommentare: One of the first tools we bought building out eqtble's sales team. We didn't have time to chase prospects down, so now scheduling is completely automated and our conversion has increased because of the easy user experience.

Vorteile:

-It's built for revenue teams and features speak to that - inbound, outbound, routing are much more advanced than basic scheduling tools -Booking experience is superior (requires less clicks and information for the customer booking) -CS team goes above and beyond -Automates our whole scheduling process so our team spends 0 administrative time scheduling meetings

Nachteile:

-Setup can be a bit confusing, mostly due to the amount of customization that is possible -More expensive than basic scheduling links

The best tool for creating sales meeting invite and handoff

Kommentare: Chilipiper is very useful in scheduling sales a meeting and sending client handoffs to another department. Their chrome extension is quite handy for a quick customer invite. All I need to do is asks for the customer's email and paste it on the extension and the system automatically send a quick invite so I don't have to look further at the customer's account.

Vorteile:

It is integrated with salesforce, google chrome as extension, and slack which is very convenient for keeping track of my client meeting. It also sent me and the client an email reminder so they won't forget our meeting schedule which is crucial as the customers are always busy.

Nachteile:

Just the occasional bugs here and there where sometimes, the zoom meeting link is missing on my invite for no reason at all but they are quick to fix and provide a resolution

Strong Priduct Depending on the Department

Nachteile:

Integration with zoom is clunky and when an issue comes up, it’s easier to use outlook or google calendar to get a meeting scheduled.

Kommentare: Chili Piper has been a reliable scheduling tool for our sales & admin teams. We needed a scheduling tool that was customizable, but also more importantly, one that had very good performance. And Chili Piper has definitely delivered in that sense. It has great uptime and syncs very quickly, and it has more than enough customization options for you to display your brand. 10/10 would recommend overall.

Vorteile:

I like how you can schedule almost everything on the scheduling page. Thanks to it, we were able to design it to give a lot of space to our brand, but at the same time, some information about how to schedule and what the meeting will entail. Some of the other scheduling tools we evaluated looked very very bland so it was good to go for one that allowed us to make everything look good and professional.

Nachteile:

Nothing much really. The embedded calendars stutter here and there maybe that can be improved

Best tool to book meetings

- Integration with Hubspot and Clearbit -> This allow us to book demos with only the email of the person because using clearbit live enrichment we know the rest of their firmographic info needed for the meeting;- Create rules inside the concierge to build different routers -> This enables us to route people to different AE's according to different rules (F.e, if they are from 50-250 employees, route to the Senior AE)

Nachteile:

- It can be a little pricy when you have a huge team

A Great Addition to Your Marketing Stack

Kommentare: We decided to use Chili Piper to route leads from our demo form to our US and ROW teams. It's working well so far. It's integrates with Salesforce and Slack. We have a channel setup so the team can see all the booked meetings.

- First, we have an amazing CSM. He was really hands on in helping us get started. - The system is user-friendly overall

Nachteile:

We've been using the system for less than 6 months so we haven't come across anything yet.

Lackluster Implementation and Untapped Potential

Kommentare: In managing sales teams and Revenue Operations concurrently, I encountered Chili Piper — a product that was already under contract when taking this particular job. From what I was told, it promised to revolutionize our lead capture operation; however, my experience with Chili Piper was a tale of untapped potential and lackluster performance.It appeared that Chili Piper had signed the contract with us and merely performed the bare minimum. The onus of setting up, customization, and optimization seemingly rested solely on the customer's shoulders. It is unclear whether the previous RevOps handler possessed the knowledge to fully utilize the product, but it seemed they were confined to getting Instant Booker up and running alone.Initially, I perceived Chili Piper as a scheduling and booking software; thereby, offering limited value for its cost. It was only when the Handoff platform was brought to my attention that the true potential of the product came to light. It was an invaluable tool that had the ability to revolutionize our lead management strategies as was promised. Unfortunately, the lack of implementation and support stifled any opportunity for growth or optimization.The inability to easily engage with the customer support team compounded the disappointment. When I sought answers to my questions, the team was elusive and unresponsive, leaving me stranded in a sea of uncertainty. Ultimately, we made the decision not to renew our contract.

