Simple Zeiterfassung

Kommentare: Top Zeiterfassungsoftware, nicht zu überladen und erfüllt genau den Zweck.

Vorteile:

Das es nicht zu überladen wirkt und man direkt alles in einer Übersicht angezeigt bekommt.

Nachteile:

Das GUI ist veraltet bzw. nicht mein Geschmack. Es könnte moderner sein, was aber nicht die Funktion beeinträchtigt.

Vorteile:

Clockify ist eine von der beste Software, die ich mit mein Team damit gearbeitet haben und das war richtig top. Zuesrt benötigt nicht viel speicherplatz und zu zweite man kann die Zeit professionell verwalten.

Nachteile:

Manche Funktionen funktionieren nicht über das Desktop software, deshalb man muss im Web einloggen. Aber trotzdem das ist kein Risiko aber wäre besser wenn man alles im App machen kann

Gutes Zeiterfassungs-Tool

Kommentare: In meiner Arbeit als Freelancerin hilft mir Clockify meine unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekte zeitlich zu erfassen und mit Hilfe der Integration in meine Buchhaltungssoftware kann ich auch gleich eine Rechnung erstellen.

Vorteile:

Es gibt eine separate Desktop App, so dass die Zeiterfassung am Rechner kinderleicht ist. Die Handhabung ist selbsterklärend und die kostenlose Version sehr umfangreich. Eine Integration zu lexxware ist möglich.

Nachteile:

Die Desktop-App zeigt nur die Zeiterfassung. Um den gesamten Account einsehen zu können, muss ich mich in den Brwoser einloogen.

Perfektes Tool zur Zeitaufzeichnung/Reporten verschiedener Projekte

Kommentare: Für jeden der verschieden Projekte zu betreuen hat und diese Aufzeichnen will/muss, ist Clockify ein perfektes Tool!

Vorteile:

Die Software ist in wenigen Minuten bereit zum Einsatz und ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen! Da sie SW im Web sowie auch per eigener App erreichbar ist, kann die Zeit auch immer gleich mit getrackt werden und ein lästiges Nachtragen entfällt

Nachteile:

Habe noch keine Funktion gefunden, welche verbessert gehört und wüsste jetzt auch nicht was fehlt.

Clockify Dein kleines Helferlein für Projekte

Kommentare: Schön ist die Aufteilung der Projekte und Kunden. Endlich sehe ich die echte Arbeitszeit für eine Projekt und nicht die gefühlte. Spielt hervorragend mit Asana zusammen.

Vorteile:

Clockify überzeugt durch eine einfache Bedienung und ist auf allen Geräten präsent. Bietet mir eine Monatsübersicht der Projekte/Zeit um daraus Rechnungen zu generieren. Hilfreich sind die Berichte mit verschiedenen Filterfunktion. Eine App die ich nicht mehr missen möchte.

Nachteile:

Nachteiliges habe ich bis jetzt nicht erfahren können. Im Gegenteil, Clockify entwickelt sich.

EIne software, die ich wirklich empfehlen kann

Kommentare: Es ist insgesamt ein gutes Produkt mit einer einfach zu bedienenden Benutzeroberfläche und kann Ihnen bei der Verwaltung Ihrer Projektstunden gut helfen.

Vorteile:

Das Beste daran ist, dass es auch kostenlos verwendet werden kann.

Nachteile:

Einige Zeit brauchen wir, um es mit Tools zu integrieren, und haben Schwierigkeiten bei diesem Prozess. Es sollte verbessert werden.

A Great Free Time Tracking Software

I liked the simplicity of their desktop app and also the web version as well. Also adding project and task details helps me stay organized.

Nachteile:

I haven't found any cons yet! If I find some I'll probably re-write my review.

Much anticipated growth under one roof. Clockify is smart.

Nachteile:

My go-to project time tracker

Kommentare: Great software to track time for the project and its management. It can handle the tracking of many projects at once. Good with hybrid work.

