When it comes to the latest desktop and mobile browsers, testing local pages, mobile responsive testing, LambdaTest excels at providing us all the features that our organization needed. With automated cross browser testing, we were able to reduce our test execution cycles at a minimal cost and via its integration with CircleCI we were able to continuously test our website every time a deployment is done. Big thanks to LambdaTest for their affordable pricing plans and supportive communication staff.

Vorteile:

The Underpass app helps to configure local test environments instantly. LambdaTest integrates with a variety of codeless automation and CI/CD tools like LEAPWORK, TestingWhiz, CircleCI etc. Google lighthouse report in Automation is incredible to view performance metrics of the websites. Very pleased with how their support staff has helped us with the issues.

Nachteile:

As of now, the lighthouse feature in Automation is only available in macOS. Would be great if they could incorporate it in more operating systems soon.

Lamdatest individual learning and organisational review

Kommentare: LambdaTest supports and provide simplest configuration to run cross-browser testing platform with a wide range of features designed to streamline the testing process. Also It offers a variety of browser and device combinations, seamless integration with popular tools. Real time dashboard for reporting is one true feature. One more feature which stands out Lamdatest ahead of any other cloud hosting platforms is hyperexecute feature is something i am really excited about using to speed up my test execution.

Vorteile:

wide range of browser and device combinations, easy integration with popular tools, and robust features for efficient testing. Simpler execution and User friendly interface to drive it smoothly.

Nachteile:

On a personal learning note i find limitations in the free plan, and the learning curve associated with mastering advanced features. Also while test execution very rarely i have observed UI lags or glitch in picking or launching new browsers.

Lambda test tool review

Kommentare: I can test the application in any mobile device using it is a very good testing tool, but it has some flaws. For eg :- UI changes are not visible, very slow and ect..ectbut overall tool is very good but need to improve some quality's

As per my usage its really help me to build and test the product quality and due to this i am able to deviler a top notch product along with quality assurance to my clients.

Like most about lamdatest is its provide cross browser testing device to perform automate and manual testing. Its also provide virtual device, so we can check our product compatibility with responsive testing at different devices

Kommentare: Actually, Lambda test is one of the excellent industry UI tools, and It's good

Vorteile:

1. Lambda test makes our work easy in testing multiple things 2. Where we can test the code or features in multiple devices/ browsers in the Lambda test 3. We have an excellent option, which is Geo IP location, which will make it easy to test the code/games in different locations 4. There is a SmartUI feature which will support most of the UI frameworks 5. It is used for accessibility testing and UI testing very simple 6. This is one of the best industry UI Testing tools. There are multiple options available 7. There are small features like screenshot/ Session record but that makes our work much easy :D

Nachteile:

Sometimes it will get stuck so that we have to start the test again from the starting

Lambda Test works well with Circle CI

Kommentare: works well, a little expensive for what we need. We don't use a fraction of the features of options and so if we did that would help propel us forward

Vorteile:

Works well via the API, I can run parallel tests, manual debugging is simple and quick with a wide range of devices, browsers and versions

Nachteile:

licence modal is not great, limited to 10 users and 1 thread. going to 2 threads doubles the cost despite the fact we use it only on regression day

I use LambdaTest to run automated tests.1) It really helps to execute bigger scripts which take hours for execution on LambdaTest and work on another scripts parallelly.2) It's pretty easy to check the video execution of scripts for debugging

Nachteile:

1) LambdaTest hangs while going through existing videos.2) LambdaTest results split into multiple suites when test suite contains multiple tests. e.g. Jenkins Build ID: 115 has 100 tests which takes 12 hrs for completion. In this case LamdaTest displays 2 test suits with Jenkins Build ID: 115, and scripts are divided into these 2 suites.3) LamdaTest UI is little confusing to the new person. But its becomes very easy with time.

Lambdatest is the best tool because of its accuracy and easy to use and work very well, also they provide extra features like automation.

Nachteile:

I think its pricing little bit high compare to others, but giving extra tools as well

Kommentare: LambdaTest helps us in our browser compatibility testing processes. We are using the tool to ensure compatibility on Mac OS and iPhone devices. The main plus point of the tool is it's integration feature. Asana integration helps us to log issues found on Lambdatest directly to our Asana boards.

Vorteile:

As a tester, i have to make sure that my website is upto shape. Especially since we are new in the market, our product is a bit unstable and that raises pressure on me for logging bug. Screenshots come in handy but i am not a fan of in-built snipping tool. LambdaTest Screenshots by providing a full-page screenshot made my life easy. Thank you Lambda Team!

iOS scrolling is not good or friendly. and sometimes application loading speed is not sufficient for heavily loaded application

Nachteile:

Normal issue that can debilitate ENIs includes IAM permissions,if a Lambda Execution part can't withdraw ENIs, it will abandon them pursuing even the Lambda has executed

Kommentare: Lambda Test saves your testing time and easy to test across multiple platforms simultaneously based on UI and alignment etc.

Vorteile:

You can test multiple platforms like Apple, Windows, Tabs, Mobile browsers, etc same time for your website, and you can also include your favorite ones in a setup and test from that. Some feature requests that we asked from Lambda Test also, they implemented, like Jira integration feature with some additional inputs.

Nachteile:

Some browsers render different, for e.g. some mobiles, compared to real devices. But that was minimal & rare i guess.

Recommend for App Automation

I am using app automation with parallel services and I love it . Because it is faster than other platforms

LambdaTest plugins and Integration facility is extremely impressive, can integrate with different types of tools like project management, CI/CD, codeless automation, team communication, test management, etc. I’m using this tool for our developed web application’s cross browser testing. Though I’m using the free version but I’m completely satisfied with this tool and I just impressed with their infrastructure, love it.

Vorteile:

i) Fully automated and live interactive. ii) The interface is very smart and easy to understand. Iii) Vast collection of browser and mobile devices for real time testing. iv) Have facility to take scheduled screenshot. v) Supported different programming languages for running automation script. vi) Can distribute the account among the team members for simultaneous testing.

Nachteile:

i) Sometimes the application loading slowly, need very strong internet connection to explore the tool. Ii) The price of web automation monthly plan is quite high.
