Kommentare: It's been great. I don't use it a lot because sometimes it's easier to go direct to the airline. But when I need to go somewhere that Southwest doesn't fly, it has all the airlines in one place along with hotels. Plus, I have a few travel challenges and human beings were wonderful to deal with..

Vorteile:

I like having a hybrid between a quick, easy, and in-expensive on-line booking experience with the hand holding of an old-fashioned travel agency. If I need to change something, I can either call or email a real person who responds quickly. It's great hybrid system for people who get sick of deal with AI chat bots.

Nachteile:

It's only air and hotel so other items like rental cars are not included. And, it's not as deep as what we'd expect from a on-line booking service.

GREAT EXPENSE TRACKING AND EASY TO USE!

Kommentare: Absolutely love this and the ease of its use AND customer support is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fast!!

Vorteile:

The simple process. Ease of use. Customer support is top notch and fast!! User friendly site and app, not only to use but to find what you need and just how it doesn't look complex to use.

Nachteile:

Having to wait for transactions to pair to be sure your uploaded receipt uploads. Sometimes it freezes up, but comes back fairly quickly.

TravelBank is Easy to Use

Kommentare: I know that when the people I support give me receipts to expense, that the process is going to be quick and easy.

Vorteile:

I like that it is very easy to input the required information for each expense. Merchant, date, amount, category. You can add your receipt easily by dragging and dropping it in the location, or uploading the file. There is a description box, so clarifications can be made for each expense. You are even able to choose if the expense is billable to a customer.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything that I dislike about TravelBank. It really is very straightforward to use.

Wonderful Experiences

Vorteile:

Mileage being computed for me. The ability to take a picture of my receipt using my phone, and being to look back at my expenses as I track for my budget.

Nachteile:

My only bad experience is not a TravelBank issue, it is a people problem -- not approving expenses in a timely manner.

TravelBank - the TravelBest

Vorteile:

I love the mobile upload feature and the pre-scan feature. The ease of uploading a receipt as I get them and then it matching the transactions saves me time and energy.

Nachteile:

I don't have any cons about TravelBank from my side of operations.

Get Your Money Fast!

Vorteile:

Since my university started using TravelBank, it is much easier and quicker to get reimbursed for expenses. I fill in a few pre-set fields, upload a pdf, jpg, png receipt and hit submit. As soon as it is approved, my money is on its way. So much better than submitting paper forms.

Nachteile:

I've had no trouble with using TravelBank.

Makes my work easier

Kommentare: This has been a positive experience for me, and using TravelBank saves me time when I get back into the office because I have already completed my expense account on the road.

Vorteile:

TravelBank helps me organize my spending, is easy to use, and is streamlined in such a way that it is efficient, effective, and dependable!

Kommentare: Overall, TravelBank is relatively intuitive and easy to use. It allows users to assign expenses to appropriate accounts and upload digital receipts to reduce paperwork.

Vorteile:

Quick and easy integration to QuickBooks Online. It allows credit card holders to allocate expenses to appropriate accounts.

Nachteile:

Each QB account has to be manually added. It would be great if they could all be setup in bulk.

Easy to Use

As a department head, I really appreciate how intuitive it was to learn TravelBank and how easy it is to now send invoices to our business office. It has cut down on discrepancies and delays in processing.

Nachteile:

I have not had a bad experience with TravelBank so far.

Kommentare: The best thing about using TravelBank is the personal interaction with Customer service. They are always available, courteous, and quick to help resolve any issue I may have.

Vorteile:

The program is easy to learn and use. It's logical and does not contain extraneous information.

Nachteile:

I would like to see an easier interface to track my own expenses. Also a Log-out button on all pages.

Kommentare: Overall my review is based as a user. My company dictates use and I'm happy for it. The system seems to be solid as it allows my company to make fast, accurate decisions thus leading to quick reimbursements.

Vorteile:

Most impactful is the ease to navigate and enter information. Timely and accurate entries lead to solid decision making and thus, fast reimbursements. This is a terrific system to use and so much better than others I have used in the past.

Nachteile:

I can't think of one to enter here so will try to leave blank.

Kommentare: Great at tracking all expenses and reports needed to make sure everything was done correctly before allowing it to submit. It's almost mistake proof for entry which benefits the employees getting correct information, so they get reimbursed quickly.

Vorteile:

Guides you through everything very easily for submitting . Everything you need is easily accessed and one page

Nachteile:

I thought it was easy access and very user friendly. Don't know really what I would change.? Maybe in the comments for reason for reimbursement have a few selections to choose from instead of typing them in to make it less time for explanation.

Amazing App for an amazing Price (free)

Kommentare: One word - "Amazing"

Vorteile:

The ease and simplicity of the product is wonderful. The best part is that you can pull it up on the laptop and finish anything you started on your phone. The Customer service is impeccable. I don't know how you maintain that level of service with a free app. This is a great app and making it free to use, is wonderful. The developer has done a marvelous job.

Nachteile:

Honestly there are no Cons considering its free. I would though, definitely suggest some wishful items that can probably make this app extraordinary. 1. Have OCR recognition to catch receipts details. 2. Give user a full access to change anything in their profile, like Company name, company setup and other items. 3. Allow to change/add logo for the reports, with ability to extract as CSV file. Once again I am not classifying these as cons, but suggestions to build on current platform and make it truly an exceptional app.

More admin features would be nice

Kommentare: The service seems very effective at helping coordinate expenses, and encouraging employees to easily book their own travel arrangements under one over-arching umbrella; however, for small teams that don't need extra expense tracking the features are a bit over-inflated and underwhelming on the administration front.

Vorteile:

The online platform is very simple and straightforward; integration with company credit card is seamless; customer service is lightning fast!

Nachteile:

Lacking in high level admin functions - managing multiple traveler profiles: i.e. adding in multiple frequent traveler programs simultaneously and to the same contact etc. I have not yet seen any price breaks/negotiated lower rates for any of my travel searches.

Kommentare: We love it, it is use weekly.

Vorteile:

Ability to take a picture of the receipts and the fact I can adjust the price per mile.

Nachteile:

It was a little difficult to find how to change the price per mile at first.

TravelBank Review

Kommentare: Despite the glitchiness it's definitely been worth it.

Vorteile:

So much easier than our previous expense report system, where we were actually keeping paper copies of receipts. Expense report formulation is fairly straightforward and the submission / approval process is great.

Nachteile:

TravelBank is glitchy. There was a total outage last week (Friday 1/20/23). There are little glitches that occur (sometimes the calendar jumps around; it's hard to click on the expense date you want). Users report other glitches from time to time.

I dont like how addresses within the same company are not automatically given

Expense reports are not anyone's favorite task and this tool makes it easy, fast, get in - submit - get out!

Nachteile:

Hotel Pricing seems to better through award programs.

Very simple to set up and email notifications inform you every step of the way through approval and direct deposit.

Everything is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Easy to use and saves time

Kommentare: I have enjoyed using Travel Bank for year's now and highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

I like travel bank because it helps me stay organized and makes it very easy to invoice my Customers for my expenses.

Nachteile:

I have had a few scares when in the middle of a trip the system crashes and I worry I've lost everything saved but have always been relieved to find everything saved.
