Projektzeiterfassung leicht gemacht

Vorteile:

Clockify eignet sich optimal für die effektive Projektzeiterfassung. Das gesamte Team kann parallel Angaben treffen, wer welche Aufgaben in welchem Projekt bearbeitet hat. Dabei gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten, die Tätigkeiten live oder im Nachgang zu dokumentieren, sodass für jeden die bequemste Erfassung garantiert ist.

Nachteile:

Ich muss lange nach einem Manko bei Clockify suchen. Im Vergleich zu alternativen Zeiterfassungstools ist dieses bislang das Beste.

Simple Zeiterfassung

Kommentare: Top Zeiterfassungsoftware, nicht zu überladen und erfüllt genau den Zweck.

Vorteile:

Das es nicht zu überladen wirkt und man direkt alles in einer Übersicht angezeigt bekommt.

Nachteile:

Das GUI ist veraltet bzw. nicht mein Geschmack. Es könnte moderner sein, was aber nicht die Funktion beeinträchtigt.

Vorteile:

Clockify ist eine von der beste Software, die ich mit mein Team damit gearbeitet haben und das war richtig top. Zuesrt benötigt nicht viel speicherplatz und zu zweite man kann die Zeit professionell verwalten.

Nachteile:

Manche Funktionen funktionieren nicht über das Desktop software, deshalb man muss im Web einloggen. Aber trotzdem das ist kein Risiko aber wäre besser wenn man alles im App machen kann

Gutes Zeiterfassungs-Tool

Kommentare: In meiner Arbeit als Freelancerin hilft mir Clockify meine unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekte zeitlich zu erfassen und mit Hilfe der Integration in meine Buchhaltungssoftware kann ich auch gleich eine Rechnung erstellen.

Vorteile:

Es gibt eine separate Desktop App, so dass die Zeiterfassung am Rechner kinderleicht ist. Die Handhabung ist selbsterklärend und die kostenlose Version sehr umfangreich. Eine Integration zu lexxware ist möglich.

Nachteile:

Die Desktop-App zeigt nur die Zeiterfassung. Um den gesamten Account einsehen zu können, muss ich mich in den Brwoser einloogen.

Perfektes Tool zur Zeitaufzeichnung/Reporten verschiedener Projekte

Kommentare: Für jeden der verschieden Projekte zu betreuen hat und diese Aufzeichnen will/muss, ist Clockify ein perfektes Tool!

Vorteile:

Die Software ist in wenigen Minuten bereit zum Einsatz und ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen! Da sie SW im Web sowie auch per eigener App erreichbar ist, kann die Zeit auch immer gleich mit getrackt werden und ein lästiges Nachtragen entfällt

Nachteile:

Habe noch keine Funktion gefunden, welche verbessert gehört und wüsste jetzt auch nicht was fehlt.

Clockify Dein kleines Helferlein für Projekte

Kommentare: Schön ist die Aufteilung der Projekte und Kunden. Endlich sehe ich die echte Arbeitszeit für eine Projekt und nicht die gefühlte. Spielt hervorragend mit Asana zusammen.

Vorteile:

Clockify überzeugt durch eine einfache Bedienung und ist auf allen Geräten präsent. Bietet mir eine Monatsübersicht der Projekte/Zeit um daraus Rechnungen zu generieren. Hilfreich sind die Berichte mit verschiedenen Filterfunktion. Eine App die ich nicht mehr missen möchte.

Nachteile:

Nachteiliges habe ich bis jetzt nicht erfahren können. Im Gegenteil, Clockify entwickelt sich.

EIne software, die ich wirklich empfehlen kann

Kommentare: Es ist insgesamt ein gutes Produkt mit einer einfach zu bedienenden Benutzeroberfläche und kann Ihnen bei der Verwaltung Ihrer Projektstunden gut helfen.

Vorteile:

Das Beste daran ist, dass es auch kostenlos verwendet werden kann.

Nachteile:

Einige Zeit brauchen wir, um es mit Tools zu integrieren, und haben Schwierigkeiten bei diesem Prozess. Es sollte verbessert werden.

Great free option for Time Tracking and Project Billing

Kommentare: My overall experience with Clockify was very positive. It gave me a free solution to a very real problem. I was able to move from tracking time on a spreadsheet to using a cloud based scalable product that I could update on my phone. It made my business more efficient and reduced billing errors.

Vorteile:

Clockify did exactly what I needed it to do. I was able to keep track of where I am spending my time, what projects I am working on, and how many billable hours were entered.

Nachteile:

Most of the things I disliked about Clockify were addressed in the non-free version. I wanted an easier was to modify data after billing to indicate the time was accounted for in invoicing. I think the higher product tiers took this into account, but I believe this was addressed in the higher versions

My Overall Experience

Kommentare: Clockify makes it easier for folks at the company I work for and myself to generate a timesheet report for any specific period. Normally payroll would ask us for a monthly time report before they pay us so this comes in handy plus it's very simple to generate with just a few clicks.

