Experience from over 25 years of CRM projects
Kommentare: Aurea's CRM software is the successor to update's CRM. Personally I have known and used the software since 1998, first as a user in various companies, today as a consultant for companies from various industries.
Vorteile: After the takeover of update by Aurea, the further development of the software was initially open, with some poor support. However, this has improved significantly again in recent years.
Nachteile: One notices the software's many years of experience with many CRM projects. The functional scope and the support of CRM processes are great, the campaign management is looking for its same, different industry templates facilitate the adaptation to individual business models. The roles and rights module allows even the most complex structures to be mapped.

Vorteile: I like the new version on ACRM which called ACRM NextGen as it can be customized, I think they took the idea from salesforce but it's very good from customization perspective.
Nachteile: require windows to run which is not very stable OS in our Org.

Kommentare: Although I am not impressed by the lack of pricing information, in terms of the solution itself – it is very good for sales teams or any team on the road servicing customers. Update has several vertical solutions for different industries – so Update will tailor the CRM program to your company and or industry. I would definitely give Update a look-see…

Terrible Service and Reliability
Kommentare: Their servers were going down a lot and as a result our production was dramatically affected. Their costs were high and we found much better solutions at much lower costs.
Vorteile: It was hard to like anything since their reliability was so poor.
Nachteile: Reliability was a big issue. Their systems kept going down and impacted our e-mail sends dramatically. They took little responsibility for their issues. We had to leave at big cost because their service was so poor.
