That means it can integrate with tablets or cheaper Chromebooks. It's honestly really easy to use, but it's a little slower than an option locally installed.
Overall Fullbay covers all bases in our approach to customer service. Some of the reporting is a bit short on the tech side but I find it very hard to find fault with the product.

The "Best" heavy duty repair shop software on the market.
Vorteile:
The founders and their team are completely committed to providing the ''very'' best software to the heavy duty diesel truck,trailer,reefer repair shops. There isn't any other software on the market that can compete with the features and functionality of Fullbay. From the software layout, to the real time invoicing, real time stats on every job which include technician performance, the profitability on labor & parts, to the complete step by step visibility of jobs by everyone including the customer. This software is a game changer for those companies that are ready to take their business and customer experience to the next level. "The very best feature for me personally, is the ability to login anytime from just about anywhere and see own my company is performing!"
Nachteile:
If I had to say something here, it would be that i would like to see the reporting capabilities to be more robust, but this is just my opinion of course.
Overall great software
Vorteile:
It is an easy to learn program. Helps with time management and helps all supervision be on the same page as to what is at the shop and how to prioritize it.
Nachteile:
Some minor slow downs I think do to traffic. Doesn’t have an option for push notifications. And any note put on the so you have to open so to view. Timesheet editing especially on action items could be simpler. Some customers not happy with new aperiance of the invoices.

Fullbay Review
Kommentare: We have had the system for 3 months and I can't wait to get rid of it. I feel like we are the only company who is actually using the system because of all the issues we have...if it was used by more companies they would have fixed all the issues already. Keep trying Fullbay.
Vorteile:
Invoicing is easier by letting you build the invoice during the job, as long as your tech can make a decent summary of the work performed.
Nachteile:
Customer service is worthless. They will answer the phone, but can rarely assist with any issues. They send it up to management and you have to wait for a response. Receiving parts is difficult. Ordering parts through the system is a nightmare, the email look like a phising scam, and you have to call to verify they received the email. Inventory is a joke, especially if you have to add more of the same part later that you returned earlier.

Fullbay Has it All
Kommentare: It was very helpful in getting out Invoices thru email to customers directly. My customers really appreciated this feature too.
Vorteile:
I liked how the software tracks non inventory parts. Applying them directly to Invoices. If anything is returned that is all trackable. You are able to see that the part was sent back and credited. Very helpful with keeping track of Cores or any other returned parts.
Nachteile:
I had a hard time with the Inventory portion of this program. I can see where it would work great it just didn't for how large our Inventory is.

Great Product to run your Shop from small to large companies
Vorteile:
I like the fact that this software is simple to use. Easy setup and great support.
Nachteile:
I really don't have many cons to mention other then I do wish there was more parts ordering software like a partstech.com or fleetpride ordering internally in the program. But most shops in this industry are still doing phone call method compared to online ordering.

Great Product
Kommentare: We have experienced many benefits with using Fullbay. We have been able to capture inventory and accurately show usage. Keeping track of core returns is much easier. Knowing the exact amount owed on open invoices is clearly displayed. Being able to invoice our customers timely and know at what point of the repair process a unit is at without leaving the office is a huge benefit.
Vorteile:
The system has allow our company to cut down on the timeframe of invoicing to our customers. It has also allowed us to be more efficient when ordering parts, by keeping the technicians working in their bays and not at the parts counter.
Nachteile:
I only wish for a little more editing options. We have had one issue with a counter sale that somehow did not get moved to Quickbooks, and payment was received. It left a balance on Quickbooks even though it showed to be exported, it was not.
Great software that makes my job easier.
Kommentare: The experience has been great. When I call for support I never have to wait and everyone I have spoke with is really knowledgeable with the product. Everyone at Fullbay is always helpful and always try there best to help out.
Vorteile:
I like the fact that it tracks all of your customers repairs and maintenance. Easy to track invoices that have been paid or not. The biggest thing for me is that Fullbay is geared toward the heavy duty diesel industry. When I first started this business I spent a ton of time trying different software and none of them added up to what I was used to at the dealerships and then I seen Fullbay pop up on one of my searches and I couldn't give them my money fast enough. I will continue using this software and would highly recommend it to any business big or small.