Vorteile:

As an end-user who uses this software every day, I'd say it's pretty simple to use and makes time tracking easy. My company decided to replace our previous time tracking software with Clockify just over two years ago and it didn't take long before the rest of the employees began using it. Credit should be given to its easy UI compared to the previous software we used which looked complicated and took some training. So overall I'd recommend this to business owners looking to make time tracking easy for their employees and themselves.

Nachteile:

The only problem I have with software lol is that when I forgot to stop the timer before I sign off for the day it kept running all through the night until I manually stop it the next day. As a Sofware developer, my suggestion would be to learn how the user tracks time through some kind of pattern and show some a notification to let the user know that the timer was left running and silently pause it for them.

The right tool for the right job, Clockify shines in time tracking.

Kommentare: Clockify exceptional performance in time tracking has made it easy for us to have a clear understanding of where my time is going making it possible to identify areas where i might have been wasting time. It has been a very successful experience keep track of my time spending habits with Clockify.

Vorteile:

Clockify automatically captures time data without the need to manually input them. It has a great visual dashboard that shows clear time usage insights. Clockify reports shows clearly how every single minute was spent and on which task. It is easy to use and everything is very straightforward to understand.

Nachteile:

With a greatness and ease of use of Clockify, i have had no chance to dislike anything.

Clockify is cardinal time tracking tool that institute healthy time usage habits.

Kommentare: The most influential part in my experience with Clockify has been accurate tracking of my time usage which allows me to change the bad time spending habits and adopt new one. It has helped me to have an upper hand over my time which has made it easy to achieve a well balanced and productive work life.

Vorteile:

More than anything else, I like the ease of use of Clockify and its accuracy in collecting my time data. It has excellent analytical tools which gives me access to insightful reports about my time usage statistics. It has an excellent calendar tool that makes task scheduling so easy.

Nachteile:

Clockify has been at the top of its game all through and has given me absolutely nothing to like least.

Kommentare: Getting to use Clockify has been so beneficial as it allows me to make the most of the available time and avoid time wastage. It makes it easy to track time spent on both work and private endeavours.

clockify changed my life!

My review using Clockify

Kommentare: Clockify is very easy to use and manage the working hours of my daily tasks.

Vorteile:

Timesheet Management and Reports Functionality, these are the two functionality I like the most. Timesheet provides me the weekly tasks and hours to complete that tasks and reports provides me the detailed summary of my projects that I'm working on.

Nachteile:

I'm using the Clockify with Jira to manage the tasks but when I've done some changes in Timesheet of clockify it didn't reflect in Jira.

Clockify -- insight into efficiency I did not know I needed!

Kommentare: Clockify made a huge impact on my work. During the week I sometimes an unsure of how much time a task will take, when I should estimate a project completion, and more. With Clockify, I can both track my current efficiency as well as use data from previous projects to estimate how much time my current workstreams need.

Vorteile:

Fully achieves its value proposition, I did not know when I first heard about it if it would be as effective as it sounded; it was a tool I was not sure I even needed, but once I started using it I cannot live without it. Helps me track my own efficiency, estimate time to complete present / future projects, and more. It is simple to use.

Nachteile:

They do not invest enough in ads / marketing! I found out about Clockify via word of mouth, and a lot of my work peers were not even familar with it! Clockify provides incredible insight into efficiency that you did not know you needed

Easily track and report on all your time

Kommentare: I track billable hours for multiple client projects, breaking down tasks to get the best sense of where I spend my time. For my flat-fee retainer clients, this allows me to see where my time is going to make sure my time is best spend and those arrangements are profitable. For my hourly-billed clients, this lets me accurately bill clients for time spent on their projects.

Vorteile:

So easy to use! I have it bookmarked so I can quickly start time tracking new tasks - whether that's billable time, on non-billable time. I like that I can set up specific tasks but also include notes with specific time entries.

Nachteile:

Being free to use, there is absolutely nothing I can complain about! I'm able to do everything I need to track and report my time.

Most practical time tracker tool

Kommentare: I use the Clockify for tracking how I spend my time in almost every aspect of my life. I use it not only for work or studying but also for reading, watching or playing and etc. I have two different workspace in Cloccify, one is dedicated for productive activities (working, reading, writing, studying), while other is for non-productive stuff (procrastinating, social media, shows, video games). Being able to track and monitor how I spend my time encourages and motivates me to spend my time more productive.