Vorteile:

One aspect that truly impressed me was the Handoff platform, but this was left untouched and ignored, rendering it a mere specter of its true potential. Its inherent potential for lead management and generation was truly captivating. Yet, it was not on my radar because it not being intuitive to navigate to the separate platform, this being particularly an issue if you don't know it even exists. Only through months of exploration at which time Chili Piper sat idle being used sparingly by a couple of people in the org and then used by me when I had time to continue setting up the product and finishing what never was completed during implementation was when I uncovered its hidden treasures. I did have Handoff set up for a few months and realized that it was a missed opportunity that could have propelled our sales teams to new heights, especially during that interim period.

Nachteile:

As I delved into Chili Piper, it became apparent that the implementation fell short of the mark and there was a whole platform hidden within the labyrinthine of the product. While Instant Booker showcased some level of competency in its setup, it failed to reach the heights of excellence that would truly elevate the product and deliver substantial value. It lacked the essential functions that could have transformed it into a game-changer and had a major bug problem with several elements (especially in calendar management). The greatest disappointment that became, to me, the true catalyst in the decision not to renew was the atrocious customer support experience that was never available or responsive to my problems.

Chili Piper - Outbound Sales Team (Review)

Kommentare: Chili Piper provides an excellent solution to an issue that organizations run into as they grow; scheduling calls and meetings in a prompt and simple manner. The customer service is unbelievably quick to respond and always takes feedback seriously and acts on it.

Vorteile:

Having used Chili Piper for almost 2 years now, it's quite clear to see the benefit that it has provided for our sales team. The ability to quickly schedule clients in with our Account Executive team not only allows us to find a time but it also allows us to stay on top of the sales cycle ensuring we allow our team enough time to prep and understand the needs of our clients before they get on the call.

Nachteile:

Although you are able to set buffers, it's easy to override that and still book outside of allotted times.

Took some time but worth it

Kommentare: Overall we were shocked at the impact it made in getting demos held. Just because of that, it's worth it.

Vorteile:

It took some time to get it set up and also took some time for the sales team to get bought in but after they saw the benefits, there was no going back. We saw a big uptick in our leads to demos held by switching to Chili Piper.

Nachteile:

It's not the best looking software and it can also be a bit of a pain to use.

Huge Improvement to SDR Process

Kommentare: Our experience with Chili Piper has been great, and has moved us completely out of spreadsheets and onto the computer for distributing meetings. We never have to worry about a spreadsheet being outdated or incorrect, our SDRs just assign meetings to the AE that shows up next in Chili Piper. Since we've been a customer, we've seen new features launched, and I always appreciate how willing the Chili Piper team is to help with support and hear ideas for additional features. I highly recommend Chili Piper to every SDR team.

Vorteile:

I love that we can have multiple queues/round robins, that we can set queue criteria based on Salesforce data, that we can customize weighting of recipients "distribution", that Chili Piper automatically creates and updates calendar events in Google and Salesforce, that we can set reminder emails, that the distribution formula takes cancellations and no-shows into consideration when determining weighting, that we can insert suggested times into email bodies so prospects don't have to click into a calendar link, the SalesLoft integration, and that we can use contextual tags to insert names/values.

Nachteile:

I really wish we could cancel or edit scheduled email reminders, and I wish email reminders came from our users' email addresses instead of a Chili Piper email address.

Reduced time scheduling and more time with customers!

Kommentare: I'm responsible for scheduling of services for a large, remote team while also documenting the meetings and events in Salesforce. With Chili Piper, the process is easier and less time-consuming because it integrates wtih Salesforce and Zoom. The support from the Chili Piper team has been fantastic! They help determine best practices and are open to improving Chili Piper to meet customer needs.

