Great for shipping operations in a single country

Kommentare: Overall it's a better system. Customer support is great and helpful too, they helped me get better rates for a Fulfillment shipping order.

Vorteile:

It was difficult for us properly track shipments, etc and Easyship does a way better job at this, you don't have to go out of the app for anything.

Nachteile:

We have to set up accounts for operations in every country. Can't have a single account for shipping from US, UK for example, it has to be separate.

Kommentare: Exhausting. As soon as I find better I will make the change. Everything is a hastle, emails after emails, even if you follow the steps on their app you still end up having to battle with customs and customer support is slow and cheap. They do not value long time customers and the multiple K spent.

Easy to use and the app is well rounded.

Nachteile:

Customer support and the many many issues with the couriers. As a business owners, every single day I have to battle with customs, customer support and other deliveries issues. It takes time away from growing my business. I have been using the app for 3 years and the customer support has seriously declined. You can spend 10K on their app and they will still be cheap about 30€.

Each US Domestic label was a little more expensive than expected. Was told it had to do with paying for their API integration system, which makes sense.

Kommentare: Date of Experience: March 2024 I have been a user of Easyship’s services, specifically the Premier Yearly Subscription, up until a recent incident that has compelled me to reconsider my association with them and share my experience publicly. In March 2024, I was surprised to find my credit card charged SGD513 for an automatic subscription renewal. What compounded my frustration was the realization that this renewal notice coincided exactly with the charge time, leaving no window for any decision-making regarding my subscription preferences. Promptly reacting, I reached out to Easyship, seeking to downgrade to a more affordable plan while also requesting a partial refund. Initially, the response was promising; an agreement was seemingly reached with a senior staff member who assured a downgrade and a refund. Regrettably, this decision was unexpectedly overturned, citing a technicality that a ‘prior notice’ was sent at the same time as the charge— a justification that, in my opinion, does not align with reasonable consumer expectations for fair notice. Further complicating matters is the absence of a clear, accessible refund policy on their platform. Despite diligent searching, I found no detailed guidance on how such situations are handled, leaving subscribers in a gray area regarding their subscription commitments and potential recourse. This experience has been disheartening. As a customer, the lack of clear communication, the reversal of resolutions, and opaque policies have eroded my trust in Easyship. The cost implications and administrative runaround in attempting to address this issue have been significant. For others considering Easyship, I advise caution and thorough vetting of their subscription terms and customer service practices to avoid similar predicaments. While I once valued Easyship for their shipping solutions, this episode has underscored the importance of transparency and customer respect—areas where, based on my experience, there’s considerable room for improvement.

Kommentare: We've used the platform for several years and have had minimal problems. Processing orders only takes a matter of seconds. It streamlines our business and allows us to sell globaly.

Vorteile:

Love how easy this platform is. Integration is easily set up and seamless

Nachteile:

It doesn;t happen often, but lost packages with couriers is frustrating. It's not the fault of Easyship, but our relationship is with them and not directly with the courier, so it is the responsibility of easyship to resilve our issues.

Easyship is really easy to use and integrate and the support team is great!

Nachteile:

Currently our integration makes it rather manual to make changes but the Support Team is extremely responsive in helping any of our enquiries.

Great App, great Service

Kommentare: Our experience have been very good, we received amazing support by real persons from Customer Service from day 1 until now, for every step in setting, first shipping and then any inquiry that we may found during the process of using.

Vorteile:

Very easy to install, set and use! shipping rates are very competitive and Customer Service is amazing, is provided by real person, not like other apps that provide support by bots!

Nachteile:

We would like to have oversize shipping rates options, some of our products are oversized and have to find another shipping option outside, however it works very good for small and medium size package.

Thoughts on your service

Kommentare: Average given the service is now costing us money with overage charges and no recourse with shippers like canpar.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and labels printed quickly-choice of carriers and it does generally make shipping packages easy

Nachteile:

Add on charges after shipments have left by carriers so it leaves no room for shipper to adjust charges to customer as we get the upcharges 3 weeks after shipment has left to the client. Charges are up to 30% or more of initial shipment cost...even though we use scales and accurately take measurements and keep pictures of shipments . We lose money at this rate so no the system does not work if the prices quoted are not correct on your site for a retailer.

Being able to ship my orders for the cheapest Tracked shipping on the market that I've found

Not really much, but I suppose the only thing I found is that the date for filing a claim was reset twice for me about 2 weeks apart, and I am no sure why it happened