Vorteile:

It is quite practical, easy to use and create workspace. Its app does not take up too much space in my phone memory. Features of adding subtask for projects, I think, one of the best feature that make difference. The way it offers reports is very powerful. Thanks to so many filtering and grouping options, you can track and monitor how you spend your time, in different aspects. You can have time report by different sorting options such like projects, tags, clients, tasks or name and etc. Beside, you can monitor 3 categories in one screen. Its dashboard section is very effective to provide an insight. So effective that it usually make redundant to resort to report section. Exporting the time report as .csv or .xls format is available. And the feature of importing .csv format makes easier to switch from another time tracker software. Auto filling feature makes it even more practical. It makes possible to create different workspace for different time-tracking purposes. Timesheet section makes easier to add previous time input. Calendar view make it possible to have powerful insight as to how you spend a week.

Nachteile:

I want see time report of different workspaces, in one calendar view and graphics in dashboard, but Clockify does not have this feature. There could be a multiple workspace monitoring option in dashboard and calendar section. Which makes possible to compare the time spent for different works. There could be an option for adding durations without time info. For example; adding 2 hours reading in Sunday, without bother paying attention what time it was.

Clockify gives you power to control all tasks in any kind or size of projects

Kommentare: Clockify gives me control over all parts of a project. I can focus in tasks that are really important and manage my team easily. Clockify is integrated to my Gmail, Calendar, Asana, Google Docs and Spreadsheets making the work very productive and tasks on each of them easy to control. I´ve tested many other softwares online and desktop, including smartphone apps and Clockify was simple the best option I found.

Vorteile:

Clockify is amazing to control time & tasks in projects. Using a plugin Chrome Browser extension you add a small clock to e-mails, documents, spreadsheets, etc, and can start your timer in any kind of task. Clockify allows you to generate reports on the fly, super easy and fast. At the end of the day you know how productive you are and knows where in the projects you stay. You can easily schedule tasks, interact with other members of the team and track almost everything. The costs reports are a powerful tool, with them you control all the costs of your projects and team members. Using work spaces, you can create different scopes of work for any kind of organization you work. Clockify allows you to create clients, projects, teams, tags, and control the costs & track times of work for every one of them.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, I miss a feature like Gantt Chart but this is not really a problem. I also would like to have a version translated to Portuguese.

Great tool for time tracking, timesheet, and delivering professional services.

Kommentare: I've been using Clockify for years, starting from selection of a system for time tracking, adoption and evolution over the years. It started with the right strong points, and matured in other areas.

Vorteile:

Ease of use is the star feature of Clocikfy. It has the right degree of sophistication to support enterprise reporting needs, but doesn't isn't onerous on the data entry side. It is far better than "simply using spreadsheets" (which is NOT really simple due to lack of back-end integration that Clockify has). While its feature set has grown to be truly enterprise-grade, ease of use has been maintained. I've also worked with other sophisticated enterprise systems that are feature-filled but over-priced. Clockify has the optimal balance.

Nachteile:

There's nothing not to like. It makes the time tracking part of the job, which isn't my favorite part of the job, require no more than the minimum effort.

Free version still has lots of features - better in browser

Kommentare: It's nice just to be able to keep track of writing time, and measure some basic analytics, and the billing feature is really good for remembering the value of your time and the amount you have invested into a project. Its free features seem to surpass its competitors. It would be cool if it had more custom options (e.g. themes) and if you could hide things you don't use as a premium member to keep everything more minimalist. But Clockify has been a very good app to me and I don't have plans to switch anytime soon.

Vorteile:

You just hit the timer and go, which is great. I use the free version, which has all the functionality I need as a one man band. I did explore different options not too long ago to see what was out there but ultimately found Clockify offers the best analytics tools on its free version. Competitors generally only offered free trials or had free versions with extremely limited features. You can also have it linked to Chrome, which is good.

Nachteile:

I wasn't keen on the overall look for a while. It would also be nice to have the option of a simpler interface if preferred - for instance, as a writer I only really want to know what draft I am on, rather than naming each individual task, and I can do that using the projects feature. Right now I'm lazy and tend to duplicate tasks, only realising later that I had assigned an inaccurate name. It also makes it harder to sort tasks later. I tried the app on my desktop and phone but found them a bit janky, so I stick with the desktop version. Also, I do like the extra Chrome options, such as the Pomodoro timer (which I only recently noticed), but sometimes I get notifications asking if I want to add unrecorded time when I can see I am recording the time already.

Love Clockify!

Kommentare: My overall experience with Clockify has been good. I do however, wish that the "dashboard" feature on desktop was the default option. As it is, I have to click to open that and close the original window which looks like it was designed for mobile.

Vorteile:

I really love the features that are presently included. It's a great and simple to use software which is really easy to pick up and get going. I have recommended Clockify to countless amount of people and in several freelance and corporate work environments I've worked in.

Nachteile:

Just wish it had a few more features. I would love a GANTT chart ability on the platform including integrating an LOA and time-off system. More features for admins and project managers to be able to see via tables, charts, and graphs information about team members and productivety would also be great.