Vorteile:

Many more features like GPS tracking are available with Pro and Enterprise plan which are really affordable.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it takes time to load and slows down.

Solid choice for tracking time

Kommentare: Great tool for a small business that doesn't cost a ton and is easy to use and track accurately.

Vorteile:

I love the clock timer - it automatically stops if you close your computer, and it tracks the date and time of the entry.

Nachteile:

So far, I've found that running reports for billing clients is not a quick or intuitive as I would like, but it's workable.

Clockify - A punch of Functionalities

Vorteile:

I am amazed by Clockify very simple, easy to use and sleek UI that help slicken workstreams and tasks. It is also intuitive and user-friendly for even beginners. I have personally used Clockify and I can attest that it is great for timetracking, timesheets and productivity tracking for our team. On a single dashboard you can see all tasks, who is working on what which makes time billing easy and team management better. Also from the timesheet data gathered over time our decisions are influenced based on factual numbers

Nachteile:

Despite all the Clockify goodies, I have experienced a few hiccups here and there. It has a slow loading speed and despite having an offline mode option it doesn't work in areas where the internet connectivity is not reliable

Life isn't perfect but with Clockify it can be.

Kommentare: My Clockify experience has been marked with nothing but delight. It has helped me tons in streamlining workflows through time management which has impacted my efficiency greatly

Clockify is a super easy to use tool the provides effective time tracking, streamlined patients attendance, timesheets with paramount precision and prolificacy. It's syncing power with third party tools allows it to work well with lots of existing workspace tools . The free plan comes with useful features which can also be upgrades to more powerful functionalities through the subscription plan. Patient allotment and consultation can be in shambles but Clockify organizes and outlines every consultation. Patient infor are in different drop downs soo I can easily followup making it such a functional and reliable tool.

Nachteile:

Clockify does what exactly it says it does. Though being a cloud based solution, it requires reliable internet connection otherwise you will encounter challenges tracking time in unstable internet connectivity

Track time and get things done right with Clockify.

Kommentare: I use Clockify both at work to manage our time when working on our projects as well as on a personal level to help me track and manage the way am spending my time performing various duties. Credit to Clockify, i have transformed and become a better person in terms of managing time and getting to do my work within the right time and to be honest, this has made things easy for me.

Vorteile:

Clockify is super user-friendly to use and all it features are designed with easy to interact interface. The reporting function works reliably and offers real-time, updated and accurate time reports which makes it easy for me to track my time. We use it to share responsibilities by scheduling and allocating work and this helps us know who is working on what. It works well on all devices and this means we can use it even when working remotely.

Nachteile:

All i have seen with Clockify so far has been so fulfilling and i cannot find anything that i can i say i like least about it.

With Clockify, we have been able to better our time management skills at our work by tracking how we are utilizing our time when performing projects. Also it allows us to assign tasks which is a more efficient way of promoting responsibility and accountability.

Clockify works tirelessly to track time in real time and this means that we cannot miss a thing on how time is spent. It makes it easy to access time reports which breaks down on how time has been spent throughout the entire work period. It allows proper work planning and organization by scheduling work and allocating tasks to individuals so as to know who is assigned which tasks. It works well on any device and this gives us the ability to use it track time on our remote projects.

Nachteile:

Clockify has been outstanding in time tracking and i have like everything about it so far.

the app isn't as useful as I would like. It complicates things un-necessarily.

A real lifesaver

Kommentare: I discovered Clockify some time ago when a client wanted to see if there were any time tracking pieces of software he could use. I didn't use it then, but when our time tracking software turned into a frustrating mess of lost time entries, slow loading, and mis-calculated weekly times, I gave it a shot. Best decision I ever made for our team.

