Vorteile:

Wir verwenden PDF Creator in der automatischen Belegkonvertierung über die Funktion Hot Folder und haben nie irgendwelche Probleme gehabt. Die Software läuft einwandfrei und unauffällig. Für den gebotenen Funktionsumfang sehr preiswert.

Nachteile:

Leider erfährt der Hotfolder seit Jahren kein wirkliches Update mehr. Er funktioniert zwar einwandfrei, aber die eine oder andere Funktion wäre schon schön.

There Is Nothing Greater Than PDFCreator!

Kommentare: I use it for free and based on that alone I am impressed with what it can do for me consistently. It is a great resource in my line of work and I intend on using it some more for years to come.

Vorteile:

I always use this tool when I want to protect my files from any unwanted edits that they may encounter along the way as I send it to a recipient via email. It is a form of security (as far as I'm concerned) that goes a long way in making sure that your documents do not get tampered with.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I experience page cutoffs when creating a PDF document then printing it out on physical paper. I wish the software had some sort of detection algorithm that prevents this from happening because you end up wasting pages by printing more than what you were suppose to.

Pdf the creator

Kommentare: I loved the app . It became my bread and butter pdf app for awhile

Vorteile:

It allows me to create and edit pdf on the fly .

Nachteile:

It was a little less feature heavy than i would like.it to be.

Not bad, not the best

Vorteile:

It's a very easy platform for printing files to pdf or other types of files, like jpg. There are also some tools that allow the user to easily change resolution or alter pdf options. For example, the user can add some security password protection or decide whether to compress images to create a smaller document. Functionally the software is fairly easy to use and interact with from other software platforms, like Microsoft products or anything that communicates with print drivers.

Nachteile:

There are not enough options for pdf creation. I would like to not only create, but also edit pdf files once they're created. My biggest problem is really with the process of creating a pdf. First I select print document using pdf creator, then a window pops up for me to create the pdf, along with options, and then the pdf opens. I wish we could skip some of the intermediate windows and just have the document print to pdf assuming all of the pre-programmed options

Very useful application

Kommentare: Overall a very good product I use most days.

Vorteile:

I use this application for creating binders for court and also for merging documents. I also redact information on this app.

Nachteile:

It crashes a lot when there are lots of documents merging. It is a shame because the features are all brilliant but it gets slow or crashes occasionally.

Resourceful, Simple, Secure

Kommentare: Easy and accurate. Create manage and process PDFs to alleviate the other work stresses.

Vorteile:

Simplicity. Absolutely eases the process of generating a PDF form and generating a perfect format wth accurate schematics.

Nachteile:

The premium subscription could come with a lower pricing.

I’ve been creating pdf for many many years now and pdf creator is awesome I can’t stress on how awesome the software is how much the developers really consider the users and how much of an big impact this software would have on users every thing is there to make pdf creating a whole lot simple ……

What I least like about pdf creator is absolutely not it’s the best the developers are absolutely geniuses which is a fact…..

Kommentare: PDFCreator is a very useful tool that has allowed me to take documents from Word, Excel and Power Point to PDF, and with well-defined security standards I can protect my documents when uploading them to the network. It has also allowed me to edit documents, as others with permission edit those generated by me. When you read books in PDF the tool allows you to make notes about aspects of reading that are considered important, through shading, underlining and you can even add comments about what is being read.

Vorteile:

The files that are created through PDFCreator are of quality, and accept from a blank document, to any Word file, Excel or Power Point, among others. When you have a file it is very easy to convert it using this tool in PDF, which allows more security for the information that is handled, and it is even better to print it. The files that are generated with PDFCreator can be modified, and are easily accessible from any computer equipment and the format does not change regardless of the Office that is installed. When we edit a PDF file we can extract specific pages, delete some pages if required. It also allows us to work in collaboration with other people, that is, we can make revisions of PDF files that are issued by other people, and in them we can add or delete comments, watermarks, you can cross out, highlight or highlight aspects that are considered necessary, and even allows us to select part of the text and paste them in other parts or other types of files. PDFCreator can support any type of document extension and convert it to PDF, or convert it from PDF to other document type. The merging and separating tools work well and i also can password protecting my PDF to prevent the files from third party user editing and printing it without my permission.

Nachteile:

The software is free to download and to be use, but are filled with many advertising and third party software that will automatically installed into my computer without my permission. It is better for them to offer a premium account for user, and get rid of the advertisement and bundled software.

PDFCreator is an easy to use and inexpensive tool for PDF conversions. It has very useful features that support smooth workflow for individuals as well as businesses. Notable features I love include the ability to convert any printable docs to PDFs. It goes further and allows PDF files to image formats like PNGs, TIFF or JPGs. And to simply your workflow, PDFCreator allows multiple documents to be merged into a single document, thus reducing file sizes, and also supports rearranging of individual documents in the merged file according to preference. The app works perfectly on most windows run computers and for sensitive files, no need to worry because users can lock documents with passwords, add a digital signature or restrict modification or printing of their files. This app is also great because its able to archive your PDFs through its PDF/A standard feature and be stored for years.

Nachteile:

It's a very good and free app overall. It's not the best but does the work just fine.