Vorteile:

Chili Piper has greatly reduced the time it takes to schedule services for customers, allowing us more time assisting them with their needs. The program is easy-to-use and integrates with many programs we already use today, including Zoom and Salesforce. We've reduced the level of effort to schedule 1 session from 12 steps and 4 programs to 2-3 steps and 1 program. The ability to use the tool as a booker for my team has improved work efficiencies and reduced workload.

Nachteile:

The user interface could be improved a bit. Having the ability to manually select start and end times vs. drag and drop would be helpful. Having access to the assignee's profiles from the scheduling tool would be great so that you can easily identify home locations for ensuring cost effective travel. Also, being able to test the program in a sandbox environment would be ideal. It is difficult to test in the production site.

Steep learning curve, but provides functionality we couldn't find elsewhere!

Salesforce Ownership rerouting was the reason we switched from Calendly to Chili Piper!

Nachteile:

User onboarding and initial setup. There is a lot of functionality there, but there is a lot to learn at first, as it's hard to make connections between all parts of the product (Queues, Meeting Types, Forms, and Reminders). I do wish all were built together on a single page to manage more easily. Lots of moving pieces that could cause error.

Scheduling app with incredible functionality and flexibility.....

Kommentare: Has really helped with some complex scheduling needs for our business. The salesforce integration has been key and allowing us to have templates and workflows has really led to increased efficiencies. Can't say enough about the team either. They are always available to help and listen to the needs of their customers.

Great tool for SDR : AE hand-off

It’s the best experience on the market for scheduling meetings with prospects - the workflow is simple and intuitive; the SDRs can easily book on behalf of their AEs; and meeting reminders can be customized to increase show rates.

Nachteile:

In 2018, this is still a young company with some highly valuable tools. It’s a competitive market and there are other companies who offer “more”.

Must-Have for High Taffic Websites

Vorteile:

Chili Piper accomplishes the difficult goal of both improving sales results and providing a better customer experience for prospects. It just makes sense to give your potential customers more control over how and when they want to engage with your company. Its routing capabilities also allow for more efficient use of specialized sales personnel.

Nachteile:

It would be great to have higher tiers of customer support, especially 8x5 phone support. The branding/customization elements could also be more WYSIWYG vs building in CSS.

Kommentare: Like I said above, the main two things we were looking for were the round robin feature and an easy way to book meetings via email and on the phone. Happy with the way both those features have worked thus far.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and the round robin piece is what really sticks out for me. Super easy to onboard new people because the google extensions are so simple to use. The reason we went with them originally is because of the round robin feature since we feed new meetings to 3-4 AEs.

Nachteile:

The calendar feature at times can be difficult to manage. Especially with the way meeting buffers are set up, completely congests everyone's calendars.

Vorteile:

Love that Chili Piper can throttle meetings from our SDRs to our Account Executives. I can factor closing % in and make sure we reward the reps who deserve it most.

Nachteile:

There are a lot of little things that aren't built out yet since they're still such a small company.

If you want people to show up to scheduled demoes, this is the tool

Vorteile:

It integrates with our website, it allows clients to auto schedule without waiting for a link. It will round robin for each salesman and is a seamless process for the clients to schedule immediately.

Nachteile:

Because it is so easy to schedule, you do get some unqualified people on the calendar.

Great software with excellent customer support

Vorteile:

Chili Piper is easy to set up, intuitive, and extremely customizable. Additionally, their CSM support team always responds quickly and is able to answer all the questions that I have. They've gone above and beyond quite a few times, hopping on video calls and screen sharing until the problems we have our figured out.

Nothing I can think of! Software is very powerful and the Chili Piper team is great to work with.

Robust scheduling tool

Vorteile:

Scheduler works perfectly. Lots of ways to customize and tie in CP to different work flows. Easy setup and implementation.

Nachteile:

Support is hit or miss. Our CSM was habitually 10min late to any meetings that we requested.

Most optimized tool to book meetings

Vorteile:

Chili Piper removes a lot of friction when people are booking a demo because of the integration they have with clearbit and hubspot, which allows us to book demos by asking for less information on the website form (since clearbit does the enrichment). This has been great for our form conversion rate.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind, sometimes the calendar does take longer to load on the page, but that's rare.