Vorteile:

- Ease of use - Ability to set up and customize lots of options - Works well on multiple platforms - Has extensions and apps - Quick & light

Nachteile:

- I wish there were the slightest bit more features in terms of clients vs projects, like the ability to assign people to whole clients rather than just projects, as well as the ability to bulk assign someone (like a page of checkboxes) to projects - I wish there were more integrations as well, such as with Freshbooks for invoicing

The best time tracking resource out there

Kommentare: This has helped me and y team keep track of time, project and even helped improve our efficiency through the ton of information and insight available for analysis

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use, the color scheme is warm and inviting and there are helpful features all around

Nachteile:

Sometimes I find out that I have to log in again. I don't k ow if this is a glitch or a security measure, but it makes me anxious

Free version still has lots of features - better in browser

Kommentare: It's nice just to be able to keep track of writing time, and measure some basic analytics, and the billing feature is really good for remembering the value of your time and the amount you have invested into a project. Its free features seem to surpass its competitors. It would be cool if it had more custom options (e.g. themes) and if you could hide things you don't use as a premium member to keep everything more minimalist. But Clockify has been a very good app to me and I don't have plans to switch anytime soon.

Vorteile:

You just hit the timer and go, which is great. I use the free version, which has all the functionality I need as a one man band. I did explore different options not too long ago to see what was out there but ultimately found Clockify offers the best analytics tools on its free version. Competitors generally only offered free trials or had free versions with extremely limited features. You can also have it linked to Chrome, which is good.

Nachteile:

I wasn't keen on the overall look for a while. It would also be nice to have the option of a simpler interface if preferred - for instance, as a writer I only really want to know what draft I am on, rather than naming each individual task, and I can do that using the projects feature. Right now I'm lazy and tend to duplicate tasks, only realising later that I had assigned an inaccurate name. It also makes it harder to sort tasks later. I tried the app on my desktop and phone but found them a bit janky, so I stick with the desktop version. Also, I do like the extra Chrome options, such as the Pomodoro timer (which I only recently noticed), but sometimes I get notifications asking if I want to add unrecorded time when I can see I am recording the time already.

Best Time Tracking Software Ever

Kommentare: We are a full remote team working on projects for clients, so having a way to track time spent and pay out / invoice using tracked time is very crucial part of our day-to-day workflow. I really enjoy having a working software that I can track time on all of my devices and even have it integrated into other tools like Trello and our accounting software using API.

Vorteile:

We like the fact that just the free feature is good enough for most of our use cases, and most importantly, a full-fledged API that we can integrate our workflows into the tracker so I can track project progress with time spent, help a lot with our retrospective process and refining workflows to optimize time spent, and I can easily grab the time spent on all teammates on each project so I can use to do the payments.

Nachteile:

The Mac Desktop client can definitely use some love, but this is really minor issue, since we now use APIs more.

An easy-to-use tool for growing businesses

Kommentare: Overall, I am extremely happy with Clockify.

Vorteile:

As a growing agency, we spent a lot of time researching time tracking tools and software that was simple to use and did the job without too many bells and whistles. We simply needed to track time for specific clients and tag what kind of work we were doing. We didn't need the ability to invoice from it, so we were also looking for something that was affordable.

Nachteile:

The reporting feature is not the most user-friendly. I am always able to pull the information I need, but it can take multiple steps to get there. I wish there was better integration with ClickUp.

Great tool for time tracking, timesheet, and delivering professional services.

Kommentare: I've been using Clockify for years, starting from selection of a system for time tracking, adoption and evolution over the years. It started with the right strong points, and matured in other areas.

Vorteile:

Ease of use is the star feature of Clocikfy. It has the right degree of sophistication to support enterprise reporting needs, but doesn't isn't onerous on the data entry side. It is far better than "simply using spreadsheets" (which is NOT really simple due to lack of back-end integration that Clockify has). While its feature set has grown to be truly enterprise-grade, ease of use has been maintained. I've also worked with other sophisticated enterprise systems that are feature-filled but over-priced. Clockify has the optimal balance.

Nachteile:

There's nothing not to like. It makes the time tracking part of the job, which isn't my favorite part of the job, require no more than the minimum effort.