I do not have any complaints about this software.

FullBay
Kommentare: I've worked with different shop software- from Reynolds & Reynolds to NAPA Tracs to this one. Although they all had their good points for their time, Fullbay seems to evolve as the need arises. Whatever makes my job easier is good with me.
Vorteile:
The layout makes sense. After a few minutes of familiarizing myself with the categories and functions, it became pretty simple.
Nachteile:
Not much. If I encounter something that could be 'tweaked', support is usually agreeable to take a look at it.

Got my life back
Kommentare: Fullbay enables me to stay on top off my business as i go. I used to have to take days away from work for invoicing, quotes, and other office work. Now when the invoice is ready the only thing left to do is collect the money.
Vorteile:
Most of my business is mobile/onsite repairs so I like how versatile the software is in the fact that it runs on multiple platforms.
Nachteile:
The maintenance tracking needs some improvement. It needs to be a little easier to see when the particular services are due

The greatest advantage of Fullbay for us is workflow and going paperless. The ease at which I can access any information I need is second to none!
Nachteile:
Inventory and applying credits to SO's is the toughest issue for me. An actual app for android or apple would be a welcome addition for my techs.

User Friendly Garage Management Software

Vorteile:
This software is very user friendly from Office Employees to Technicians as well as Customers.
Nachteile:
They are a young company and still doing many changes. I wouldn't list this as a Con though as they take pointers and ideas and put them to use in the software with updates.

Vorteile:
I really appreciate the Help/Training functionality. When you are learning so much, so fast, it is really useful to be able to go back and search for the "How Too" on a topic you missed, or weren't using initially.
Nachteile:
I wish that we could have the option to leave notes on inventory adjustments. It would be very helpful to be able to go back and know exactly who and why made the inventory adjustment. I would also like it if we could create our own mandatory fields for the Technician users. This would ensure that all pertinent information was gathered.

Up and Coming!
Kommentare: Up time for me and my team, both at work and at home. We don't have to take work home with us. We are getting our invoices out much faster and with more parts actually billed instead of given away!

Easy to navigate, keeps all info at the touch of a finger, no filing cabinets to go through

Fast Start
Kommentare: Our organization is a multi-faceted business with several Business Units. I was able to set up each Business Unit as Customers and within those customers define Units that are repaired. Additionally, we were able to start invoicing out of the box when we opened up to the public.
Vorteile:
Intuitive, simple to use. Love the Parts Inventory Management.
Nachteile:
Once you understand the "cycles", you can breeze through implementation.

Very user friendly, excellent support team
Vorteile:
I like how easy it is to use and I love the technical support team. They are easy to get a hold of and answer back very quickly.
Nachteile:
I do not like how tedious some tasks are. There are too many steps in having to create a service order and to delete an action item in the service order itself. The reports are rudimentary, they do not provide detailed information and are time-consuming to manipulate once downloaded. The labor guides are also not very good.

Diesel Repair Shop Software

Vorteile:
The Fullbay software is totally integrated and a one-stop-shop for making their users run more efficient businesses. The Fullbay software is the total package for any Diesel repair shop. From order entry, automatic vin lookup, inventory management, service order real-time tracking, customer invoicing and automatic integration into QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
Nachteile:
I cannot really find any drawbacks to using the Fullbay software.

Fullbay First 6 months
Kommentare: We were on a paper-based shop system and went to the cloud. A steep learning curve for our shop tech's but we have worked thru most of the bugs so far.
Vorteile:
Cloud-based and works with Quickbooks Canadian Version. Decent help online and excellent call centre. The people at the call centre are easy to reach and almost always respond the same day.
Nachteile:
Accounting links to Quickbooks has problems calculating taxes ( always off by pennies in QuickBooks, very time consuming making small corrections) issuing a credit to QuickBooks is not functional. You have to imput manually.

Excellent Support
Kommentare: Great tool. Works very well. Good customer facing deliverables. Helps give you a professional appearance right out of the gate.

We get support and training from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. She is absolutely fantastic. It’s amazing how engaged and enthusiastic she is about training is on this software. I wish I could hire her away. I’ve been managing people for a long time and you don’t find team members like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] very often.
Nachteile:
Doesn’t have a great function for looking up parts.
