Perspectium Saves Money and Time for ServiceNow Integrations
Kommentare: Accenture has a Managed Service ServiceNow offering for hundreds on clients. Many of these clients require integration with their service management, monitoring, and security applications. Perspectium allows us to offer an easy to implement and seamless integration capability for multiple scenarios with a consistent API based approach.
Easy to setup and maintain.
Minimal impact on system performance.
Responsive vendor with friendly support and sales staff
Nachteile: Intermittent issues that requiring in depth troubleshooting. Initially uneven support for a global customer requiring 24/7 support.

Overall it is a great product if you have the use case for it.
Kommentare: We were able to integrate ServiceNow instances without having to create our own scripted web service integration.
Vorteile: You can essentially integrate with another ServiceNow instance with little to no scripting depending on your requirements.
Nachteile: Versions are changing fast so it is hard to keep up with the latest releases and re-implement the functionality to remove workarounds you once had in place for a specific issue.

Modern, Money Saving Integrations
Particularly good for ServiceNow to ServiceNow integrations but has a number of other uses. Saves time and effort building integrations and maintaining them afterwards.
Works between all different ServiceNow versions, doesn't require an integration or middleward specialist to configure, your regular ServiceNow guy can do it all.
Nachteile: Early stage company so documents, training, internal processes and support outside of the USA still needs to mature. These shouldn't put you off using the software which is great.
