Kommentare: I am using AxisRooms Channel Manager almost 2 years. Overall I found Amazing. The support team are very much responsive and resolve issues in short period.

Vorteile:

AxisRooms Channel Manager is one of the best channel manager I used in my career. The operating system is very simple and sync for new property takes 15 to 20 minutes. Almost all features are remarkable, specially – OTA Manager from one panel and GDS features.

Nachteile:

AxisRooms Channel Manager performance is notable except few minor errors, such as – don’t have access to change extranet password of any OTA, need to approach support team.

One portal to easily manage inventory and rates for all OTAs [sensitive content hidden] is very prompt in his replies, provides solutions timely and is always available on call. 5/5 stars for his service.

Nachteile:

Tech related issues take a very long to solve. I had an issue which took 15+ business days and still no solution was given to me. That is one area of improvement. Mobile app can be made more user friendly.