PDFCreator

Vorteile:

PDFCreator is perfect for being able to convert a plethora of document types to PDFs. I am able to convert emails, word documents, excel spreadsheets, etc. to PDFs at a rapid pace. The ability to digitally sign documents and highlight important text helps when needing to bring attention to these parts of the document. I also enjoy being able to add notes to PDFs that others are able to update when sending files back and forth.

Nachteile:

My main complaint about PDFCreator is that it is bundled with OpenCandy installer. I'm less inclined to use software that is bundled with others. This does not effect my usage since PDFCreator is essential to my company, but I do tend to steer clear of any bundled software.

Great Software and easy to use

Kommentare: Over all, I'm pleased with the experience. It's a fairly versatile free software that can do most of what I need as an author and for other personal needs and wants. If you need something free, that's easy to use, and can do almost everything? This is the software for you!

Vorteile:

I loved the fact that it was easy to use with a very small learning curve. It installed without a problem and using it to merge documents or to create PDFs was really simple.

Nachteile:

The advanced features (which I didn't use, but I did play around with them) can be difficult to use. It's also only available for Windows, so if you have a Mac, you won't be able to use it. (I have an older Mac I sometimes use, so I did check that out.)

Wonderful tool for those who work with PDFs a lot

Kommentare: PDFCreator makes my everyday life a lot easier as I have to work with all sorts of design documentations and PDFCreator helps me create PDFs from files of other formats.

Vorteile:

Incredible tool that offers protection for transferred files. Great choice for those who value security and privacy of information. The virtual printer also a nifty tool that allows you to convert any document into PDF.

Nachteile:

I don't think there are any negative aspects to this software, to be honest. It meets all my requirements and has never failed me.

Deliver documents in PDF

Kommentare: I used to share most of my writing documents to colleagues and editors, and in the process I make sure the copy and printing protection to the file, because every document I produce is something about investigation and this tool makes me security about my work.

Vorteile:

The software allows me to print my documents to share in PDF and I'm sure nothing is going to be taken from it. Also, I can merge some documents and put all into one document and sharing it on PDF format. And I can make small changes to a document I produce without going back and update the origin file.

Nachteile:

I don't think there's a least on my wish list for this software. I understand there's room to improve for every product in the market and I think PDF Creator have to evolve and could become as other cloud PDF services on the market, will see.

The best option to generate PDF quickly

Vorteile:

PDFCreator allows the generation of PDF files from an existing document or image quickly and easily in Microsoft Windows It is free software under the GPL license It allows to protect the PDFs generated by a key and even allows the use of digital signatures in the generated files

Nachteile:

It takes a while to open at the moment of being executed There is no version for platforms based on free software (GNU / linux)

Great free software

Kommentare: Because theres a server install version, you can install your printers on the server and you dont need to install them for every users. Its easy to use, even for a novice user.

Vorteile:

Standalone install and server install both available. Free software with digital signin. Encryption capabilities and smart file naming. You can easily send the converted files by email.

Nachteile:

All versions are bundled with OpenCandy installer. Watermark abilities are limited.

Great substitute for Acrobat

Kommentare: i use both pdfCreator and Adobe Acrobat Pro. pdfCreator is my default for creating PDF's, but i still use Acrobat for certain things, like creating forms. i basically use pdfCreator to create PDF output from applications.

Vorteile:

it's fast, it's small, and it creates 100% compatible PDF's. it's also not a subscription based product.

Nachteile:

it is getting a little bigger and a little slower with the newer versions.

Application to compress my files and share more easily

Vorteile:

PDF is a fairly easy application with which I can significantly compress the size of my work documents, I can create electronic versions of documents so that they can be shared in the desired way as well as protect them from plagiarism, since it gives me the possibility to add a brand of water, encrypt data and use passwords. I can see these files on any device, regardless of the hardware, software or operating system

Nachteile:

- When I work with PDF information it is practically impossible to edit, since they are an image of a document. -In the most recent versions, the installation program is downloaded from the Internet lsop.exe file, identified as adware by some antivirus

PDFCreator converts fast and easy PDF documents! It's even easier than printing on paper!

Kommentare: You will not need other software to convert your files to PDF this is going well and fast. It's free and that's fine!

Vorteile:

It is an excellent virtual printer that integrates very well with Windows, when you install it looks like a native function, it also allows you to join documents even if they are already in PDF both. Also, it is easy to configure and the interface is nice, I like it!

Nachteile:

When you install it, a bar is installed in the browser and other software is installed too, this disgusts me.

My first pdf printer

Kommentare: It has been very satisfactory due to its ease of use and installation

Ease of use, simply installed and used to simulate a printer and the result is a pdf file. Your installer is free and does not weigh much.

Nachteile:

It does not allow PDF printing to come out with a password to prevent it from changing its content.

Its ease of use makes it the most widely used tool for reading and editing PDF files, it has several options for converting files to PDF and other type of extension

Nachteile:

sometimes has problems converting PDF files to document, in general the program seems to me that it does not have bad points

Vorteile:

excellent for creating and commenting on business documents. many tools to use for mark ups, edits, and e-signatures.

Nachteile:

learning curve on all functions of the program. difficulty editing documents and program can run slowly.
